Ninova is the capital of the Assyrian Kingdom. This place is also known as the city where Prophet Jonah was sent. Ninova font family consists of fonts with aesthetic forms. Aspen is a refreshing and resilient typeface for text of any kind. Functional but not faceless, Aspen derives a very distinctive character from an unusual pedigree. It is loosely influenced by early American and European grotesques, but with more warmth and improved legibility. And where these historical models were rigid and bulky, Aspen’s curves have a gentle sway that makes for very comfortable reading. Relatively generous ascenders and descenders allow the typeface to feel spacious even when set with tight leading. These amiable qualities are matched with a lively italic based on cursive writing. Created in 2009 by V.H. Fleisher, Monod Brun is a geometric sans-serif typeface. The font has OpenType features that can be accessed in programs like the Adobe Creative Suite. These features include tabular lining figures, titling caps which are heavier & more loosely spaced than the regular caps, alternative punctuation marks, and arbitrary nut fractions (for single digit numerators & denominators). Bapalopa is inspired by classic graffiti "blockbuster" letter forms. These letters are made to look as big and as wide as possible. Bapalopa's linework is kept very loose & relaxed, mostly smooth with some distressed edges. Viewed up-close, there is lots of texture from the individual pen strokes which gives Bapalopa it's cool freehand drawn look. Use "Bapalopa" and "Bapalopa Pa" together to create eye catching designs. To make it extra fun, a handful of the largely useless alternates, (like that dumb "currency" symbol) were replaced with big blocky hearts, stars, and arrows. Check it out! Ok. Another font with cats in it. I asked my son, Sam (age 4), to draw some cats and I have to say: I'm very proud of what he created. The tiger I asked him for became a spinosaurus mom with her baby and I also got some happy hearts thrown in for good measure. The Cat's Whiskers is a very legible hand made font. Nice and loose, not too messy and with just a hint of childishness. Comes with a litter of diacritics. Oh… and a big thank you to Jakob from pizzadude.dk for suggesting I should post more pics of cats on FB - which eventually led to the name of this font.

Allotropic is a pretty decorative face with a remarkable art nouveau flair. It loosely draws inspiration from a 1914 untitled alphabet by J.M. Bergling, a then "Modern Alphabet", and from its interpretation by Photo-Lettering, from the sixties. Allotropic comes in two styles, regular and bold, both with extended language coverage, as well as stylistic alternates and a couple of ornaments. It's decidedly a fab choice not only for vintage and retro designs (ça va sans dire!), but also for creative contemporary uses in print and on screen. Play it on book covers, packaging, branding, editorial, web, advertising, apparel, uses are endless. Just give Allotropic a go, let the inspiration flow, and keep on creating!

Apnea is a layerable type family consisting of fifty weights. It is an all caps font with a few lowercase alternatives (a, e, i, m, n, t, w, and y) thrown in for a more casual feel. The base letterforms are inspired by a painted sign I found in the garage of an old house I moved into years ago. All the hand-drawn elements were done directly in FontLab to keep them loose and playful without getting distorted or grungy. At its core Apnea consists of eight base weights (Base, Drop Shadow, Halftone, Inline Fill, Outline, Outline 3D, Shading and Shadow) that when combined, can make up the rest of the family.
