Marsden is a bold, no-nonsense Grotesque. It was designed for display, branding, advertising, packaging or anywhere a strong voice is needed. Fishing boats actually race each other to be the first boat bringing it home. The fresh herring is called ‘Hollandsche Nieuwe’ (Holland’s new). This typeface, designed by Donald Roos, is based on the typography of Dutch fish shops and stalls.
