I digitized and revitalize Hostetler Fette Ultfraktur Ornamental from the classical type specimen book from Rudolf Hostetler. He was a Swiss type designer, author of “The Printer’s Terms” designed by Jan Tschichold, of “Technical Terms of the Printing Industry” (5th edition was printed in 1995), and of "Type: eine Auswahl guter Drucktypen; 80 Alphabete klassischer und moderner Schriften" (Teufen, Ausser-Rhoden: Niggli, 1958). He also wrote "Type: A Selection of Types" (1949, fgm books, R. Hostettler, E. Kopley, H. Strehler Publ., St. Gallen and London) in which he highlights type made by European houses such as Haas, Enschedé, Deberny and Nebiolo. Jost Hochuli wrote his biography.

Alfabet is the result of over 3 years of work on a typeface inspired by Swiss and German designers & researchers. The main idea was to create a sans-serif with geometric and strong feeling. Morocco is a round, curvaceous font from Swiss designer Michael Parson. Many of the letterforms in Morocco are inspired by the Modern Greek alphabet. Five of the lowercase letters have additional ascenders/descenders that are not typical in the Roman alphabet (h, n, s, u, x). This experimentation continues into the uppercase as well; many capital letters in this font have been bequeathed with ascender or descender-like elements, and some capital letters, like the Q", only come up to the x-height of the lowercase letters. This experiment in type design is one of ten from Parson that has been included in the Take Type 5 collection from Linotype GmbH."

Linotype Minos is part of the Take Type Library, chosen from contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. This fun font was designed by Swiss artist Christian Goetz, who named it after King Minos of Crete of the Bronze Age. Typical of scripts of this time were the ornamental borders around the characters, found on palaces of Knossos, Phaistos and Mallia. These borders surround every character of Linotype Minos, making it exclusively for headlines in larger point sizes. Single characters can also be used as initials mixed with other alphabets, especially with constructed sans serif and modern serif fonts.

Herculanum is a part of the 1990 program “Type before Gutenberg”, which included the work of twelve contemporary font designers and represented styles from across the ages. Herculanum is a work of Swiss typeface designer Adrian Frutiger. It takes its name from the city of Herculaneum, an ancient Roman resort town destroyed by volcanic pyroclastic flows from Mt Vesuvius in 79 AD (the same eruption that destroyed the nearby city of Pompeii). Herculaneum's ruins are located today in the commune of Ercolano, Campania, Italy. Ancient Roman writings of the 1st century influenced the font's design. Herculanum is distinguished by its broad characters with narrow strokes and its willful character.

Salome is a revival, normalization and elaborate expansion of a 1972 film face called Cantini. The original film type, released by a tiny independent outfit called Letter Graphics, looked like it was hand drawn with little consideration for consistency in essential lettering flow measurements, like angles, stroke widths, and vertical metrics. All these issues have been resolved in this digital version, and the original character set, including the whole lot of alternates, was entirely redrawn and expanded to include even more alternates and many useful ligatures, as well as extended support for Latin-based languages. Combining elements of early 20th century art nouveau with common 1960s and 1970s signage and poster lettering flair, Salome uses curls and curves to wave its fantastic shapes in a most hypnotic dance. Nazanin, originally named Haghighi, is a modern Arabic text face first produced by Linotype in 1978. Its popular design was converted into OpenType format in 2005, taking full advantage of digital technology to allow accurate positioning of diacriticals and kerning refinements. The counters and inter-character proportions of Nazanin are characteristic of Persian display lettering and typography. This is particularly true of Nazanin bold, which gives a strong image when used for display purposes. Nazanin possesses fuller, deeper characters than is normally exhibited in Arabic typography: its angled counters contributing to fluid, well-balanced, yet vibrant, letterforms. Originally designed for Farsi typesetting, Nazanin has now become popular for Arabic typesetting as well. Nazanin is available in two OpenType weights: Nazanin Light and Nazanin Bold. UTOPIAN is a color font family based on primary colors and pure geometric shapes, influenced by Bauhaus, DeStijl and Art Deco. Macho was designed in 2010 for MAN, Museo d'Arte Provincia di Nuoro, as a part of the corporate identity designed by Sabina Era. Macho is based on the idea of modular widths of the 20th-century typesetting systems, as the Olivetti Margherita and the hot-metal Linotype machine. The basic module is 7,5 percent of the body size (75 upm units) and every letter width is up to 20 modules. Every letter has the same width across different weights. Macho includes a large set of boxes and underlines that can be overlapped on the letters.

Gliker was designer in the early 2019 and published in June 2020. Gliker is inspired by the characteristics of Hobo Typefaces. All corners of this typeface is founded, giving a more dynamic and vintage feel. Gliker is available in 4 Weights (Regular, Semi Bold, Bold, Black) and 7 Widths (Extra Condensed, Condensed, Semi Condensed, Normal, Semi Expanded, Expanded, Extra Expanded) with a total 28 Styles. Tenby is a series of modular geometric display sans serif fonts with a hint of Art Deco combined with a 1980s finish. The fonts' underlying grid is ten squares high. Their widths correspond to condensed (Tenby Four), normal (Tenby Five) semi-extended (Tenby Six), extended (Tenby Seven), and extra-extended (Tenby Eight). Each contains two weights, light and regular. Although smaller text sizes are still quite legible, the fonts work better at large sizes.

An unnamed scroll typeface featured in the 1869 MacKellar Smiths and Jordan specimen book provided the pattern for this font. You may begin and end the scrolls with parentheses, braces or brackets, and employ the space bar as you normally would to construct headlines "in a pretty box". Both versions of this font contain the complete Unicode 1252 (Latin) and Unicode 1250 (Central European) character sets, with localization for Romanian and Moldovan.

Chatnarong Jingsuphatada is a Thailand based typeface designer of foundry Typesketchbook. In 2014, he has created Orev, a type family that consists of 18 fonts, including 9 weights available as normal and oblique style. It’s a unique and modern sans typeface, which is well suited for a variety of typographic applications such as headlines and small texts. The Orev font family supports multiple languages and is available as both webfont and desktop font.

With the intention to create a family of modern calligraphy, Vild Scapes offers different feels in different effects. The Normal option cuts back the imperfections created from freehand writing, while Inkless keeps those details. There’s also the Rust option, which imitates letterpress printing effects. In addition, the family comes in three designs: Brush (big paint brush style), Script (small paint brush style), and Marker (brush tip maker style), offering you more possibilities for creativity.

Markout is a chunky marker pen font. With a casual style and loose baseline, it's a great display font for titles, headings and logos. The Markout family has regular and alt versions, where some of the characters are different. Most notable is the 'k' in the Alt version this has a more normal size and shape when compared to the regular. Also includes five marker pen emoji ligatures and double letter ligatures.

Supra-compressed – designed by Gert Wiescher in 2013 – is the extreme version of this family. But despite it being very slim it is still – because of its openness – a very readable font. The light and normal weights and the dominant x-height with its high ascenders make for easy reading of long copy. The heavy and x-light weights are great for elegant headlines. Supra is a versatile OpenType family with lots of different weights.

Armetica is an ultra condensed sans serif typeface with a unique personality. It comes in normal and display versions, with 9 weights, as well as italics totaling 18 fonts. Armetica is a modern elegant typeface that would be perfect for branding, logos, headlines or captions. A contemporary interpretation of the famous DIN typeface. Regular style suits for long texts, while Light and Bold variations work well in large sizes. Bodoni Classic Inline is a very elaborate extension of my Bodoni Classic family. The font has 5 different swashes for each capital letter, diverse swashes for lowercase letters and a full set of ligatures, oldstyle and normal numerals, all together 669 glyphs. "Disco Pang Pang" is the Korean name for Tagada rides. It is a characteristic typeface that is good to use when you want to make use of a unique and bouncy feeling. Light and Extrabold are made with the thickness of normal typefaces, but Left and Right have strange shapes with stroke thicknesses that are biased to one side. Its unique shape can make a strong impression on people. This font contains Korean.

Here is my font with carved out letters, like a really bad stamp. Each lowercase letter has 3 different versions, and that makes your text more natural, organic and handmade. Normally I kern my fonts throughout, but this time there is no kerning at all...and that's odd, when we're not talking about monospaced fonts. Anyway, Bottle Fork has its flaws and jumpy x-height...but that's exactly the charm of it all! :)
