Brak is the dutch word for ‘brackish’, the mix of fresh and salten sea water found in river deltas and estuaries. Brak is also VetteLetters’ straightforward display font with straight lines and rounded ends, and comes in two weights. It does really well in sea food dishes like fish, lobster, mussels and shrimps. Brak doesn't beat around the bush, it is an all-caps typeface with alternative capital letterforms assigned to the lowercase positions, for a variety of combinations.

The block style lettering with rounded corners found on a package for model railroad kit parts was the inspiration for Model Railroad JNL.

Found within the pages of the 1934 edition of the American Type Foundry’s “Book of American Type” is a sans serif design with rounded terminals that emulates a typewriter face. “Jumbo Typewriter” is reminiscent of the type of lettering formerly found on teletype news copy. “Teletype” was a division of Western Electric (part of AT&T), and the machines utilized telephone lines to electronically type and send (as well as receive) messages worldwide. Many folks will remember the sound of teletype machines in the background when radio stations had their news breaks. Now available digitally as News Copy JNL, it is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Bernhard Blackletter can be compared to a tuba, adding its deep bass sound to the orchestra of blackletter fonts. This font contains a bunch of useful ligatures, and to access all, it is recommended to activate both Standard and Discretionary Ligatures. You find the round s on the # key, and typing the combination N-o-period and activating the OT feature Ordinals gets you the numero sign.

Nature Stencils JNL brings together a number of vintage decorator stencils with bird and flower motifs (along with individualized elements from the original designs). These home decor stencils were manufactured by the Huntington Oil Cured Stencil Company somewhere around the early 1950s. Originally located in Huntington, New York, the company later relocated to the South Florida area, but there is no additional information found about the company's background.

Around 2018 or 2019, the State of Florida introduced new letter and number characters on its auto plates. Inspired by this change, Jeff Levine Fonts offers up a digital version of this lettering named New Car Tag JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions (for those who want a more sporty look). Some people prefer a rounded 'zero' to differentiate between the regular zero and the letter 'O'. You can find this alternate character located on both the solid bar and broken bar glyphs.

In 1905 Berthold released an engraved blackletter font called Prinzess Kupferstichschrift. Based on an old printed remnant, I revived this beautiful open-face fraktur and enriched it with several OpenType features. As usual in my blackletter fonts, the round ‘s’ lies on the number sign key, and a traditional number sign can be accessed via the Discretionary Ligature feature and typing 'N-r-period'. In this font you have also the possibility to turn I, V, X, L, C, D, and M into Roman numerals by activating the Stylistic Alternates feature. And last but not least, various useful ligatures polish up this font.

A ìthick and thinî Art Deco sans lettering design was found within the pages of the May, 1936 issue of Modern Screen magazine. This condensed typeface has rounded terminals, similar to that made by a round nib lettering pen. This is now available as Deco Film Ad JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

Illumini is a thin and rounded neoish sans-serif suitable for everything from logotypes to large text blocks. It contains several of the traditional ligatures normally found in serif fonts.

This script font is inspired by the flexible nib strokes to create a concatenation of refinement with character mixing the contrast with pronounced but rounded angles. This angles along with the inktraps give the font a better performance when printing. Texts will have a very even rhythm due to its consistency on the stroke’s angle and spacing. The words can receive a dramatic touch by using the wide range of glyphs with curly and refined ornamentation. There are lots of caps and number variants dressed up with a variety of swashes. Also, two sets of versatile ornaments will be found: a first set of ending flourishes that match with any lowercase letter and a second set of independent flourishes to be placed around the words. Monthly Calendar JNL is a companion font to Calendar Blocks JNL, and features classic wood type lettering and numerals from the 1800s. A set of large numbers are on their own keys, while the numbers 1-31 reside on the A-Z and a-e keys respectively. The days of the week are on the lower case “f” through “l” keys, while the names of the months are found on the “m” through “x” positions. An open rectangle is on the lower case “y” key, and a solid black rectangle is on the “z”. For those who wish to use the 23/30 and 24/31 configurations, they can be found on the left and right parenthesis.
