  2. 1545 Faucheur by GLC, $42.00
This family was inspired by the set of fonts used in Paris by Ponce Rosset, aka “Faucheur” to print the account of the second voyage to Canada by Jacques Cartier, first edition, in 1545. It is a Garalde set, the punchcutter is unknown, certainly it was not Garamond himself. In our two styles (normal and italic), fontfaces, kernings and spaces are scrupulously the same as in the original. This Pro font covers Western, Eastern and Central European languages (including Celtic) Baltic and Turkish, with standard and long-s ligatures in each of the two styles.
  3. Leopard Varsity by Beast Designer, $15.99
Leopard Varsity Font is designed to mimic the pattern of a leopard’s skin within the letterforms. Its unique characteristic lies in the intricate texture within the letters, resembling the spots or rosettes found on a leopard’s fur. Each letter incorporates these patterns in a way that adds depth and visual interest to the text, creating a bold and distinctive appearance reminiscent of the striking and organic design of a leopard’s coat. This feature makes it an eye-catching choice for projects aiming to evoke a sense of wildness, uniqueness, or adventurous spirit. **Uppercase

  22. Egyptian Hieroglyphics – Deities by Deniart Systems, $30.00
Give your documents a sense of history. The study of the ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics has been an ongoing fascination by scholars and Egyptology buffs for literally centuries. The discovery of the Rosetta stone in 1799 provided an incredible breakthrough in deciphering the hieroglyphs, however there continues to be conflicting opinions on the literal translation of both the phonetic and ideographic symbols. As such, the interpretation provided in this manual represents an assembly of the most popular transcriptions. This series contains 62 assorted gods and deities as well as a few well known kings or pharaoh's from the New Dynasty. It is important to note that most of the gods and deities were represented in many different forms throughout the centuries and regions of Ancient Egypt, and these are but some of these representations. NOTE: this font comes with an interpretation guide in pdf format.

  33. ITC Black Tulip by ITC, $29.00
ITC Black Tulip was designed by Dudley Rees and inspired by the modular simplicity of the Greek fret band, an ancient repeating pattern formed by tracing a line at right angles between two horizontal rules to form an interlocking motif. Rees admired the discipline of the motif, I saw how that simple rigid rectangular network suggested an alphabet that would need little or no kerning," he says. He describes ITC Black Tulip as a "dramatic headline face"."
