Filistique is gracious, flexible, and stylish. In the first sketches of this typeface, the one-line drawing principle was the rule. This principal had to perish soon when more complex characters came up. But still the one-line rule was kept in tradition to maintain the behavior of the natural course of the drawing line. Once writing, the characters joined fluidly into words and slipped easily into sentences like they had always belonged there. They have these natural features maybe somewhat familiar on the first sight. Filistique approaches handwriting but likes to be straight up as well. Vasili Vasilyevich Radlof or Wilhelm Radloff (Russian: Василий Васильевич Радлов; German: Wilhelm Radloff; 17 January 1837 - 12 May 1918) was a German-born Russian orientalist and founder of Turcology. Radloff is a Russian Turkologist of German origin, who researches the Turkish world from different aspects, opens a new era in the history of Turkology by bringing them to light, and has devoted 60 years of his 81-year long life to these studies. In his work known as Radloff Atlas, it was published with a runic font that he developed specifically for the Old Turkish Runic Alphabet. I made the Turkish Runic Font using Radloff's Atlas. I developed this viking font based on this font and adapted it to Viking writing. I will adapt other runic versions when I have the opportunity.

Ioana is an inoffensive, slightly quirky, slightly fattened sans serif font. It has a full character set as well as ligatures, small caps, superiors, inferiors, numerators, denominators and auto-fractions. Ioana came about as a direct result of 3 previous, private commissions that were all based on an artists hand-writing. For Ioana, I wanted a more regimented (but not boring) sans serif that could be used for headlines, posters and flyers with larger body text. Ioana Lighter is an inoffensive, slightly quirky, slightly lighter sans serif font. It is the lighter weight of Ioana and has a full character set as well as ligatures, small caps, superiors, inferiors, numerators, denominators, old style figures and auto-fractions.
