When type historians look back on Jim Rimmer, they will consider him the last type designer who just couldn't let go of metal type, even though he was just as proficient in digital type. Lancelot is one definite case in point: A face designed and produced in digital as late in the game as 1999, only to spring onto the new millenium a couple of years later as a metal type cast in three sizes. That was Jim, a time traveler constantly reminding the craft of its origins. This particular time machine was originally designed as a simple set of attractive caps that emphasize the beauty of the variable conventional dialogue between the drawing tool and the intended final form, and the one exchanged within the totality of the forms themselves. Jim designed two weights, with contrast and counterspace being the main difference between them. In 2013, the Lancelot family was remastered and greatly expanded. Nauman Neue is a modern humanist sans serif typeface made for the screen. Another addition to the Whiz Bang Woodtype series, this typeface is a double-wide, extrabold version of the so-called Tuscan style of lettering, popular at the end of the nineteenth century. Named after a small town in Texas, which the locals pronounce "meh-HAY-a." Both versions of this font contain the Unicode 1252 Latin and Unicode 1250 Central European character sets, with localization for Romanian and Moldovan.

Céline was inspired by a recent trip to a vineyard in the South of France. A vintage stencil numeral set was etched onto the wine fermentation tanks. Céline is a one weight stencil display typeface with plans to expand the family with multiple weights and non stencil versions. You gotta love this extreme take on the "gothic" blackletter traditions! Roger Nelsson edited a few letters, drastically improved the spacing - and then gave it the usual large CheapProFonts character set. Fun! Enzia is a friendly and flowing sans serif. Enzia exists somewhere between a slab serif and a semi-sans, and features flared vertical stems and rounded terminals. Its bulbous terminals and open counters inject a flavor of ease and excitement. Enzia provides plenty of impact and is best used with short to medium length texts. Cervo Neue is the new perfected and extended version of Cervo, containing 18 variants. It differs from the previous version with the higher accents over glyphs, enlarged punctuation, old-style numerals and the newly added varieties Semi Bold, Bold, Extra Bold and Black. Additionally, there is the variety of grotesque. Font Cervo is inspired by a “You And Me Monthly” published by National Magazines Publisher RSW „Prasa” that appeared from Mai 1960 till December 1973 in Poland.

Corda – an elegant serif family with an easygoing, flowing ductus. It is semi-contrasted and even in the heavier styles appears light and breezy. David Berlow undertook the revival of Frederic W. Goudy’s Village family in the early ’90s as the first real step in the successful redesign of Esquire magazine. Goudy originally cut Village No. 2 in 1932 to bring early ideas up to date, adding the italic a year or two later for his own satisfaction. Font Bureau expanded Village, the model for Goudy’s mature style, into a ten-part series designed for Esquire’s use in text and display; FB 1994

Vikive is a family of Sans Serif fonts, better known in its origins as "Gothic" in America or "Grotesque" in Europe. Some authors divide them into three categories: Grotesque, Geometric and Humanistic. Probably, it can be defined that Vikive has some characteristics of the first two: Grotesque and Geometric, high x-height, slight squareness of the curves, wide set, open tail, simple construction. Adso was born out of a research that studied the possibility of reintroducing Gothic writing in our contemporary world. Inspired by Henry W. Troy, BLAQ is a new version of Trojan Text not available as font. Is an ornamental blackletter alphabet. Works great in headlines and other ‘masculine’ like design settings. The Victorian Gothic or Neo-Gothic is an architectural movement that began in the 1740s in England. Its popularity grew rapidly in the early nineteenth century. This is the rounded, softer version of Canada Type's popular Press Gothic. Originally done in 2011 for a global publisher, this font has already seen plenty of magazine and book cover action, perhaps even more than the sharp condensed face that spawned it. And like Press Gothic, Soft Press comes with small caps and biform/unicase forms, in addition to the main upper/lowercase set. The extended language support covers a wide range, including Greek and Cyrillic, Turkish, Baltic, Central and Eastern European languages, Celtic/Welsh and Esperanto.
