Ellie Script is a hand drawn signature style typeface. Ellie is great for branding, headlines, invitation cards, poems, posters or as a logotype. Boasting over 600 glyphs, Ellie is equipped with handy OpenType features - Contextual Alternates and Standard Ligatures are automatically on and they help to keep the connections smooth and text varied to simulate hand writing. In addition Ellie Script is equipped with Swash and Stylistic Alternates that can be used for more customised look and in addition it has Stylistic Alternates that can be used for long end swash to a word. If that isn’t enough there are also Discretionary Ligatures: certain letter pairs like th, lt, or, is are made into more showy. They work best in shorter texts. Ellie has three ampersands and two sets of numerals, and even more alternates can be found from the Character Window. Ellie Script is PUA encoded so you can access the extras in most graphic design softwares. The 1900 specimen book of the Leipzig foundry Schelter & Giesecke featured this curious hybrid of blackletter and Art Nouveau, under the name Petrarka. Its narrow footprint and large x-height make it an ideal choice for headlines which harken both forward and back. Both versions contain the complete Latin 1252, Central European 1250 and Turkish 1254 character sets.

This curious little gem is patterned after a typeface named "Bloomsbury", released by P. M. Shanks & Sons, Ltd. of London in the 1920s. Its gentle curves and somewhat quirky construction combine to create a warm and friendly, if slightly offbeat, antique charm. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

As the basis for this new font artist and designer Lena Schmidt used an old font design by her mother Jutta. At a young age, her mother drew and illustrated a lot with pen and ink. She made beautiful illustrations and many font designs. Schmidt chose one of these drafts - delicately drawn Donovan lyrics - as the basis for this digital handwritten stencil font. What emerged from it is a stencil text and display typeface that relates to Auriol's art nouveau typefaces and the era of impressionism. More weights will be published in soon. Bommer Slab Rounded designed by Eduilson Coan is the softer sister of Bommer Slab released in April 2014. This family includes 14 weights: seven uprights and seven italics and opentype features such as: all caps, ligatures, ordinal, fractions, numerator, denominator, superscript and subscript.

Today's digital font technology allowed the world-renowned typeface designer/calligrapher Hermann Zapf to finally realize a vision he first had more than fifty years ago: creating a typeface that could capture the freedom and liveliness of beautiful handwriting. The basic Zapfino™ font family, released in 1998, consists of four alphabets with many additional stylistic alternates that can be freely mixed together to emulate the variations in handwritten text. In 2003, Herman Zapf completely reworked the Zapfino design, creating Zapfino™ Extra. This large expansion of the Zapfino family was designed in close collaboration with Akira Kobayashi. In order to minimize compatibility problems for Macintosh users, Linotype has created OSX versions of its Zapfino Extra Pro typefaces, which have been enlarged to correlate visually with the Mac OS Zapfino system font. These special Linotype fonts can be distinguished by the letter X" in their name. Zapfino Extra is an OpenType format font, which is available in two versions. Which version you purchase should depend on which software applications you use the most and what features they support! The Contextual version of Zapfino Extra Pro contains a treasure-trove of extra contextual features. When created in 2004, this was the most advanced OpenType font released to date. By purchasing this version, users of OpenType-supporting applications, such as Adobe InDesign, may access all of the features available in the entire Zapfino family through just two fonts, Zapfino Extra LT Pro (Contextual) and Zapfino Forte LT Pro! Unfortunately, most non-Adobe applications currently do not support the contextual features made possible by recent OpenType developments.
