Unisketch is an homage to my favorite font Univers when I was at design college. Univers is a neo grotesk font by famous Swiss typeface designer Adrian Frutiger. Unisketch, with its worn, misaligned and slightly tilted characters, still retains some of the qualities that workhorse body copy requires: It is legible at small sizes and produces a compact ‘Schriftbild’.

Almost all shapes in Vecta are rounded to provide a friendly effect. Proportions are somewhat condensed providing economic space usage. Vecta looks equally at home in headlines as well as body text.

Gaia is the first dingbat series made by Ricardo Esteves Gomes. Each glyph in this font was designed to be used as single forms or as graphic pattens. Recently I have been watching some re-runs of Dexter. In season 1, Debra has a rough morning and complains she cannot make it through the day without eating a breakfast burrito. The name stuck, a font was born and the result is Breakfast Burrito font. It is a tall, all caps typeface with a little twist.

The sheet music for the 1914 Word War I comic novelty song "When the War Breaks Out in Mexico I'm Going to Go to Montreal" had one of those overly-worded song titles popular during this period (13!), along with interesting sans serif hand lettering. It now debuts digitally as Conscription JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

Sketchwriter™ is a terribly fun hand-drawn typeface designed with many uses in mind. At small point sizes, it's a little grungy. The larger the display, the more interesting the stroked glyphs become.

It's a heavy and pop font that I imagined to be a naughty child. There are three kinds of "YanchaPop" which is easy to use with standards, "YanchaPopRounded" with a gentle impression which rounded the corner a little, "YanchaPopJitabata" of a cheerful image tilted randomly. It corresponds to Hiragana · Katakana · Alphabet · Numerals · Symbols · Kanji(chinese characters). You can also write vertically. You can use it easily, because it contains JIS first · second level, and IBM extended Kanji(about 6700chinese characters). This font is bold, recommended to use it for headlines and prominent places. FG Rakel is a small old looking handwriting connected script font. I have found it useful on greeting cards and scrapbook journaling among other things.

Nouveau Eccentrique JNL is a novelty Art Nouveau lettering style found on some 1920s sheet music cheerfully entitled "I'm Glad I Can Make You Cry".

DEVILE is a gothic medieval font; its something new for me I never tried to create a font like this before so check it out –

Palatino is the work of Hermann Zapf and became available in the late 1950s from D. Stempel AG in Frankfurt am Main. Zapf optimized Palatino’s design for legibility, producing a typeface which remained legible even on the inferior paper of the post World War II period. Zapf named the font after Giambattista Palatino, a master of scripts from the time of Leonardo da Vinci. Palatino is an Old Face font which proves that classic forms can still be used to create new typefaces.

Clean and geometric deco sans typefaces have been used in a range of scientific publications, corporate logotypes, and beauty products over the years. Linotype Minos is part of the Take Type Library, chosen from contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. This fun font was designed by Swiss artist Christian Goetz, who named it after King Minos of Crete of the Bronze Age. Typical of scripts of this time were the ornamental borders around the characters, found on palaces of Knossos, Phaistos and Mallia. These borders surround every character of Linotype Minos, making it exclusively for headlines in larger point sizes. Single characters can also be used as initials mixed with other alphabets, especially with constructed sans serif and modern serif fonts.

Hal Taylor's ITC Outpost was not the result of a detailed design brief, nor was there a methodical development of key concepts or characters. Outpost just seemed to emerge all at once during a brief sketching session," says Taylor. "I guess what I was thinking of was an antiquated Western perception of some sort of Middle Eastern hand lettering - a 'mysterious East' sort of thing." ITC Outpost's sense of the exotic has an almost Art Nouveau quality, with its sensuous curves and sweeping strokes. The open bowls and opposing weight bias in many of the characters add to the design's striking personality. A suite of alternate and swash letters enables the setting of distinctive display copy. Satsuma. It used to be only a Japanese orange, but now it's a typeface as well. A rather unusual typeface. Satsuma is rough around the edges, squarish and playful. It is handmade and comes with over 400 interlocking ligatures. If that ain't fun, I don't know what is! Of course, Satsuma comes with extensive language support AND accented ligatures! Due to the complexity of this font, it only comes as TTF.

Bodoni Classic Swing is another of my decorative additions to Bodoni’s family of typefaces. Bodoni did not design decorative versions. His quest was for purity in book design. He was purely as a printer who had to cut his own fonts because there simply weren't any foundries in those days. I think if Giambattista were alive today he would design many decorative typefaces.
