Its analog form was designed by Les Usherwood (Typsettra) in the 1980’s, and Paul Hickson (P&P Hickson) and Steve Jackaman (ITF) designed the digital version exclusively for the Red Rooster Collection in 1992. The Cardea family of typefaces is the outcome of David Cabianca’s 2003–04 MA Typeface Design experience at the University of Reading. John Baskerville spared no effort to create the ultimate typographic book. Willow is an Adobe Originals typeface designed in 1990 by Joy Redick for the Adobe Wood Type series.
