Old Thunder is a revival of an 1800’s Tuscan style font called Lavinia, we've expanded the original font to include a lowercase, an Open faced version, a very attractive Black face and last this set just wouldn't be complete without a Fill font. When you see the word Fill in a fonts name this describes its purpose which means the font is intended to be used for filling in the open space of its parent font or the Open faced shadowed version from that font family or group. Some Fill fonts look as if they may be used as stand alone fonts but others simply do not look good used as a plain font. The Fill font for Old Thunder was designed to work as both a fill and a regular font, although when used as a regular font the letter spacing will appear a little wide. If needed the spacing can be adjusted in some applications font settings, check the help file in your application for further information on spacing. BigStripesMono is another typeface family from IngrimayneType that explores the possibilities of alternating letters sets. The family is monospaced with four fonts: a base or solid style, an outlined style, and two styles in which each character is cut diagonally and the halves are separated to form two characters. These split styles are not designed to be used alone but layered with the base style, outlined style, or both to form colorful lettering with an unusual striped appearance. The stripe is not apparent in single letters but only in words or lines of text. For best results use an application that supports the OpenType feature Contextual Alternatives (calt) to alternate the letters of the split styles. The four styles can be combined in several ways to create unusual lettering appropriate for titles, headlines, and similar uses. With all our love for the original font family, it felt there was a lack of functionality, character composition, features, and design freshness, which prompted us to the idea of a complete restart. Now TT Octosquares can be safely called a superfamily consisting of 4 widths (Compressed, Condensed, Standard, Expanded), 72 faces (18 in each width), and 1 incredible variable font in which variability works jointly on three axes. In addition to working on the contours themselves and their design, we completely revised the composition of the typeface. First, we added two completely new widths: Compressed and Expanded. Secondly, we increased the number of weights in each of the subfamilies—while in the old versions there were 5 weights, now in each of the subfamilies there are 9 weights. At the stage of working with the contours of characters, we revised the roundings, changed the forms of shoulder and stem crossings, added noticeable shelves at the letters, removed the sharpness from the triangular characters and cut off all sharp endings. From the very beginning of work on TT Octosquares, we planned to make a variable 3-axis version of it sewn into 1 font file. This means that by installing just one variable font file, you get access to three axial adjustment of the font: by thickness, width and inclination. Thanks to this flexibility in settings, you can always choose a custom combination of thickness, width or inclination that best suits your tasks. Due to the increased language support and the appearance of a bunch of useful OpenType features, the number of glyphs in the typeface has increased from 480 to 825 in each style. Fun. Fun isn't it? But sometimes you can have too much fun, and things can get out of hand. Revla Sans is, in certain situations, too much fun. So, without further ado, let me introduce the straight man to Revla Sans's buffoon - Revla Sans Text. It represents a complete overhaul of Revla Sans. The bounciness has been removed and details reined in, all for the purpose of optimizing the fonts for use in longer runs of text. 'Text' is perhaps a strong word here; you're not going to be setting novels in this typeface. It still retains the charm of the original, and could well be used in display settings. Think of it like this - Revla Sans would be a great choice for the logo and branding of a board game, no? Revla Sans Text, then, would be good for setting the instructions, or body copy on the website. Revla Sans Text is not as feature-rich as Revla Sans, and is priced accordingly. Enjoy!

Although better known for his residential buildings, Richard Neutra’s commercial projects nevertheless resonate the same holistic ecology—unity with the surrounding landscape and uncompromising functionalism. His attention to detail even extended to the selection of signage for his buildings. It is no wonder that Neutra specified lettering that was open and unobtrusive, the same characteristics which typified his progressive architecture. Kulturista is an unmistakeable linear slab serif typeface with pronounced rectangular serifs. The drawings are based on the sans-serif Nudista typeface, and Kulturista also inherits Nudista’s distinctive narrowed character proportions, range of weights and glyph sets. The italics are inclined sufficiently, and have the same width and colouring as the plain styles. They aren’t just a mechanically-slanted version of the basic styles, as is often the case for typefaces derived from geometrical images — a whole range of characters have their own drawn variants, which greatly strengthens their highlight function. The italics are therefore an equal partner for the roman styles. Kulturista is definitely a good choice for a headline typeface for magazines and book covers. The range of boldness can come in handy when editing sections, headlines and supplements. The typeface understandably proves itself as a healthy foundation for a unified visual style, and holds up at display sizes as well as on shorter texts.

Finally the time has come to publish our new ‘BlackHand’ font. It is a bold and upright handwritten font featuring 150 ligatures, which make for a credible handwritten look and feel.
