Bayside Tavern is a weathered version of our Tavern Alt font family. With its straight sides Bayside Tavern fits better in tight spaces and reads better at smaller point sizes than the regular Bay Tavern version. With three weights, open faced and outline versions to choose from you're sure to find the right style for your new project, restaurant menu, logo, t-shirt design or Pirate costume party. Peter Kin-Fan Lo designed the award winning Linotype Ancient Chinese™ in 1997. It is a symbol font that contains 92 “portraits” of figures who look as if they could have populated ancient China. Dom was designed by Peter Dombrezian for American Type Founders in 1951–52. It is an informal unjoined script typeface that looks brushwritten. Its letters are almost monotone, freely or casually drawn. Vertical strokes of them have irregular ending at different heights, and oval axis have slightly different slopes. This typeface is to create a friendly, informal look in signs, advertising, and invitations. The Cyrillic version of the Bitstream digital font was developed by Dmitry Kirsanov for ParaType in 2008.

Herald Banner is the newest (as at January 2017) of Greater Albion’s ‘Banner’ or ‘Masthead' typeface. It tales the form of letters on a long heraldic banner twined about a central mace. It is offered in two forms- a conventional monochrome typeface and a set of eight interrelated typefaces designated ‘Colour’ 1 through to ‘Colour 8’. These (and indeed the monochrome face) have identical metrics and can be overlaid to produce multi-coloured lettering with the bare minimum of effort.

Ticketing is a monospaced font loosely based on the pixel style lettering of electronic ticketing, designed for clarity when cheaply printed at small sizes. Ticketing, however, has a larger x-height than is often found on ticket type. The glyphs were drawn on a square grid 13 wide by 22 high, though some accented characters are taller or extend below the baseline. The Space is a full character width, but the Non-Breaking Space is set to half the width of the glyphs.

I keep experimenting with handwritten fonts, shapes and lines. I want the font to set the tone, the atmosphere, and look like an inscription made in a hurry, but still readable. Tahiti Sans is a playful, all caps display sans available in 2 versions. At first glance it appears to be the offspring of a rather uniform font and a wacky one. The variations of letterforms as well as random angles are minimal. They’re tall by nature so squeezing text into tight spaces should be easy. Characters are slightly jumbled in a childlike manner and misaligned with varying degrees of spacing. Use it for youth sports, social media, toy packaging or advertising.

I have never stayed at a boarding house myself, but I’ve heard some horror stories. Handu, designed by Alex Jacque in 2012, is an affable hand-drawn sans-serif inspired by the hand-painted type and signage on the streets of Kolkata, India. Rosemont is a playful new font which hovers on the bordeline between Arts and Crafts style and Art Nouveau style. The result is an interesting looking font which could be at home in either design environment. Rosemont features two sets of upper case characters, one with more decoration and one which is more plain.

Based on drawings of Medieval versals (capitals used at beginning of verses in manuscripts) by Frederic W. Goudy. Works beautifully as initials with Goudy Text Oldstyle. Uppercase only, no numerals or punctuation; several letters have alternates. Framed, inversed caps are also included. This version of Lombardy Capitals is purposely less regular and clean-cut than some available to maintain a more hand-drawn look similar to the irregularities that would be found in a Medieval manuscript. The alternates help contribute to that look.

Jan Regular combines an experimental, bold, mono-weight geometric sans serif with the Arabic writing system's means of joining letters. The new Foundry Gridnik typeface family features an expressive range of 10 weights – from Light to Extra Bold, each with accompanying Italics.
