  1. Campaign by Solotype, $19.95
We saw a zigzag type like this made in the 1860s. We copied the idea, but added stars to make it patriotic. As with many highly specialized fonts, you won't want to use this every day but certainly, like other "stars and stripes" types, it implies something about the message even before one reads the words.
  2. PR Mysticon 01 by PR Fonts, $5.00
There has long been interest in the talismanic value of different numbers and their varied many - pointed stars or patterns. This font presents star designs with points numbering between five and twelve, in solid form, outlined, interlaced, and placed within a circle. Whether your interest is mathematical or mystical, We hope you will enjoy this collection of forms.

  4. Astromonkey by Hanoded, $15.00
Astromonkey - here he is, all new, all excited to be alive! Astromonkey comes from outer space, where he has rubbed shoulders with the Star Trekkers, the aliens and Major Tom, who is still floating in his tin can. The font is a squarish all caps, with a different set of glyphs for upper and lower case (so they mingle quite well) and Astromonkey himself - disguised as the paragraph glyph. Enjoy.

  20. Picayune Intelligence BT by Bitstream, $50.99
The unusual name for this Deco style typeface comes from the playful and pun-laden 1960s Rocky & Bullwinkle TV show. It is the name of the newspaper in the mythical town of Frostbite Falls, MN, home of the two cartoon stars. The name, Picayune Intelligence, literally means “pretty dumb”, but we don’t think that describes Nick’s competent design at all. It is comforting to know that someone is still watching quality television.
