PyeMan is a rounded block typeface influenced by home computer games from the 1980s. Examples include Asteroids, Defender and Pac-Man.

This typeface is inspired by the lettering of Archibald Knox (1864 – 1933), a designer for Liberty & Co. from the Isle of Man.

There are fifty shades of grey during those hours after sunset and I think just as many in my porridge this morning. Yes, okay, I admit it, I spoiled the milk! This porridge tastes like it was left in a graveyard overnight. Death warmed over. Gothic and lumpy. Just like the Buried weights of this font.

These are the letters I doodled in the margins of my high school notebooks. As it turns out, a man named Milt Glaser doodled them first. He doodled a lot of other amazing things too. Mr. Glaser called his blocky alphabet Baby Teeth. I think the type looks better when it says Surfside, so that's what I called my incarnation. This version has been digitized and expanded, and is available for Mac and PC. These letters remind me of the 80s and the 90s, of Gotcha shorts, Ocean Pacific shirts and fluorescent windbreakers. Candycorn Overdose represents how I used to feel on the morning after Halloween, way back when I was young enough to go out begging for candy.

“I Don't like No Cheap Man” is a piece of early 1900s sheet music featuring its title hand lettered in a condensed slab serif design. The influences of the Art Nouveau era are clearly found in the many eccentric character shapes within the various letters of the original artwork. Recreated in digital type, Tightwad JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions – and its font name is a variant of the “Cheap Man” portion of the song’s title.

Sheepman font was named after my favorite Haruki Murakami character: the Sheep Man. Sheepman font is handwritten, messy, but legible and complete. It comes with alternates and ligatures.
