Herbert Post’s (1903-1978) blackletter fonts redesigned for nowadays’ use. Both font styles contain adorning swash caps. Typing N, o, and period, and activating the OT feature Ordinals produces an oldstyle number sign.

This rather modern versions of a Gothic style blackletter were originally drawn by Georg Trump in 1936 and 1937 respectively. To access all ligatures, I recommend to activate both OT features, standard and discretionary ligatures.

Mymoon Stencil is an extension of the Mymoon font family. It comes in 3 weights: UltraLight, Regular and Heavy. Contains extended Latin character set with OT features such as OldStyle and Tabelar numerals and fractions.

Densit is a display mega black typeface, containing 6 styles. It aims for a ultimate density with a maximum weight on a minimum place. Glyphs therefore balances on a slim border of touch. The typeface is designed for expressive and short texts at big sizes and is suitable for photography or other visual materials underlaying. The 3 basic styles parodies ordinary type styles. They only differents from each other lays in the lenght of straight thin lines. The stencil style without these lines is intended especially for spray stencils, the sans style is imitating linear sans types and the serif style having stronger contrast and indicated serifs. The typeface contains a large set of special ligatures for playing with aesthetic qualities of text and obtain maximum space saving. Densit contains 34 special forms for members and frequently used short words in various languages. Very short terminals offer compact setting of multi-lines captions. Copenhagen has been in need of a typeface that unites the city’s many visual expressions. The three designers Morten Rostgaard Olsen, Henrik Birkvig and Ole Søndergaard have designed and developed the typeface FP København. Now available from MyFonts in 44 styles: Serif & sans serif, uprights & italics, small caps, pictos-characters, stencils, sprayed style, OT-features, ligatures, contextual alternates etc. The shapes of the letters are inspired by the city’s culture and the visual environment and design in Denmark in the 20th century. It is relatively low and wide as the city itself and with rounded corners that give it a warm visual mood.
