Stencil Round Ends, is just that, a stencil typeface with rounded terminations to each line rather than the squared terminations found in your typical stencil font. This design was developed while designing a typeface for engraving. The end mill tools used to engrave a font are round, thus the lines will all end with a rounded edge. While designing the engraving font I also designed this font to make sure that the single line version will have the desired aesthetic. Unlike many stencil fonts that have a limited range of glyphs I made this to contain the majority of letters, accents, ligatures, and mathematic symbols commonly used in most latin based languages.

Wolverhampton is a new Neo-Victorian face from Greater Albion Typefounders. It's something of an example of starting with a small idea and running with it. This family of three typefaces (Regular, Small Capitals and Capitals) was inspired by a line of lettering seen on a late 19th Century enamel advertisement made by Chromo of Wolverhampton (hence the family name). The family grew, topsy-like, from a recreation of these initial fifteen capital letterforms to the three complete typefaces offered here. The three typefaces are ideal for advertising and poster work with a Victorian, Edwardian, or 'Steam-punk' theme. They would also be eminently suitable for signage inspired by the same eras or (as we've seen a number of our other typeface families prove very popular) for book covers of period related novels and historical works. Martin Wilke designed the dynamic calligraphic typeface New Berolina in 1965. The light line of the strokes and the strong stroke contrast lets New Berolina dance across the page. Broad, generous capitals complement beautifully the narrower lower case characters with their low x-height. The capitals can also be used as initials. Used carefully and with generous line spacing, New Berolina will lend any text a fresh, lively look.

In the MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan type specimen book of 1892 are examples of Lining Gothic Extended, a wide sans serif typeface. A lining font has the numerals aligned with the capital letter height, rather than following the “Old Style” method of smaller figures that could also descend below the baseline. The idea behind Geotica was to build a font out of -more or less- simple geometrical line elements. The open wire frame could then be left open or (partially) filled. Personlighed was originally a handdrawn font, but I decided to trace each glyph and make this super clean font instead. The idea of the font is about making a hybrid between the handdrawn lines and the “computerized” vector. If you look closely, I have some uneven lines here and there (not many, but are here and there!) I’ve also added some alternative versions of j, k, q, r and the ampersand

The sans serif Angro was designed in the weights light and bold by Erwin Koch.
