Cornelius is a playful hand-drawn font family designed by Daniel Bak (Artcity). It is available in three handy weights: regular, bold and screaming. It contains international language accent marks and diacriticals, including Greek and Cyrillic in both OTF and TTF formats. Font family name is inspired by the main male ape character from the 1968 science fiction film Planet of the Apes and Pierre Boulle novel of the same name. Boulle published his La Planète des singes in 1963, which was originally translated in 1964 as Monkey Planet by Xan Fielding, and later re-issued as Planet of the Apes . Dr. Cornelius is a chimpanzee archaeologist and historian who appears in the original novel, and also the first three installments of the classic movie series, from the 1960s and 1970s. He was portrayed mainly by actor Roddy McDowall, but also by David Watson.

The new Linotype® Devanagari typeface is a traditional text face now available in five weights (from Light to Black) and suitable for a wide variety of print and digital uses. A compact design, Linotype Devanagari also provides economy of space where textual real estate is at a premium. In addition, its large character set enables the setting of Hindi, Marathi, Nepali and is suitable for Sanskrit passages. The design’s open counters ensure high levels of legibility at small sizes and at modest resolution. The history of Linotype Devanagari is quite extensive. Inspired by the late 19th and early 20th century Nirnaya Sagar designs, it was originally designed in 1977 by Mathew Carter for phototypesetting systems. It was then revised and expanded for digital typesetting by the Linotype letter-drawing studio headed by Georgie Surman under the art direction of Fiona Ross. This new, enhanced revival was designed by Lisa Timpi and Gunnar Vilhjálmsson with Fiona Ross as a consultant. This new Linotype Devanagari is part of a project to refresh the pivotal Linotype Bengali and Linotype Gujarati typefaces and make them available for the first time in the popular OpenType font format.

Schnorr is a family of three fonts drawn by a German designer, Peter Schnorr. Schnorr Dekorativ is one of the less frequently seen of the alphabets he designed and one of the few for which he designed as lower case. Like many of the alphabets of the period, Schnorr Dekorativ is a delicate design. To provide a little more presence, we have added a DEMIBOLD version. Included in both Schnorr Dekorativ and Schnorr Demibold are an ornament of Schnorr’s design, seven T-ligatures and an alternate lower case t. 123=Ta, 125=Te, 135=Th, 137=Ornament, 167=Ti, 172=To, 188=Tr, 190=Tu and 177=alternate t. Schnorr’s design for the lower case t is unusual and not readily recognized. The alternate may be used to improve readability. Schnorr Initialen was designed as an upper case only design and as such is quite popular. It is often seen under the name of Odessa. Our font is a fresh scan and is paired with our Schnorr Demibold to provide a compatible lower case, along with all the rest of the auxiliary characters. Schnorr Initialen includes all the extras supplied with Schnorr Dekorativ and Schnorr Demibold: 123=Ta, 125=Te, 135=Th, 137=Ornament, 167=Ti, 172=To, 188=Tr, 190=Tu and 177=alternate t. Auburn is a bold, hand-drawn brush script packed with OpenType features and accompanied by a handy set of extras, including catchwords and flourishes. Auburn was created by hand with Japanese brush pens for an authentic and organic script feel. With plenty of alternates and stylistic sets, Auburn is a full-featured script that can be used in a variety of design applications. A little beefier than a normal script, Auburn is great for packaging and titling, but is useful for a wide variety of occasions including weddings, birthdays, logos and restaurant menus, to name a few. Sunwind is not really made to write long copy. It is a font for shopsigns and short sentences that need that hot, sunny and windy touch. And that is how I got around to designing it: I saw some letters on a shopsign in Cannes when driving into town. I shouted at my son Julius: "Quick take a picture of that sign, the blue one." That's what he did, only he used the macro setting, so I had a very small sign but lots of nice background. Anyway I got the basic idea! Then I made a lot of sketches and this is what came out. I added a smallcaps set and I also made some initials as a rough version, so they look like written with a brush on heavygrain paper. Swinging that brush is yours truly Gert Wiescher

KD Hachure is a display, geometric font with layering possibilities. Combine the two layers to achieve different color combinations or use them separately to achieve a completely different look. Kerning is optimized so that all latin letters are connected. With the default leading 120%, descenders connect with the top of accents. Set the leading to 100% manually if you want to connect descenders with the top of uppercase or ascender letters.

In his book of 100 Wood Type Alphabets, Rob Roy Kelly called this face "Teutonic". This version adds lowercase letters, missing in the original, plus a few woodcut dingbats in the brackets, bar, section and florin positions. Named for a charming town in the Texas Hill Country, founded by German settlers in the mid-1850s. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

FonteysPRO is the new and improve version of the Fonteys font family by Fernando Fuentes and the Eysner award nominated Albert Monteys. It is an informal font family designed to letter comics. With a unique handwritting style is also perfect when you need an informal typography. FonteysPRO has a lot of variants for each letter to enhance the handwriting feeling. It’s feels like actual hand lettering. And, if were not enough, the Fonteys supports almost all latin languages, cylliric, greek, and even vietnamese. Its early version Fonteys, available at "pay what you want" in the designer webpage, has became in a success in the Indie Comic scene from Spain. Now with the PRO version FonteysPRO will surely become in one of the most used comic books typographies in the world. (In our modest opinion, of course)

'Snatched' is a spontaneous handwriting. This name is taken from the slang term in the 2022 era to describe someone or something in a positive manner. This font consists of the same uppercase and lowercase, often referred to as 'all capital letterform', complete with numerals and punctuation. Composed in tends to widen form which is more like the typical handwriting of architects. This font looks like it was written with a marker or technical pen, very bold stylish and legible. For designers this is an interesting thing, the design looks very natural and rhythmic to beautify presentations and blue prints. Can be installed for CAD programs, Sekthup and other applications. This font is very suitable for various media related to handmade, craft businesses, logos, quotes, prints, social media posts, indie business, outdoor sports and other applications to strengthen the impression of handwriting and demand attention.

Braga Huis typeface is a font family that is inspired by the famous street in Bandung that was made to embodies the atmosphere and the environment of Netherland-Indie city at its golden time, whereby all the elements were designed to give the impression of structural, artistic, and advance. Gradl Highstep is an archetypical Art Nouveau face by the prolific and mysterious Max Joseph Gradl. It epitomizes the visual language of elegance and sophistication. It seems strange that so little information is available today about Max Gradl: He seems to have been well known in his day. In addition to his jewelry design, he did advertising work for customers in Naples, London and New York in addition to customers in cities all over Germany. Gradl Highstep is an all-cap font with a wide range of ligatures: 094=SA, 123=CH, 125=CK, 126=TS, 167=FA, 172=PA, 177=TA, 188=WA and 190=YA. In addtion, 137=Gradl’s dated monogram “MJG 1903,” 175=LLC abbreviation, 181=alternate S. This is a subtle font with thin, variable strokes. It is best used at 28 points and larger to give it the presence it needs to be be appreciated. Gradl Highstep Initials is a companion font, incorporating a deft line drawing of a fashionable woman of the period who is every bit as elegant as the underlying font.

Garamond, or Garamont, is related to the alphabet of Claude Garamond (1480–1561) as well as to the work of Jean Jannon (1580–1635 or 1658), much of which was attributed to Garamond. In comparison to the earlier Italian font forms, Garamond has finer serifs and a generally more elegant image. The Garamond of Jean Jannon was introduced at the Paris World’s Fair in 1900 as “Original Garamond”, whereafter many font foundries began to cast similar types. Simoncini Garamond was designed by Francesco Simoncini to be true to the Original.

I always like to make a heart swash font and this is my 7th. Winterfalls is a high quality, smooth, simple script font which is easy to read and ideal for anything romantic and loving. Use it on cards and notes for baby announcements, wedding stationery, birthday and thank you cards but most of all, anything for your Valentine. Winterfalls includes left and right end swashes and connecting swashes on the lowercase letters, and a set of alternate uppercase letters with heart swashes. There are a few alternate lowercase letters, such as the ‘i’ and the ‘j’ dotted with a cute little heart and many, many ligatures. As usual, this font also comes with a good set of international characters, which will come in handy when you want you entice your valentine with a little french, haha. If you use a program which doesn’t have a glyphs panel then it’s super easy to copy and paste the alternates and ligatures from Font Book (Mac) or Character Map (Windows).

Roanne is a sans serif family named after a town in France. This font family contains 2 width variations: Normal and Condensed, and all together counts 44 font styles. Equipped with OpenType features (Tabular Figures, Fractions, Stylistic Alternates, Localization for Serbia, Poland and the Netherlands, Case Sensitive brackets) for extended Latin and Cyrillic character set with a small charming set of Dingbats. For easier usage as webfont, Roanne font files contain numeric values for CSS weight attribute – 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 850, 900.

Saral, meaning simple in Hindi, is a monolinear design supporting most Devanagari based languages. Derived from the older Linotype typeface Rohini, it has been greatly expanded into three weights and a wide character set. Saral Light, Regular, and Bold are made to coordinate with the respective weights of Helvetica. This design works well in many environments, such as corporate designs, advertising, packaging, signage, and especially for bi-lingual texts. The OpenType font format accommodates hundreds of pre-composed conjuncts, accurate placement of vowel signs, and supports varying length matras. Saral's Unicode encoding guarantees your text is rendered correctly and is compatible across different software and computer platforms. Please note that due to current operating system and application limitations the OpenType features in complex scripts such as Davanagari are not universally supported. Saral is designed to be rendered correctly in Microsoft Word on Windows running the latest version of Uniscribe. If using a Mac or Adobe products such as InDesign then many features may not function as expected. This is including glyph reordering, substitutions, and mark positioning. In the case of small passages of text, alternate input methods can be employed. Apple's character palette and Adobe's glyph palettes are two readily available options that can be used to manually insert glyphs as needed."

Silk Script is a revival and elaborate expansion of a 1956 Helmut Matheis script called Primadonna, which strangely remained a metal face and never made the leap into the film age. The "Voluptate Pack" font is a smart sophisticated handwriting pack that includes ‘Voluptate’, ‘Voluptate Classic’ and ‘Voluptate Elements.’ Every single character in our ‘Voluptate’ font distinct and given every letter a unique identity – very much like a person’s handwriting. Of course the characters are similar enough to work hand in hand, but not so similar as to appear as an obviously computer generated type set. This font was originally meant to be my last creation of 2022, but as it turned out, it was the first font of 2023 instead! Why? Well, because it took me a lot of time to complete the 150 different swahes letter combinations, the 182 different letters (not counting numbers, accented characters etc) the small caps, the subscript and the multilingual support! Anyway, it was worth the work - the Frequent font works great as a display font, or whatever you have in mind. Play around with the different versions (Regular, Solid and Inside) for great results.

It started with an italic, or to be more precise, half an italic. The slanted styles of Urge Text exhibit a certain bipolarity, the tops of glyphs having a standard italic form, the bottoms of glyphs being more Roman in their construction. This sturdy footing really locks the italics to the baseline, making them very legible while still being distinct from the uprights. The same bipolar approach didn't work very well in upright styles, so the Romans are more toned down. Ranging from the almost monoline, Egyptian style light weights to higher contrast ‘Modern’ bolds, there is much potential for use in typographically demanding scenarios. The family consists of six weights, normal and condensed widths, all with italics, making a total of 24 fonts; it’s a highly usable text typeface with an array of OpenType features. All styles include small caps, multiple figure styles (proportional- and tabular-, oldstyle and lining, small cap proportional figures, numerators, denominators, superscript and subscript), standard ligatures, alternate forms (stylistic sets), automatic fractions, case sensitive forms, and a handy (perhaps!) ‘percent off’ ligature in the discretionary ligatures feature.

Ferryman is a Blackletter typeface for the contemporary reader. Unfamiliar Blackletter characters have been replaced with adapted common Latin characters (Antiqua) or with letters from other historical scripts that are more legible to a modern audience. Ferryman is the antidote to the overused geometric and neogrotesk styles. An expressive display typeface with a strong character, it is perfectly suited for counterculture projects and progressive concepts e.g. in visual art, indie music, and alternative lifestyles. With nine weights and corresponding italics Ferryman offers a wide range of creative possibilities. Each style offers 590 glyphs supporting all Western-, Eastern- and Central-European languages and comes with four sets of numbers and various currency symbols.

This set of initial letters was inspired from French renaissance decorated letters. It is a typical pattern, one among dozen quite similar, but this one was in use in Paris, unchanged, for centuries, and was still in use in the beginning of 1900s. This explains the difference between I and J, U and V. These characters were engraved years after the original set. Our font was inspired from a late 1800s publication. It can be used as well with Humane fonts (like our 1543 Humane Janson or 1592 GLC Garamond) as with modern fonts like our 1820 Modern or 1906 French News.

Texicali is a multiple weight type design based on our FontMesa logo. The idea was simple: create a sans serif with a few slab serifs added resulting in a style that could feel at home just about anywhere. The regular/standard set works well for general use while the Alt set is perfect for when you want to add a little country charm. The Alt set has a few additional alternate letters built in which are easily accessed using Adobe Creative Suite products such as Illustrator and In Design. The X version, with its higher x-height lowercase, is ideal for signage where you want the look of a lowercase, however your sign still needs to be readable from the street. Larger x-heights also come in handy for web use helping to make the text more readable on smaller devices. The price of font styles are subject to change without notice.

Manicuore is a hand-drawn typeface inspired by Italian movie posters by the prolific movie poster artist Symeoni (a.k.a. Sandro Simeoni). Being a talented and skilled painter, portraitist and illustrator, Symeoni enjoyed a long and fruitful career and was remarkably productive during the sixties and seventies. He counts over 3,000 works to his credit, which truly fed the imagination of several generations. This all-caps font brings different lettershapes on upper and lower case slots, which work as alternates, providing handy options to spice up your compositions. Alfons is a handy collection of 38 display fonts with a pack of Ornaments and Extras on top of that. Alfons is great for any kind of display use from online to packaging to posters or identities. Alfons is divided into eight subfamilies that play great together. Alfons’ core family is a monoline script that has eight weights from extra thin to black and on top of that two printed versions that have softer, a bit blurred features. Quiller is another catch from the hot metal days, another one that managed to slip through the fingers of both the photo-typers and digitizers of last 4 decades. JJ Sierke’s Privat design from 1966 is now resurrected and heavily extended to be used by computer users everywhere. The original design was revived, and two whole new fonts were added to it - one with very unique swash caps and alternates, and one with many many ligatures and letter-combination ornaments. Quiller is a cross between brush calligraphy and very casual fast handwriting. It even has a slight Arabic simulation to it. Given such traits, the addition of a swash font and a multitude of ligatures comes in very handy to keep the natural flow of the font and maintain the elegance of its spirit. Those who like the auto-magic of OpenType’s intelligent substitution should like the fact that the OTF version is a single font with all the bells and whistles ready to go in the swash and discretionary ligatures features. If you use the latest versions of Adobe programs, the OTF version of Quiller is highly recommended.

Acid Green has quite a psychedelic flair, but its origins are from long before the sixties psychedelia. Its roots date back to 1914, from an unnamed alphabet by J.M. Bergling, the amazing jewelry engraver and 'letterform inventor'—as he considered himself—whose books of art alphabets and lettering influenced countless artists, including, not surprisingly, those involved with the genesis of Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements. Perfect for multiple display uses, including retro designs and trippy letterings, Acid Green has an extensive character set, with multilingual support covering 208 languages. There are yet some handy stylistic alternatives for some extra grooviness. Acid Green is somewhat retro looking, for sure, but it can sound perfectly contemporary too. A heavy unnamed Gothic typeface from the 1890 William H. Page Foundry woodtype specimen book provided the template for this bold, brash, no-nonsense face. It's designed to set tight, so your headlines will definitely get noticed. Named for a town in West Central Texas which is noted for being the home of the Buffalo Soliders in the late 1800s. Both versions of this font contain the Unicode 1252 (Latin) and Unicode 1250 (Central European) character sets, with localization for Romanian and Moldovan.
