Playland is a monoline script typeface designed by Oscar Guerrero exclusively for Monotype. It was inspired by the lettering in Italian urban signage. This rough-and-ready display face is based on El Greco Antique, released by the Fundición Richard Gans of Madrid in the 1930s. Clair De Lune was handmade using a 0.5 pen, eco friendly Italian paper and a wooden kitchen table.
