About Molhim: I first designed Molhim in 2016 as a personal project to digitalize my handwriting. Molhim 2016 was a static typeface, including two weights, and supported basic Arabic only. Since it was my first typeface to design, it had several issues regarding letterform design and aesthetics, good curve drawing, proportions, font programming, and correct OpenType features. So, in 2019 I started redesigning my handwriting font from the beginning to produce a neat Multi-lingual typeface suitable for diverse purposes. Arabic letterforms are redrawn with a focus on proportions and unity. Molhim Variable characteristics: Supports basic Arabic, and Arabic script-based languages, such as Persian and Urdu. Supports Basic and extended Latin characters. Includes 200+ ligatures and alternate styles for a natural flow of letters. Latin small letters have both separated and connected script forms. The variable font comes in two axes, Weight (wght) and Softness (SOFT): The Weight axis ranges from thin to bold, while Softness changes the stroke's cap from a round cap to a sharp projecting cap. Although I see the new Molhim Variable as a different typeface, I decided to keep the name 'Molhim' for the new typeface with the addition of 'Variable'. Molhim is an Arabic word that means 'inspiring'; this is how I hope people would perceive my handwriting.

Trump Gothic is a reconception of ideas from Georg Trump's seminal 1955 Signum typeface and its later reworking (Kamene) by Czech designer Stanislav Marso. Originally cobbled together for a variety of film projects in the late 1990s and early 2000s, the Trump Gothic family was made available for the general public in 2005. Shortly thereafter, it became a common sight in movie credits, on posters and magazine covers, in fashion branding and on corporate web sites. Though countless attempts have been made to emulate it, its unique totality and attractiveness to layout designers was never really topped. Its appeal is largely due to its double-duty toolbox: An economic functionality that allows it to pack large amounts of information in small spaces, and a clear, modular aesthetic that gives it the ability to emphasize short text in large sizes, all without sacrificing legibility or giving in to dated or over-rehashed industrial gothic forms. The typeface was redrawn, refitted, optimized and greatly expanded in 2013, and the result is Trump Gothic Pro, a multiscript family of six fonts, each containing over 1020 glyphs and a wealth of OpenType features, including small caps, caps-to-small-caps, stylistic alternates, unicase/monocase alternates, fractions, ordinals, class-based kerning, and support for Latin, Cyrillic and Greek locales.

Berryfield started as an experiment: making a font entirely out of geometric shapes. It started with a couple of circles and a couple of rectangles, and was constructed entirely from those parts, and parts made from those parts! For the uppercase, I took style inspiration from the heavy serif classics. But when it came time to create the lowercase set, I took a sharp turn and looked to fun unicase fonts, creating uppercase-height lowercase letters, in addition to uppercase alternates. When I finished Berryfield Regular, I liked it so much I made a lighter version (almost like a typewriter font), and a heavier version, to give you even more variety! Each font in the family contains over 520 characters, including over 300 extended Latin characters for language support. There are also a number of alternate letters to choose from, as well as superscript ordinals (ST, ND, RD, and TH), all of which are PUA-encoded for easy access no matter what design program you're using. Berryfield was a ton of fun to make, and I hope you have a ton of fun using it! It's smooth and easy for both print and crafting; the uppercase alone is straightforward enough for a magazine headline, but combining in the lowercase makes it quirky and fun.

Dream Within a Dream was the title of exhibition of Czech art inspired by the work of Edgar Allan Poe curated by Otto M Urban and Veronika Hulíková. Three dozens of artists exhibited their works in the Czech National Gallery in 2020. The cataloguje was printed with the use of the present typeface. Artists took significant interest in Poe's literary oeuvre only after the writer's untimely death. This was mainly thanks to the poet Charles Baudelaire who translated Poe's works to French. As early as in the second half of the 19th century, prominent artists such as Edouard Manet, Odilon Redon, James Ensor and Gustave Doré created remarkable artworks inspired by Poe. Although the first Czech translations of Poe's woks date to the 1850s, artworks inspired by them only appeared several decades later, at the turn on the 20th century. Poe's poems and short stories inspired František Kupka and soon after him, Josef Váchal, Jan Konůpek and František Kobliha. Alfred Kubin, a German artist born in Bohemia, made illustrations for the German translation of Poe's collected stories. Later on, Alén Diviš and František Tichý created further Poe-inspired artworks. Poe was a source of inspiration for Jan Švankmajer and more recently, František Štorm and Jaroslav Róna.

Epica is a contemporary interpretation of the Venetian Renaissance types. A humanist type family with a contemporary design. This family encompasses different typographic scenarios with emphasis in style and functional equilibrium. Its letterforms show the visual richness of Epica that includes some calligraphic reminiscences perfectly legible in small and display sizes. Its strong personality makes it distinguish, because it perfectly combines the elegance of antique typographies and the forcefulness of contemporary ones. This family has been designed in two different moments. Epica Serif, which have a more classical design, was finished 5 years ago in its first version. The first sketches were drew 8 years ago during the Master of Type Design at the University of Buenos Aires. Through the years was re design in several times to the point of reaching its current version. On the other hand, Epica Sans was completed in 2020 and is the counterpart of Epica Serif. A complementary system designed to enrich the serif version and give new options for hierarchy and composition. This is a versatile type family perfectly fit for books, editorial, and usage in print and on screens. Optimum readability in small bodies with scarce interlining, under poor printing conditions such as in newspapers, where velocity and bad quality’s irregular surface papers, truly distort strokes was the challenge taken. Pobla was designed with this in mind, hence Patau present a hybrid between the conventional strokes of a serif’s classical roman type and markedly “fractured” forms inside, providing a unique personality to this typographic family, where calligraphic’s humanistic axis is visibly broken with the straight axis of the fabricated letters. Subtle details in the serifs, give it a modern look to a classic skeleton. Very pronounced ink traps get the shapes rounded in the printed product to artificially increase the average medium-eye and promote reading in the small sizes it was designed for. An absolutely handwriting look for the italics, where the rupture of the stroke marks a white’s subtle change to only whisper in the printing surface a slight difference, but without fuss and so not to break the rhythm of reading. Many sport publications missed typefaces designed especially for sport communication conditions. We usually see only mechanically slanted or other synthetically destroyed standard typefaces. I want to fill in this space and create a system of fonts, that will be used primarily in sport. It is usable for many prints - logotypes, magazines, catalogues, posters etc. Elasticity of glyphs reflected an adrenalinous shapes of latest bikeframes, skies or sportcars. Maximum open arches guaranteed good readability in very small sizes and prevented interchanges of glyphs „o, c, e“ per poor reading conditions. Softness of lowercase is at uppercase balanced in bottom arches, that are subtly kicked-up. The core design of Pepper family, designed by VIDI Visual Design Studio, is the fingertip handwriting style inspired by children’s writings on windows. Geographica Hand replicates the neat hand-lettering typical of engraved British maps of the 18th century, including the work of cartographers Emanuel Bowen (circa 1694–1767), Geographer to King George II, and Thomas Jefferys (circa 1719–1771) Geographica ro King George III. Program is a type designer’s typeface. It’s about the craft of typeface design and the particular details and effects that type designers fret over when they design type. It mixes different structures, stem endings, and weight distributions not usually employed in a single family of fonts. It features both rounded edges evoking the effects of reproduction, and ink traps, the technique used to counteract that effect. The idea was to create a series of fonts with strong individualistic features, challenging the constraints of a central theme that is usually imposed on a family of fonts, while still relating to each other in terms of overall look and feel.

Gerücht Typeface is a family of digital fonts designed in 2019 by Gabriele Bellanca for Rumors Foundry in three different weights and their corresponding slanted versions. All rights reserved. Gerücht (in English rumor) is the name of the font-family: today the name of a font is part of the graphic design itself, unlike in the past, where it usually consisted of a simple retrospective description (such as in the case of Gothic Condensed No.2) of its characteristics. Austrian Cartoonist Wolfgang Ammer lent his handwriting to this font, which was produced by Miriam Surányi. Wolfgang already uses the font in his daily routine: It facilitates corrections and translations of his cartoons for international newspapers. Rich in contextual alternates, Ammer contains about 1800 glyphs. Each character has multiple alternates. And a complex OpenType substitution feature makes sure that the same variant does not appear twice in a line. As a special gimmick, the font contains a Tic Tac Toe game: To activate it, type a # and turn on stylistic set 20. Then use digits 1–9 for setting the naughts and crosses on their places. The enclosed TT variant has a reduced glyph set and therefore a smaller file size, hence it is better suited for use on the web.
