Pich is a typeface that imitates vivid and free hand-drawn lettering. Each lowercase letter has three alternates and Contextual Alternates feature substitutes them producing random-like effect. Also you can choose required letter from the Glyphs palette. In addition to this Pich has a set of ligatures (both Latin and Cyrillic). All these features allow Pich to look hand-crafted, unique and natural. The font was initially created for Pichshop company. Pich was selected among Top-100 of Russian design (2010) according to the Kak magazine.

Riveta is a sharp type family available in 18 styles, designed in 2021 by Joël Carrouché. Medium and medium italic styles are 100% free to use. The typeface features a simple and solid geometric construction, with straight terminals and a very discrete triangular serif that gives the font some extra spice in big size. Riveta is equipped for advanced typography, with features such as ligatures, tabular and proportional figures, arrows and icons, stylistic alternates, case-sensitive forms, fractions, scientific inferiors and superiors, and circled figures.

Son tracé, rigoureux et appliqué, souvent minutieux, est à l’image d’une œuvre unique et singulière, immédiatement reconnaissable. The Roos family is a digitization and expansion of the last typeface designed by Sjoerd Hendrik De Roos, called De Roos Romein (and Cursief). It was designed and produced during the years of the second World War, and unveiled in the summer of 1947 to celebrate De Roos's 70th birthday. In 1948, the first fonts produced were used for a special edition of the Dutch Constitution on which Juliana took the oath during her inauguration as the Queen of the Netherlands. To this day this typeface is widely regarded as De Roos's best design, with one of the most beautiful italics ever drawn. In contrast with all his previous roman faces, which were based on the Jenson model, De Roos's last type recalls the letter forms of the Renaissance, specifically those of Claude Garamont from around 1530, but with a much refined and elegant treatment, with stems sloping towards the ascending, slightly cupped serifs, a tall and distinguished lowercase, and an economic width that really shines in the spectacular italic, which harmonizes extremely well with its roman partner. The Roos family contains romans, italics and small caps in regular, semibold and display weights, as well as a magnificent set of initial caps. All the fonts contain extended language support, surpassing the usual Western Latin codepages to include characters for Central and Eastern European languages, as well as Baltic, Celtic/Welsh, Esperanto, Maltese, and Turkish.

This family was inspired from the set of fontfaces used by Francisco Del Hierro, to print in 1726 the first Spanish language Dictionary from the Spanish Royal Academy (Real Academia Española, Diccionario de Autoridades). These two Transitional styles are said to have been the first set of official typeface in Spain, like the French “Reale” (take a look at our "[/fonts/glc/1790-royal-printing/ 1790 Royale Printing)". In our two styles (Regular & Italic), fontfaces, kernings and spaces are as closely as possible the same as in the original. This Pro font is covering Western, Eastern and Central European, Baltic and Turkish languages, with standard and “s long” ligatures and twin letters in each of the two styles and a few Italic swashes inspired from the font used in 1746 by the same printer for another edition from the Royal Academy.

Adolf Rusch von Ingweiler, was in the 19 th century known mysteriously as the “R'' printer. He was the first printer North of the Alps to introduce the new Roman style of type known now as Antiqua. He was active in the city of Strasbourg from around the early 1460's to 1489. One wonders if the unusual form of “R'' was a personal conceit. This font is, therefore, an Antiqua style font and has over a 1000 defined glyphs with wide support for medieval characters that have since fallen out of use. The baseline was slightly tidied up in order to give the printed text an even cleaner look than the original. The letters are very close approximations of the original type catalogued by the “Veröffentlichungen der Gesellschaft für Typenkunde des 15. Jahrhunderts” as Typ.1:103R GfT1197.
