Croog Pro is an upgraded version of Croog fonts (2009). As its predecessor, the new release is a rounded geometric monoline typeface, but built now in four weights with true italics. One more style has been added - "Black", for display use. Squarish in proportions, monoline letterforms gain more readability by having short rounded serifs and terminals. The typeface is ideal for use in display sizes, though is quite legible in text. Croog Pro is released as OpenType fonts with extended glyph amounts, which enabled support of more Latin languages as well as Cyrillic languages, and includes some OpenType features.

The Mailart Rubberstamp font was inspired by rubberstamped envelopes and artworks by Mailartists Jonathan Stangroom, H. R. Fricker and Flea Art, and the typeface Clarendon Condensed. Mailart Rubberstamp now has an additional Bold weight and complimentary Obliques. The typeface has also been updated with subtle outline improvements, a bigger repertoire of European accented characters, and more consistent, slightly tighter spacing; increase the tracking to recreate the more relaxed, rustic appearance of the earlier version. The fonts are derived from the individually rubber-stamped letters on printed and collaged envelopes received from mailartists, and the typeface Clarendon Condensed.

One of the most enduring type styles of the Art Deco era is Huxley Vertical. Its clean lines and stylish appeal have transcended changing times and tastes. Many typefaces have been inspired by the original, including the model used to create this font. The design was found in the book "Lettering and Alphabets", first published in 1946 by J. Albert Cavanagh. By re-drawing it from scratch, the missing numerals, punctuation, special characters and accents were added. Hagemann JNL and its oblique version are named in honor of one of Jeff Levine's friends within the type design community -- Michael Hagemann of Font Mesa.

Glancias Display is a contemporary typeface for article headings. In order to create a style that merges serif and sans serif and to attemp a minimalistic final appearance, Glancias Displas removed the serifs while remaining the high-contrast strokes which are usually found in a serif font. By removing serifs and cutting stroke ends vertically and horizontally, the font has been built in a modern, sleek, neutral and also concise look. Over 400 glyphs in total including upper and lowercase characters, figures, ligatures and signs are available. Glancias Display covers Latin based languages of North and South America and most of Western Europe.

Jobst Gutknecht was a highly successful printer in the city of Nuremburg from 1514 to 1542. He published the "Achtliederbuch" (the first Lutheran hymnal, with a whole 4 tunes) and many works by Martin Luther. This font is an accurate "recutting" of the font face Gutknecht used for the body text in his printed works. It has been extended to over 900 glyphs adding hundreds for modern use. It also presents many ancient things like old ligatures such as "tz", a hedera, and alternate style pilcrow for visual interest. And for those conservative types the modern lower case "k" is also available.

Sondela is a gently rounded, informal font, whose name means "welcome" or "come closer". It echoes the openhearted tradition of the Zulu people, where all who come are welcome. The font is available in regular and display (Pizazz) versions. Sondela Pizazz incorporates the zig-zag pattern that has been used in traditional Zulu beadwork for generations. It is highly effective when used in conjunction with the unadorned Sondela regular. The numerals are mono-spaced so that they will line up correctly in columns of figures. The letters of the alphabet are correctly kerned so that they appear correctly in text.

The techno sound of the 1990s, a personal computer, font creation software, and some inspiration all came together to inspire the F2F (Face2Face) font series. Alessio Leonardi and his friends had the demand to create new unusual typefaces, which would be used in the leading German techno magazine of the day, Frontpage. Even typeset as small as 6-points, in nearly undecipherable layouts, it was a pleasure for the kids to read and try to decrypt the messages. F2F Mekkaso Tomanik is a font whose letters have had diamond holes punched into them. In fact, so many holes have been punched into the letters that one could ask whether this font is more letterforms, or more holes!

Btoxina is a free interpretation of the theme pixel font. With its technological feeling, it reflects the spirit of our age. By designing the font Filippo Salmina, the author, has been inspired by the signage used in starships. Btoxina is grid-based but it differs from classical screen fonts by the use of diagonal lines. WriteHand is a light-hearted, fluid, freeform script font. It is one of Anton Scholtz's contemporary designs. Based on actual handwriting, the font contrasts a strong, artistic nature with a feminine sensitivity. WriteHand successfully combines exuberant capitals with devil-may-care swashes, and toned down lower case characters to make an extremely readable handwritten font. Fnord is a contemporary humanist serif typeface, it is ideally suited for display purposes, titling, headline copy and branding. The family has been designed to be highly versatile, containing a total of 23 fonts. Each font features discretionary ligatures, swash alternates and true small caps. The overall design is clean and simple with a little bit of rebelliousness thrown in for good measure – Fnord does not conform to the traditional serif blueprint. Fnord’s design has been strongly influenced by the complex, thought-provoking and mischievous works of authors Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea from the 1970s. I was re-reading their work while sketching the initial letterforms and realised that some of the proportions and angles were coinciding with some themes that run through the books – particularly the numbers 5, 17, 23, 40 and 93, which are key to this font family’s spacing and geometry. I found it both very interesting and enjoyable to play with a specific theme and purpose for creating this typeface. I am sure you will enjoy working with it in your own design projects. The Englishman William Caslon punchcut many roman, italic, and non-Latin typefaces from 1720 until his death in 1766. At that time most types were being imported to England from Dutch sources, so Caslon was influenced by the characteristics of Dutch types. He did, however, achieve a level of craft that enabled his recognition as the first great English punchcutter. Caslon's roman became so popular that it was known as the script of kings, although on the other side of the political spectrum (and the ocean), the Americans used it for their Declaration of Independence in 1776. The original Caslon specimen sheets and punches have long provided a fertile source for the range of types bearing his name. Identifying characteristics of most Caslons include a cap A with a scooped-out apex; a cap C with two full serifs; and in the italic, a swashed lowercase v and w. Caslon's types have achieved legendary status among printers and typographers, and are considered safe, solid, and dependable. Carol Twombly designed this Caslon revival for Adobe in 1990, after studying Caslon's own specimen sheets from the mid-eighteenth century. This elegant version is quite true to the source, and has been optimized for the demands of digital design and printing. Adobe Caslon? makes an excellent text font and includes just about everything needed by the discriminating typographer: small caps, Old style Figures, swash letters, alternates, ligatures, expert characters, central European characters, and a plethora of period ornaments.

The 1938 movie musical "Carefree" starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers featured the song "Change Partners" by Irving Berlin. A copy of the sheet music for this song had the title hand lettered in a wonderful tri-line design that has been recreated in the digital typeface Fancy Dancing JNL.

Hearts, and wings are both powerful symbols.The heart represents the seat of the emotions, and Wings represent movement upward, even spiritually, in the case of angel wings. These images have been drawn with a brush, some of them on rough paper, and are available as a black or white version.

PT Stroganov™ was designed in 2002 by Oleg Karpinsky and licensed by ParaType. An original low-contrast typeface with irregular one-sided serifs. Fermata is an original calligraphic textface inspired by humanist serif typefaces from the 16th century, characterized by the translation contrast of a handwritten pen stroke, monumental Roman capitals, and true italics. Fermata has been modernized for 21st century textual requirements, with clean lines, moderated contrast, and a seamless blending of italics and lining characters into the text form, while still retaining the warmth and subtle idiosyncracies of the handwritten origins of old style serifs. The font was developed with invaluable advice and mentorship from Hannes Famira.

Tapa is a classical old roman typeface family which has been cut with sharp serif; Its stems, proportions, serif and elegant angles, may induce into a new view of the "Old roman faces" by our contemporary digital age. Brush Script is a lively font with brush-written characteristics, designed by Robert E. Smith in 1942 for American Type Founders. Brush Script continues to be a favorite, despite competition from other similar typefaces of the period and more modern looking scripts digitized in recent years. Perhaps that's because Brush Script is peppy, informal, and unabashedly confident. The letterforms are casual, yet look as if they have been written quickly. Today, Brush Script is used for advertisements and sales materials, especially for luxury and consumer products.

I drew this font staying true to the original design. The letter table in the relevant book was taken as reference. Enochian (/ɪˈnoʊkiən/ ə-NOH-kee-ən) is an occult constructed language[3] — said by its originators to have been received from angels — recorded in the private journals of John Dee and his colleague Edward Kelley in late 16th-century England.[4] Kelley was a scryer who worked with Dee in his magical investigations. The language is integral to the practice of Enochian magic.
