Encorpada Essential is part of Encorpada Project. It started in 2011 with Encorpada Black. Encorparda Pro was released in 2012 with 14 weight - being seven uprights and seven italics. Palisade Pro is a new, very elegant script family developed and manufactured in OpenType Pro format by profonts studio. Each of the eight weights contains approximately 1250 characters! The character range includes the complete Latin layout for Western and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic states, Romania and Turkey. Moreover, the character set contains a large selection of handcrafted ligatures (about 450 per font!), character combinations and alternative characters, which make this attractive script perfect for OTF-enabled applications such as InDesign and Quark Xpress version 7and later.

Miramonte Pro was designed by Steve Matteson in 2006 as a friendly sans serif design suitable for user-interface design, corporate branding and publishing. The name means 'behold the mountains' in Spanish, suggesting the rustic, unrefined type design. Miramonte is based on Stanislav Marso's humanist sans serif released by Grafotechna in 1960. This revival includes a cursive style italic rather than a sloped roman. Miramonte Pro includes an extensive character set for publishing Central and Eastern European languages. Font designed from that used in Bamberg by Albrecht Pfister, in early years of printing, exactly for a book titled "Ackermann Von Böhmen" writen in old German by Johannes Von Tepl, and decorated by a lot of splendid colored carved woods. This font include "long s", naturelly, as typically medieval, but any abbreviated characters, and, curiously no german "ß", no more than "W". (The only one I did found where a hand drawn one.) In addition, the "k" have not a German gothic form. Added, the accented characters, no longer existing on this time, and capitals when was a lack. A render sheet, in the font file, makes all easy to identify on a keyboard. This font is used as variously as web-site titles, posters and fliers design, editing ancient texts... This font supports as easily enlargement as small size, remaining readable, original and beautiful, especially in capitals.

Oswald Bruce Cooper designed Cooper Black, an extra bold roman face, based on the forms of his earlier typeface Cooper Old Style, which appeared with Barnhart Brothers & Spindler Type Founders in Chicago. Copper Black was produced by Barnhart in 1922 and acquired in 1924 by the Schriftguß AG in Dresden, where it was later completed with a matching italic. Although Cooper Black appeared in the first third of the 20th century, it still looks contemporary and it can be found on storefronts in almost any city scene. The flowing outer contours create forms that are both strong and soft, making Cooper Black an extremely flexible font.

The Wild West meets Russia and India in this heavy duty display face. Although it's uppercase only, most of the characters vary between the uppercase and lowercase alphabets, so it's easy to give your text a hand-made feel by mixing up your cases. OpenType savvy applications can really exploit the extra features of this font. Engage contextual alternates, and G, C, L and alternate form of E will change when placed before a letter with a crossbar to create some cool effects (see the CK and LE combinations in the poster). There are standard ligatures for ff and FF combinations, and discretionary ligatures for 'and', 'the', 'No', 'Mc' and 'Co'. Engage stylistic alternates for a reversed 3 version of E, and the obligatory backwards R for that faux-Russian effect. Also included in the font is a host of ornaments. The Neuzeit Office family is designed after the model of the original sans serif family Neuzeit S™ , which was produced by D. Stempel AG and the Linotype Design Studio in 1966. Neuzeit S itself was a redesign of D. Stempel AG’s DIN Neuzeit, created by Wilhelm Pischner between 1928 and 1939. Intended to represent its own time, DIN Neuzeit must have struck a harmonious chord. DIN Neuzeit is a constructed, geometric sans serif. It was born during the 1920s, a time of design experimentation and standardization, whose ethos has been made famous by the Bauhaus and De Stijl movements in art, architecture, and design. Upon its redesign as Neuzeit S in the 1960s, other developments in sans serif letter design were taken into account. Neuzeit S looks less geometric, and more gothic, or industrial. Separating it from typefaces like Futura, it has a double-storey a, instead of a less legible, single-storey variant. Unlike more popular grotesque sans serifs like Helvetica, Neuzeit S and especially the redesigned Neuzeit Office contain more open, legible letterforms. Neuzeit Office preserves the characteristic number forms that have been associated with its design for years. After four decades, Neuzeit has been retooled once again, and it is more a child of its age than ever before. Akira Kobayashi, Linotype’s Type Director, created the revised and updated Neuzeit Office in 2006. His greatest change was to retool the design to make its performance in text far more optimal. Additionally, he created companion oblique to help emphasize text.

The first sans serif types were made in London in the early 19th century. They were severely modern, all caps and bold. The Figgins foundry, inventor of the term sans serif, showed a ?ne example in its specimen of 1836. The extra bold weight of Figgins Sans is a close revival of the original, with the addition of a lower case which retains its partly geometric, partly grotesque quality. The family is rounded out with other weights and an italic, and extended into Cyrillic and Greek, all executed in what is assumed to be as authentic a manner as possible, given the hypothetical nature of the exercise. Together with Scotch Modern, comprises The Modern Suite of matched fonts.

Donald DBXL Beekman lives on a ship in Amsterdam’s waters (well, the Amstel river, actually). Living on the water inspired him to design this ‘cruise ship’ typeface VLNL Decks. Available in several variations, it’s a fabulous cocktail of freshly caught fish typography. Decks is recommended for seafood restaurants, speed boats as well as slick city boys wearing overly expensive sunglasses or Ibiza sunset parties. Decks is the tiger prawn amidst sea foods. VLNL Decks has a distinct modern techno look but the rounded corners give it a warm and human feel. Introducing the first typeface by Azure studio, Space 101! Space 101 is a handcrafted chalkboard reminiscent typeface with irregular slender lines and a quirky personality. This typeface is perfect to add character and charm to bodies of text and heading where the slight imperfections tie your whole design together. The inspiration for Space 101 was found in an old signwriting book. The character shapes were updated and improved while still retaining the same charm. The typeface gave me interstellar space travel vibes reminiscent of early books based around space travel, which is why I decided to call it Space 101. Western Railway JNL was inspired by sample lettering found in an old sign painter's reference book published during the early part of the 20th Century and modified for today's digital applications by Jeff Levine.

Hennigar is a Neo Grotesque sans serif especially useful for display text and headlines. Many of the rounded letters are based on the appearance of the letter O with very little variation in width. Because of it's condensed nature the apertures are narrow with extenders that dip well below the base line. Similarly many of the lowercase characters are based on the lowercase o. Terminals and tails always point east/west giving the entire alphabet a very uniform appearance. Basic Latin, extended Latin, diacritics, punctuation, math symbols, symbols,Greek, Cyrillic, ligatures, fractions, alternates, and kerning are included. Kerning support for Macedonian and Serbian is included via alternate substitutions along with proper italics for Russian. Use Hennigar for a poster, web graphics, or book title.

Linotype Sangue is part of the Take Type Library, selected from the contestants of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contests of 1994 and 1997. This prize-winning font was designed by the German artist Gabriele Laubinger. The most distinguishing characteristic of Linotype Sangue is the contrast between the wide, rounded capital letters and the tall, narrow and pointed lower case. Another factor which makes this font so unique is the way Laubinger worked with stroke contrasts, using heavy strokes in the top third of the characters and diminishing to extremely light strokes at the bottom. Linotype Sangue makes a mysterious, secretive impression. It is best used for headlines and displays and shorters texts with point sizes of 12 and larger.

A personal handwriting done in pencil. Conté Script is a computer font but has the extraordinary look of handwriting. The typeface is exceedingly lively, diversified and distinct thanks to more than 300 different ligatures, i.e. letter combinations. In addition to the letter combinations in Conté Script, there are also double letters and figures included (aa, ff, AA, MM, 22, 66…) as ligatures with stylistic alternates. Type set in Conté Script appears remarkably similar to a text actually handwritten with a pencil. The typical style of the pencil — crumbliness where pressure lessens and the deep darkness where the pressure of the graphite in it's fullest denseness smudges — is another earmark of Conté Script. The font appears to be written quickly, fleetingly, casually, as if not really to be taken seriously, and as if it would be written one minute and erased the next. Conté Script looks most ”authentic“ around the point size of 18 to 22.

The hand-lettered title, cast and crew credits for 1943's "Presenting Lily Mars" (starring Judy Garland and Van Heflin) inspired Pocatello JNL, but the name of this typeface has another Judy Garland connection. In the 1954 remake of "A Star is Born", Judy sings of being born in a trunk in a theater located in Pocatello, Idaho. The name of this Midwest town had such a great sound to it, so it was the perfect choice for the font's name. Available in regular, oblique, bold and bold oblique versions.

Take Trails is a handcrafted script vintage font. The font uses rounded rough edges, inked style and has texture, so this script typeface gives a feel of vintage, classic, old, handmade looked-like. The process of the font design went through scanning and digitally carving, and the texture is well crafted and was carefully added in each character.

Dottie is based on a matrix of dots. It was inspired by the output of old, cheap, dot-matrix printers.
