The capitals are heavier than the lowercase letters, and the characters g, k, y and & are rather peculiarly shaped, exaggerating the vertical stress. The font is designed for large sizes.

The production time of these stencils is in the range of the German imperial period (1871‒1918). Of course the usage period was even longer.
