Hennepin derives from a bridge, a street and a county that share the same name in Minneapolis, MN. It is a serif font comprised of three agile weights: regular, light, and extra light. The character set contains typical OpenType features in addition to small caps, and old style numbers, but most importantly, it embraces stylistic alternatives that unite and complete this font.

Matita Informal is part of a larger type family developed from 2005-2019 with handwriting in mind. A humanistic informal sans serif in five weights containing swashes, alternative characters, old style, lining, tabular & proportional figures. Blacker was developed as a take on the style that Jeremiah Shoaf has defined as the "evil serif" genre: typefaces with high contrast, oldstyle or modern serif proportions and sharp, blade-like triangular serifs. Gothiks Round is the rounded version of Gothiks. It is a narrow 6-weight display sans-serif influenced by Texturas. The rhythm and verticality of Texturas can be easily identified on the letters with diagonal strokes like A N M K k V v W w X x Y y Z z: here they are all vertical. This kind of morphology was chosen because it accepts condensation in a very natural way, giving to this sans-serif a very unique personality. The intermediate weights can be used for short texts while extreme weights are excellent for big sizes. It has an extensive character set—with extensive language support—and many OpenType features like fractions, small capitals and different figure sets. Default figures align with lowercase. The typeface’s name refers to the plural of the word Gothic, which in turn can refer to both sans-serifs or Blackletter, depending on geographic location.

Mountain is a digital revival and extension of Teutonia, an old metal typeface released by the Roos & Junge type foundry (Offenbach am Main, Germany) in 1902. Teutonia’s design was popular during both the Art Nouveau and the Constructivist eras, where similar letterforms could be seen as far away as the Soviet Union. Although it slipped under the radar during the 1930s and 40s, this style feels extremely contemporary today. Mountain’s underlying geometric feeling is reminiscent of pixels and grids, suiting it for application with music and art, as well as history. Yet this typeface is not as static as it seems at first glance; playful diagonals—like those seen on the capitals D, L, P, and W—enliven the otherwise stern horizontal and vertical motion. Teutonia was a simple upper and lowercase display type. Mountain adds upon these by adding small caps and obliqued italic companions, rounding out this typographic toolkit.

BigStripesMono is another typeface family from IngrimayneType that explores the possibilities of alternating letters sets. The family is monospaced with four fonts: a base or solid style, an outlined style, and two styles in which each character is cut diagonally and the halves are separated to form two characters. These split styles are not designed to be used alone but layered with the base style, outlined style, or both to form colorful lettering with an unusual striped appearance. The stripe is not apparent in single letters but only in words or lines of text. For best results use an application that supports the OpenType feature Contextual Alternatives (calt) to alternate the letters of the split styles. The four styles can be combined in several ways to create unusual lettering appropriate for titles, headlines, and similar uses. And if one wants a bold, monospaced, sans-serif face, BigStripesMono has that too.

TT Geekette is an experimental variable* serif with friendly and flexible character of shapes. In this project, we wanted to get away from simplifications and dry geometry and to experiment with the smoothness, softness and plasticity of forms. And in order to make the project a little more stylish and serious, we decided to make the font monospaced. When creating TT Geekette, we did not rely on traditional writing techniques or on the influence of pen movement on the font pattern. Despite the fact that judging by certain characters TT Geekette is a serif, the font is specifically “built” and “drawn”. There are several systemic techniques in font design, such as “loops” which set the plastic rhythm for the entire typeface. Variability in TT Geekette is influenced by contrast buildup in the font—moving the slider to adjust the variability axis, you gradually move from a completely non-contrast monolinear serif font to a font with a pronounced reverse contrast. In addition, with the help of the variability slider, you can remove serifs from the monolinear essence of the font. The TT Geekette family consists of 3 styles: the TT Geekette Bones—monolinear font, the TT Geekette Muscles—reverse contrast serif, and the TT Geekette Variable font. Each style contains over 450 glyphs. And yes, technically the typeface can be used in programming, at least you are guaranteed to get your share of bright emotions. *An important clarification regarding variable fonts. While the static-format fonts offer a good intermediary-step selection, users who install the Variable Font have vastly greater control over their text’s stroke width. The Mono-Spec Stencil Variable Font’s weight axis allows users to differentiate between almost 1,000 possible font weights. That enables you to fine-tune your text’s exact appearance on-screen or in print. Whatever format you choose, the Mono-Spec Stencil fonts are equipped with several OpenType features. The most striking of these can be activated via a Stylistic Set. That will replace several letters – like “B”, “E”, “F”, “H”, and “I” with double-width alternates. Those alternates take up as much space as two characters placed next to each other otherwise word. The effect of Mono-Spec Stencil’s double-width alternates is striking, and their use strikes a strong chord in any display typography applying them.

Challah is a display font containing 295 glyphs. Letters are very diverse, but because they contain several shapes characteristic for each other - they retain a certain coherence. When creating the font, the main inspiration was to take from the Brazilian graffiti trend - Pichação and Korean typography. Most of the letters are the same size and width, however, when designing, we also tried to include at certain moments small "surprises" that will surely interest and surprise the user of the above-mentioned typeface. The font fits very well into the urban structure, therefore it perfectly matches the art on the walls with the art on the billboards, creating a kind of dialogue.

Of course the main theme of these typefaces is not mushrooms itself (it was just a start point) but the interaction between form and counterform. In spite of unquestioning individuality the font has some associations with wood typefaces from wild west, typefaces from circus posters of 19th century and even slight feeling of gothic.
