Pasquinade is a blackletter/roman hybrid. The general look, feel and graphical styling of Pasquinade is that of a blackletter font, however, the underlying letter construction is of a traditional serifed roman. This produces a font with that familiar 'gothic' feel but has the inherent legibility of a roman, due, in part, to the discrete openness of the characters. The presence of roman serifs also lends to this legibility without detracting from the blackletter appearence because of their particular construction. When used in a text setting the font produces an eminently readable, even texture. However, it is when used as a titling font, that the letters reveal themselves to have a contemporary, geometrically calligraphic, blackletter appearance that makes it suitable for any and all uses.

The design of Zwoelf stems from a letter created by Oleg Pashchenko for the poetry book called “They Talk.” Modified in several ways, the lettering gained readability and a more neutral look. This typeface combines Modern and Gothic styles, ugliness and beauty, the horrifying and the funny. Typographers may highlight any of this. Zwoelf features elements that can be found in both Roman and Gothic styles, but has no real historical prototype. It creates coarse body copy that feels like blackletters. The type is well-suited for use with rough line graphics. Zwoelf is a good choice for short texts, headings, witchcraft potion recipes, madrigals, spells and treasure map naming.

Adverb Mono is an atypical monospaced, squared proportional, slab-serif and low contrast typeface inspired by the American Type Founders' "OCR-A" and the latest work of Adrian Frutiger "OCR-B" designed during the second half of the 20th century. The typeface (in his 1.00 version) counts five different weight, from Thin to Bold, and a pixelated redesign of the regular weight inspired by the retrogaming consoles' graphics. Salvatore is the neo-grotesque younger brother of Nutmeg type family. It comes with 36 weights that have been separated in two flavours. The first half is Salvatore normal, which has more neutral features; and the second one is Salvatore Roman, which has more versatility at the end of the characters. The name comes from the Mad Men character Salvatore Romano, who was a publisher in the mid 60s. In that period, grotesques typefaces ruled advertising, nevertheless, there wasn't a typeface that represented publishers as Salvatore Romano, that’s why we gave birth to this project. Designed with powerful OpenType features in mind, each weight includes alternate characters, ligatures, fractions, special numbers, arrows, extended language support and many more… Perfectly suited for graphic design and any display/text use. The design of Cyan was inspired by features found in classic Roman and styles like Trajan and Bodebeck. It shows the designer's personal preference for geometric Roman proportions while incorporating open centers (B,P,R) and compact serifs. Unlike Trajan, Cyan has lowercase characters in the regular version. The characters stay true to the same features as the capitals, resulting in an unusually distinctive style. The Regular Capitals version contains Roman numerals. Cyan's weight is similar to Trajan's but the horizontal strokes are slightly bolder resulting in better legibility for small sizes, especially for lowercase characters. There are many subtle details in Cyan that become more interesting in larger sizes, for instance the subtle curves in the serifs and the overall smoothness as a result of the mostly rounded angles. Cyan is a robust font that will exceed expectations in areas never explored before. The name is inspired by the Greek word cyan, meaning "blue". The color cyan can have many different variations. One definition is a color made by mixing equal amounts of green and blue light (it also is a pure spectral color). As such, cyan is the complement of red: cyan pigments absorb red light. Cyan is sometimes called blue-green or turquoise and often goes undistinguished from light blue. Obviously the Cyan family is a perfect companion to the Cyan Sans family.

Plan is a corporate typeface made for 'Plan A Ontwerp', a graphic design studio based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Based on the rough sketches of the founder of Plan A Ontwerp, Frank Vogt, Characters constructed, mastered and finetuned the complete Plan Family. Plan comes in three versions; Plan A, Plan B and Plan C. All versions can be mixed because they share the same metrics, spacing and kerning. Where Plan A is a strong display type, Plan B has more details and is therefore better suited for longer and smaller texts. Plan C is a decorative stencil version with an own personality and dynamic.

A former lettering artist at Hallmark Cards, Rob Leuschke now has his own thriving design businesses, Alphabytes and the new TypeSETit. Growing up in St Charles, Missouri, where he still lives, Rob showed great artistic promise at an early age. He earned a BFA in graphic design at the University of Missouri at Columbia. After graduation, his stint at Hallmark Cards gave him the opportunity to learn from and work with some of the best lettering artists in the industry. Rob struck out on his own in 1987 and now boasts a long list of clients from all over the world. Rob has created over 250 custom typefaces, and his work has been exhibited in New York. Ambiance BT is Rob’s first typeface published by Bitstream, with more to follow.

The 1897 specimen book from Barnhart Brothers and Spindler showed a enchanting little face called Dotted Roman. Here's a faithful revival, ready to warm up the 21st century. Both versions support the Latin 1252, Central European 1250, Turkish 1254 and Baltic 1257 codepages.
