Chef Script is an experimental font designed by Carlos Fabian Camargo G. Its fantasy design contains 1463 glyphs to compose words, phrases and short messages on small and large sizes. The idea was born in a sketchbook that was perfected again by hand and achieving "non-neutral drawings" on tracing paper. With bezier digitization the empty and full parts of letters appeared with soft and eloquent curves as calligraphic result produces optimal readability. Chef Script combines warmth and good humor running in countless design applications such as labels and base plates, covers, posters, movie titles, seals and any printed design that needs an unusual typographic tool. In that sense, Chef Script is influenced by Speedball lettering manual (1957), Ross F. George. The illustrative nature of "ChefScript-complete" does not look anything like the traditional type design hierarchies. ITC Tapioca was designed by Eric Stevens. He developed the typeface for a nightclub, yet its simple forms are reminiscent of childhood writing exercises. This effect is enhanced by rough edges, which in large sizes make the characters look as though they were composed of strings of dots...or tapioca. The basic style is printed handwriting, although some forms take cursive handwritten forms. The varying slants and irregular forms of the characters give ITC Tapioca a sense of energy and playfulness.

Sonetto is a typeface designed for the making of poetry books comprised of two styles: Regular, for setting prose, and Italic for verses. It is the result of a typographical exploration carried out at the UBA Type Design Master’s which sought to relate italics and cursive italics. Initial drawings were based on Griffo’s italics and early 16th century italian manuscripts that showcased connections between letters. Sonetto is in fact a historical revival, not of a particular style, but rather of a broader concept.

Magdelin is a minimal yet warm gothic sans with normal and alternate families. At its core, the design has simple forms and low contrast, yet it takes some qualities from the humanist class with its calligraphy or cursive-inspired details found in the italics and the bowl shapes of characters like b and d. The small x-height, longer ascenders and descenders, and semi-condensed proportions give it a bit of a vintage or classic feel while still appearing contemporary and modern.

François Boltana was a French prolific lettering artist during the late 20th Century. He created the Stilla typeface in 1973. Stilla is a cursive “Fat Face”-style design, reminiscent of the first large advertising and display types produced in the wake of the successful Bodoni, Didot, and Walbaum text faces. Because of this pedigree, Stilla is the perfect headline choice for applications that look back to the 19th century. Stilla could also be used for very short headlines or big logos.

The capitals of Register share a similar construction to Morris Fuller Benton’s 1930 Bank Gothic for American Type Founders, but iron out the broader curves and add ‘ink traps’ to emphasise the machine aesthetic. Register also provides the lower case missing from Bank Gothic. Available in two main widths, each in five weights plus reweighted italics with cursively-derived letterforms, plus a bold condensed, Register has been used for the Sochi Winter Olympics, Source magazine and releases from Transient Records.

Au Revoir - saying goodbye is one of the hardest things in life, but in a sense it is also beautiful: there is a promise of seeing each other again, as 'Au revoir' literally means: 'to the next time we see one another'. Au Revoir font is slightly cursive, elegant without being posh, simple and legible. You could write a poem or a farewell letter with it, but I guess its simplicity lets you use it in various other, less dramatic, designs.
