Kröwn is a ruthless display font family. It is presented in three styles that can be used stacked to create beveling and dimensional effects. Kröwn’s most distinctive feature is the absence of counter shapes, or at least its minimum impact. All counter shapes width is the same as the separation between characters, this creates a blocky, strong and hardcore rhythm. Use it with precaution to build strong titling, powerful logotypes or short letterings. With Kröwn, the less is more, the bigger the better. Its visual style draws inspiration from sword and sorcery fantasy genre and historical periods as the middle age.

Gothamburg is a blackletter or square gothic face. The shapes of many of the letters were inspired by sets of letters in Oscar Ogg’s The 26 Letters (Thomas Y. Crowell Company, 1963, 1948) illustrating the gothic style of the middle ages. The Plain and Bold versions differ not just in pen width, but also in pen angle. The Plain version has less contrast between the thin and thick strokes. The ShadowedInside style has the letter shapes of the plain style but the spacing of the shadowed style. It can be layered with the shadowed style to easily create two-color lettering.

As the basis for this new font artist and designer Lena Schmidt used an old font design by her mother Jutta. At a young age, her mother drew and illustrated a lot with pen and ink. She made beautiful illustrations and many font designs. Schmidt chose one of these drafts - delicately drawn Donovan lyrics - as the basis for this digital handwritten stencil font. RF Marshall was inspired by an 1883 tombstone, tucked away in a pioneer cemetery. The 4-sided marker is sparsely adorned with homespun carvings of a handprint, two tulip poplar leaves, and these words: "RF Marshall died 1883 Aged 72 years."
