Introducing the Garden Collection. A new Garden Grown font family by Cultivated Mind Type. This hand-painted collection includes four scripts, two caps fonts, plant art, extras art and free words.  Garden Grown Pro scripts includes 260 alternates and 46 ligatures. Ligatures are programmed to pop up when specific letter pairs are typed. Try the alternates and ligatures together to give your designs a realistic hand-painted look. The all caps fonts and basic scripts do not include alternates or ligatures. Use the free words font for keyword and hashtag ideas. Schelter & Giesecke's grotesk font family, widely used for their marketing and in-house prints, now revived and extended with a Cyrillic character set and old-style numerals.

Kirshaw is not your grandfather's sans serif from the 1950s and 1960s. All those old classics like Helvetica, Futura, Franklin Gothic, and Univers are showing their age like an old Elvis Presley song. Kirshaw is a clean, rounded design with sharp contrasting edges. Like those classics, Kirshaw is easy to read in small body copy and captions, plus it's delightfully modern and stylish for headlines and logos. I designed Kirshaw and Kirkly while undergoing cancer treatment at Stanford Medical Center. Font design was always in the back of my mind and now I had extra time. Kirshaw is a distinctive, modern, easy-to-read sans serif family consists of 14 weights (including italics). It’s an Adobe Latin 3 Character Set containing 350 glyphs per style (including special characters).

Martin, a condensed semi-serif with rounded edges and friendly serifs, shows its charme best in short, pointed sentences, in headlines set in about 20 to 36 p. The playing with serifs in a condensed, very characteristic type design is attractive and the technical skill is convincing. More styles are planned. The idea was to try to apply a given design criteria (also see Volker Schnebel's Marita and Manuel fonts) to every single character. In other words, start with a character and develop all of the others from it. This is quite easy for some characters but extremely difficult for others. This process generates creativity and the characters move away from the initial constructed sketch. Together in a typeface, the individual characters are now all of a piece and character.

This series of free fonts features symbols and icons for use in information graphics. Glyphyx One includes symbols related to transportation, while Glyphyx Two includes symbols related to leisure activities.
