PORTAGE is a slab serif that carries its own weight. Adventurous and rugged, this typeface that evokes the wild country and makes headlines stand out. The typeface was built from a land and forest journal from the mid-50's.

Chicago Retro is a combination font between 70's Modern or Vintage and the modern era, this font is very versatile, spanning a wide variety of projects, from bold magazine imagery, to wedding invitations, to branding, poster design, and much more.

Charlize is a handwritten, fully connected script with ligatures to help with flow and readability. It can be used for invitations, greeting cards, posters, advertising, weddings, books, menus etc. Charlize pro is the most complete style, it contains over 740 glyphs. Every lowercase letter has six variations (uppercase letter has two). To get the alternate glyph just add "+","*","--","__","++" or "==" before the letter in any OpenType savvy application or manually chosen the characters from Glyph Palette. Charlize One and Charlize Two have less glyphs than the Pro one, they contain less alternates and ligatures. In 1925, at the request of Barnhart Brothers & Spindler, the foundry he worked for, Oswald Bruce Cooper designed a wide selection of "screamers", oversized exclamation points used to grab attention in display advertising. The foundry rushed the screamers into production, much to Cooper's dismay. Cooper was disappointed with the final form of the screamers– they were designed in assorted weights to match the assorted Cooper series of typefaces, as well as in a variety of other formal solutions- squaredoff, incised, wavy, Tuscan, and rounded. Cooper's working design methodology was to re-draw his projects a number of times in order to refine the formal results. However the screamer project was hastily cut by the head of BB&S's matrix engraving room in fourteen sizes from the initial sketches, causing Cooper to fire off a fiery missive stating, "Everything I draw is bum the first half-dozen times I draw it; the trouble with these is that I drew them only once!" This typeface is the result of researching Cooper's original drawings and series of engraved proofs for the screamers, as well as the original Screamer type specimen. Cooper Screamers have never been available before in digital format.

Font designed from that used by Gutenberg in Mayence to print the 42-line bible in 1456. The original font has too many characters for a true type font. Many of them have - in 2008 - no more utility. This font include "long s", naturally, as typicaly medieval, but also a lot of ligatures and abbreviations as "...us", "...rum" "...s" "...r...". A render sheet, added, help to identify them on keyboard. Uses include web-site titles, posters and flier designs, editing ancient texts or greeting cards as a very decorative font... This font support easily as enlargement as small size, remaining clear and easy to read.

Bourget is a Display-Sans, which is inspired by the Art Déco Typo­graphy of the 1920´s, 1930´s years. It has a very characteristic and unique style by its thin line through every letter. Immi 505 is another of Tim Donaldson�s prolific works. Inventive and fun-loving as always, Tim used a pen nib called a ?Brause 505? to create the letterforms for this design. The Brause 505 was an invention of Karlgeorg Hoefer. Hoefer created his typefaces Salto" and Saltino" with this nib. The other part of the name, Immi, is the nickname of Donaldson�s five-year-old daughter Imogen. The resulting unusual curves and open character of Immi 505 create a distinctive rhythm and color appropriate for short blocks of ad copy, titles, music CD covers, and Web page headlines where a bit of extra width is needed."

Willard T. Sniffin deserves the credit for this charming little stationery and greeting card typeface developed for American Type Founders in 1930. Capital letters show an occasional hint of ornamentation and lowercase letters are of the linking variety. The original set of exquisite alternate characters (A,B,G,T,V, W, o, s) has been included in this digital version. Adonis Old Style is ideal where a 1920s or 30s script-like lettering look is required. Adonis Old Style with Alternates is also available in the OpenType Std format. Some new characters have been added to this OpenType version. Advanced features currently work in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Creative Suite Illustrator, and Quark XPress 7. On the sides of freight cars, passenger trains, trolleys, buses and cable cars was once found identifying letters and numbers with a bold, yet quaint hand-painted look. Public Transportation JNL emulates the old-style look of those bygone years.

Occam is an informal calligraphic script face. The letter forms were drawn and constructed rather than penned or brushed but reflect a definite flat pen influence. The ascenders and descenders incorporate an abstract implied loop form. Some curves that would normally be round are pointed and some transitions that would normally be sharp and pointed have been made round. A few exit strokes curve back instead of moving up and out for a little different look. This font could be put to good use as a contrasting style combined with sans and serif faces in applications such as newsletters, brochures, invitations and annual reports. It could be used for heads, subheads, pull quotes, drop caps and as a title font for covers.

ArchiLogo is not a regular outline-font. It has a stencil element to it and it’s a kind of indirect, because the font is basically the space between the lines. You have to read between the lines, so to speak. It’s like one of the key elements in architecture: the space between the walls. Here’s where type design meets architecture! The new version, ArchiLogo 3.0, has been improved slightly and 13 glyphs have been added to a total of 85 characters. It is still a free font. Because of the popularity of this font I decided to introduce ArchiLogo Pro. Indeed, the pro version of ArchiLogo. Besides the basic Macintosh Character Set the supported languages are Latin 1, Latin 2: Eastern Europe, Turkish, Windows Baltic. It grew to over 300 glyphs.
