Steve Jackaman & Ashley Muir. This design was inspired by the 1965 VGC typeface, Jana by Richard D. Juenger. Rocklidge contains all the high-end features expected in a quality OpenType Pro font.

Amherst is a family of blackletter-inspired typefaces. This family, created by British designer Richard Yeend in 2002, is unique in that it mains the feel of blackletter/medieval type without relying directly on historical forms. Amherst is split into two different sub-families, Amherst and Amherst Gothic. Amherst is very geometric interpretation of Fraktur. Fraktur was a style of German type very popular in central Europe from 1517 until the early 20th Century. Its letters appear "broken" at certain angles and joints. Still, we recommend using it primarily for display purposes. Amherst is available in three weights: Regular, Bold, and Heavy. Amherst Gothic is very loosely inspired by late medieval letterforms, often called Texturas or Gothics. However, the letterforms of Amherst Gothic seem just as inspired by the Art Deco movements of the 1920s and by contemporary sans serif type design as anything else. Nevertheless, certain letters in this typeface do appear more "gothic" than others, especially A, D, M, Y, d, r, and x. Amherst Gothic is made up of three fonts, Amherst Gothic Split, Amherst Gothic Split Alternate, and Amherst Gothic Italic. Amherst Gothic Split has in-lined characters, and appears very ornamented. The alternate characters in Amherst Gothic Split Alternate are quite medieval in their appearance. Amherst Gothic Italic is the least medieval-looking of the set; its characters are very round, and more geometric. All six styles of the Amherst Family are OpenType format fonts, and include old style figures.

Ampmosphere, a picture font, contains instruments and components from a 60's rock and roll band. After a friend's request to create a guitar graphic, I decided to start a set. Over time, more instruments were added along with amps, tubes, lights, etc. The glyphs are great to use individually or combined. 65 detailed glyphs in all... A - Z upper and lower case; 0 - 9; comma, period and forward slash. Upper case A, B, C and D are the separate strings for the stringed instruments a, b, c and d.

Truncheon is a grunge font with hair on its chest. Like its namesake it beats you over the head with enough attitude to leaves you confused and spinning. Upper and Lower case characters have variations like filled counters to keep things random.

ATC Duel is a strong, extra heavy multi-width sans-serif display font with sharp edges and an extended horizontal span, inspired by the automotive industry. Font contains 500+ glyphs, full alphabet, ligatures, numberals, accents and punctuation. ATC Duel was released in 2016.

A throwback design reminiscent of 1950s signage and print ads, Merrymakers JNL takes a previous release (Bluesman JNL) and places the letters and numbers inside parallelograms with ‘TV screen’ openings. Merrymakers JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions. The upper case A-Z characters have the taller side of the shape to the left, while the lower case a-z has the taller side to the right. To make a ‘fan fold’ or zig-zag message, simply alternate upper and lower cases as in this example: C-a-R D-e-A-l-E-r-S You can type spaces between words, but if you prefer blank connectors, use the following: Upper case solid black connector – left bracket key Lower case solid black connector – right bracket key Upper case ‘TV screen’ connector – left brace key Lower case ‘TV screen’ connector – right brace key There is a very limited set of punctuation available. Avenida was created by architect and designer John Chippindale in 1994 and is a constructed typeface that leaves a cool, sophisticated impression. An Art Deco typeface inspired lettering found on buildings constructed in Spain's Andalucian region in the 1930's and 1940's. Avenida is best suited to headlines and short to middle length texts.

P22 Mackinac Pro spans four centuries of type design, bridging the Old World with the New. Mackinac supports 56 languages using extended Latin character sets.

A vintage look to the future of type, this funky typestyle with circular cut outs was stylish for its day, and a true novelty for today. Blackhole PB began as a digitization of a film typeface known as Circue Solid by LetterGraphics. This typestyle has such funkadelic appeal to it that it just makes me smile. Definitely not for broad uses, but full of novel flair. This font is the bees knees for anyone with a circle fetish. They are like hidden mickeys in this typestyle, building up curves and counters all over the place. Take it for a spin and have a flashback to wilder times.

In 1905 Berthold released an engraved blackletter font called Prinzess Kupferstichschrift. Based on an old printed remnant, I revived this beautiful open-face fraktur and enriched it with several OpenType features. As usual in my blackletter fonts, the round ‘s’ lies on the number sign key, and a traditional number sign can be accessed via the Discretionary Ligature feature and typing 'N-r-period'. In this font you have also the possibility to turn I, V, X, L, C, D, and M into Roman numerals by activating the Stylistic Alternates feature. And last but not least, various useful ligatures polish up this font.

It is amazing how much laundry I have with 3 small kids! Sometimes it feels like I spend half the week sticking laundry in the machine, or hanging it out to dry. Spinwash is a nice brush font. It smells like ‘summer breeze’, is 100% environment friendly and will take the stains out of your designs.

J. M. Bergling called the inspiration for this typeface “modern”—at least, it passed for modern in 1914. Its bold, sinuous forms and unusual decorative treatment suggest stained glass of a certain era, and so its name is German for “Arts and Crafts”. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

This font family has derived from a lettering creation for my wedding stationery. One of the most significant momentos for me and my wife Xana (hence the font name - Xanas Wedding). I hope this typography can give a touch of informal elegance and discreet beauty to your projects. There can be multiple applications, since this font is flexible enough to appear as a custom text or a variable, organic, handwritten work. Initial and final swashes: you select a letter (like "a" of xanas wedding inicial swash) and then you type the other letters, but with another font (like xanas wedding bride, for example). In the final of the phrase/name, you type "a" or "d" and select this final letter and switch the font for xanas wedding final swash.

Bombay is serif type family by ManVsType. It is ideal to use at larger sizes as a display font. The family comes in 5 weights in 2 styles (normal stem height and low stem height). This font is variable in its weight and "connection" heights in the letters a, b, d, h, m, n, p, q, r and u. The typeface has a number of ligature including an R+s ligature that automatically turns into the ₹ (rupee symbol) to solve a major problem in the Indian subcontinent where people don't know how to type it. Bombay is inspired by the colonial version of the city. The city being a melting pot of all kinds of people. Poets, writers, filmmakers enjoyed the city and it quickly became the cultural hub of the entire country.

The “indalo” means messenger of the Gods in the Iberian language about 2500 BC. It was discovered in the Almeria, south of Spain, Indalo was a ghost that bring luck having a rainbow in his hands. Indalo font is an informal, condensed hand-drawn font with a vintage touch. Its features give it a nice appearance that refer to traditional fluent writing. This font is equipped with a large set of ligatures, as well as different alternatives on some letters, to create more authentic and varied connections between letters. Contain Central European language support to fit your design.

Samo Sans is a modern sans-serif typeface with low contrast strokes and is balanced between technical shapes and dynamic feeling. The primary type family is consisted of complete set of Latin glyphs for lower and upper case. It also supports diacritics of all European languages including lining numerals, standard ligatures and other characters sufficient for regular typesetting. Characteristic features are lower spurs (a, b, d, u), and upper spurs (m, n, p, q, r) with distinctive wedge-shaped cuts. These parts are complemented by homogeneously designed diacritics, which is not disturbing and harmonizing with the whole unit. Another very strong feature of the type drawing are lower terminals of the round glyphs, which are finished by moderate narrowing. The type has got decreased caps height, also decreased numerals and optimal x-height, which makes it suitable for more extensive text typesetting. It can be effectively applied in corporate identities or in display typesetting. The narrowness of the basic set of Samo Sans typeface is supplemented by extended type family Samo Sans Pro .

Antidote is a grungy 3-D font. It is hand drawn and has been given a 'cracked' look. Looks great in headlines, titles and on packaging, but I wouldn't set a text in it as it is quite heavy.

This is Alter Littera’s first original design. The font has been created by attempting not to reproduce any historical typeface in particular, but only to re-create the overall forms and style of classic black-letters from different time periods and places. Two specific sources must be acknowledeged nonetheless: (1) the “Black” type from William Caslon’s A Specimen of Printing Types (1785), and (2) the “Caslon Gotisch” type by D. Stempel A.G. (1926). In addition to the usual standard characters for typesetting in modern Western languages, the font includes a comprehensive set of special characters, alternates and ligatures, plus Opentype features, that can be used for typesetting as in antique writings and printings. The glyphs are clean, smooth and definitely readable, so the font will be suitable not only for large titles and headings, but also for full text pages. A modern sans serif with open round forms. The ”round“ letters emphasize the condensed open oval; the light counter forms provide the rhythm of the typeface, causing the typeface to appear gentle and pleasing. The ”modern“ design of a and g being especially contributive here. All of the letters are recognizably narrow, almost ”condensed,“ the forms being very functionally shaped. The construction of the ”triangular“ upper case letters A M N V W as well as v and w, especially catches the eye with the shafts joined together as beams are stacked upon each other. With this construction Hedwig displays a down-to-earth touch. Contrary to the classical sans serifs, a few letters were given light echoes of serifs which promote fluency: a d l are displayed below the line in a reading direction and end in a compressed but also very short serif style; on m n p r the upstroke is gently displayed and on u the downstroke. For all the typo-maniacs among you designers there are alternative forms for a number of letters in Hedwig: A B D G I M R W and a d f g j l ß u. Even an antiquated ”long“ s and an upper case ß is available. Plus, Hedwig includes numerous ligatures which can save that little bit of space where required and which allow the typeface to appear more variable: ch, ck, ct, fi, fj, fl, ff, ffi, ffl, ft, mm, ti, tt, tz.

Speedball pen master Ross George presented this face as D-nib Display. Its wide stance and quaint attitude make for some unavoidable whimsy. Both versions of this font support the Latin 1262, Central European 1250, Turkish 1254 and Baltic 1257 codepages.

Pasquale was designed by Tony Stan. The Pasquale font family has short ascenders, and the lowercase and caps A, B, D, E and Q are open. This versatile warm design is suitable for advertising, magazines, brochures, letterheads and text work.

"I digitized and to revitalize NurnbergSchwabacher by the extinct Haas'sche Schriftgiesserei, a German/Swiss foundry established in 1790 and based in Basel/Münchenstein. Many of its shares were acquired by D. Stempel in 1927. On the Luc Devroye site this foundry is listed on the Extinct Foundries of the 18th century page. This design is very similar to another Intellecta best seller: Hostetler Fette Ultfraktur Ornamental, both drawn from the classical type specimen book from Hostetler. The ornamental frame that completes the font is a fantastic baroque ornament that I found in another old book, unfortunately lost now. Luc Devroye, whose book is the source for all of my fonts, writes this about Rudolf Hostettler: He was a Swiss type designer, author of “The Printer’s Terms” designed by Jan Tschichold, of "Technical Terms of the Printing Industry" (5th edition was printed in 1995), and of "Type: eine Auswahl guter Drucktypen; 80 Alphabete klassischer und moderner Schriften" (Teufen, Ausser-Rhoden: Niggli, 1958). He also wrote "Type: A Selection of Types" (1949, fgm books, R. Hostettler, E. Kopley, H. Strehler Publ., St. Gallen and London) in which he highlights type made by European houses such as Haas, Enschedé, Deberny and Nebiolo. Jost Hochuli wrote his biography.
