General Chang JNL is one of a number of fonts redrawn by Jeff Levine from the creative output of the late Alf R. Becker. A Stylish Technology Sans Serif Initiate began as a digitization of a film typeface from LetterGraphics in the early 70's known as "Kent". The original specimen was only in a Black weight with a tall x-height and included standard Capitals, Lowercase, Numerals and minimal Punctuation. Binner Gothic is a very narrow sans serif thought to have been cut by the Bruce Typefoundry, in New York, around the turn of the century. The capitals are rather heavy with an elongated appearance, accentuated by the high-waisted treatment of characters such as B E F H M N P and R. The lowercase ascenders and descenders of the Binner Gothic font are cut at an angle. Binner Gothic is a display face particularly useful where space is at a premium.

Guanabara is the third release of Plau Type Foundry. It started from the need of a wayfinding typeface that had personality enough to be the brand typeface for a city. The city of Rio de Janeiro, with its never-ending curves and all year long summer weather provided the constraints and requirements of this typeface. From there, it evolved to be a workhorse, with 8 weights from Thin to Black and matching true italics. It just had to have the features that all us designers have grown to love, such as alternate letters (a, g and r for the romans), tabular and proportional figures in lining and oldstyle set-ups as well as small caps, fractions and all that jazz (I mean, samba). Based on the hit album by Glen Campbell, Southern Nights is the font with a style that’s “free as a breeze,” as the song says. It’s fun and casual, yet it has a flair for fashion and elegance. It also has an art nouveau look which lends itself to greeting cards as well as the branding of perfume, clothing, retailing, dining, and other luxury/high-end uses. This font includes alternate characters for the upper R, S, and T, the lower g and z, plus ligatures that include a double lower t and double lower l (L). An original typeface designed for ParaType in 2004 by Armenian designer Manvel Shmavonyan. Based on the lettering created in 1970s by outstanding Armenian type designer Henrik Mnatsakanyan (1923-2001) of the same name. In Armenian ‘Haverj’ means ‘Eternally’. The face resembles many regular text serif fonts but elements like serifs and terminals make it eccentric and a little bit funny. The shape of diagonal legs in capital K and R resembles book lettering of the 1950s—60s. Using it in text, advertising and display typography may lead to surprising effects.

Slughals is danish for someone who eats to much in a kind of greedy way. It came to my mind that "slug" ("swallow" in danish) is snail in English. It lead my mind to the brushtraces of the font, could look like traces from a snail/slug. Slughals has ligatures for most double letters and two fancy swashes for the letters r and k.
