Paquita was my first foray into the turbulent world of typography. Created in full in about three hours drawing directly into the program, technically speaking was a disaster. Once achieved the highest levels of misery I decided to get serious and after a lot of studies and tweaks, is now in its Pro version on sale in this prestigious store.

Stradivarius, sometimes known as Symphonie was designed by Hungarian born Imre Reiner (1900-1987). Reiner was not only a type designer, he was a fine artist. He enjoyed sculpture, painting, graphic and industrial design. In 1921, F. H. Ernst Schneidler, (Schneidler Initials) introduced Reiner to type design. Stradivarius was designed and first released by the Bauer Type Foundry in 1938.

Tabela is a family of typefaces inspired by the aesthetics of monospaced fonts. Its design, based on the monospaced font, preserves its characteristic elements. Perfect for headlines, titles and logotypes, it also has an alternative, more neutral stylistic variant for projects that do not require such distinctive lettering. Its wide array of diacritics allows it to be used in most European languages.

DF-Stromboli doesn’t look like it but in fact it is a script typeface. It was written with a coffee spoon, acting like a broad pen, in the ashes of the Stromboli volcano right on top of a scanner. This typeface evokes orientation and fear, the dichotomy of Stromboli’s personification. A tribute to il faro del mediterraneo: the mediterranean lighthouse.

Not your garden-variety utility typeface but, if you need a faux Thai font, this is the one for you. The upper and lowercase positions feature variant letterforms, so you can mix and match to create JUST the look you're after. Dime Store is a font inspired by childhood memories of dime stores in downtowns and shopping malls in the 1970s. The font was tweaked and digitized by Bob Alonso, who also digitized Breauhare’s Cooper Goodtime font. Dime Store is a cool, hip, nostalgic way of creating a decorative display, and at times it seems to have a slightly futuristic look, too.

Big Ballpen is a modern, slightly naive handwriting typeface, which has the feel of graffiti with its rough lines. The font lines are basically fat and the thickness is not regular from letter to letter. Some numbers are inspired from Tony Buzan concept of picture-number. Burobu, in case you’d like to know, means ‘blob’ in Japanese. I thought it was quite an appropriate name for this blob-like font! Burobu is a messy font and comes with a generous helping of jittery, jumping glyphs, exaggerated strokes and over-the-top arms, ties, bars and counters. Comes with an ultra-cute blob dingbat font and copious amounts of diacritics.

Luscombe is a boisterous and lively display face, recalling the shaded and outlined faced much beloved of 1920s poster and advertising artists, while offering a regularity of outline that those faces often did not achieve. Itís ideal for poster and display work, or for signage with a subtle period feel. Mix the two faces to add emphasis where it's needed.

Alan Meeks designed the Candice typeface in 1976. A groovy swirl of a font, Candice looks like an ice cream sundae topped with whipped cream. Xtencil is a typeface inspired by the shapes of the drawing templates letters, based on the letter forms from my teacher Milton Glaser who at the same time was influenced by the modernism of Paul Renner. Xtencil is a round letter to create funny signs, ideal for posters and headlines. Xtencil not come as a drawing template, but as OpenType typography.

The designers of wood type in the 1880s did not lack for inspiration or imagination. From extremely ornate designs to ultra compressed or condensed alphabets, there was no shortage of variety. Saddle Tramp JNL is one such compressed font. Its wide, bold design coupled with its squat appearance allows for multiple words in a headline without overuse of page space.

Vikings or Norses are Scandinavian pirate and merchant tribes. Actually, "Viking" or "Nors" is not a nation name; It is the name given to Dans, Norwegians, Swedes and other Scandinavians regardless of who they are. The Elder Futhark here is a runic script - a version of the Viking script. I will upload other versions over time. Write nice things with pleasure.

Nightspot JNL was modeled from one of many display alphabets created by the late sign painter and lettering expert Alf Becker. His work has graced the pages of Signs of the Times® magazine for decades. Special thanks to Tod Swormstedt of the American Sign Museum and ST Publications, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio for providing the source material for this typeface.

This sometimes-top-heavy, sometime-bottom-heavy, sometimes-centered typecase is based on an old Photolettering face designed by the irrepressible Dave West, originally called "Nickelodeon". That name was already taken, so I chose another with a nod to the 1953 film starring Leslie Caron. Both versions of this font include the complete Unicode Latin 1252 and Central European 1250 character sets.

This set of four fonts, organized as a font family, consists of toy train cars with letters on them. Upper and lower cases have different typefaces on them, so there are eight different type styles available. Some of the letters on the cars are from Salloon, TiredOfCourier, Glitzy, Qwatick, and PhederFrack. To add variety using more cars without letters, use the XLaserTrain font.

Crowd Pleaser is a pleasant, handmade font. I hoped its lively looks, slightly crooked glyphs and overall happy appearance would appeal to many people - so I named it Crowd Pleaser. Well… not entirely true, as I have a list of font names and Crowd Pleaser was the next one up… ;-) I do hope, however, that you will like this font!

Goat is a font display with extremely fine and sharp serifs, inspired by Gothic architecture, which brings a vertical elongation in extent and an allusion to the typical ogival vaults of the style. A font that not only carries a texture of writing with magnitude and elegance, but also causes some kind of strangeness for the subversion of some typographic laws.

Composed, clean and slightly angular, as its name says. It's organic, warm and round in the right places too. A sanserif typeface family Vinkel is a handsome androgyne with an excellent balance of Neo-grotesque and Humanist DNA. Vinkel comes in eight weights from Thin to Extra Black, all with italics, small caps, several sets of numerals, arrows, alternate characters, and more.

Presenting a font family La Belman Pro. This capital vintage style typeface is perfect for label design and different headers. An ‘Earworm’ is a catchy tune that keeps repeating itself in your head. I didn’t know this (in Holland (where I’m from), earworm (oorwurm) means earwig - you know, the animal). Earworm is a happy handmade font. It’s a little jittery, a little quirky, but also a lot of fun to use. Now lets hope this fonts stays in your head!

Chelsnuts was inspired by old Art Deco typefaces used in poster art back in the 1920s. Yet, in addition it has a playful side that makes it unique to the sharp letterforms typically seen in similar ultra-thick typefaces. Also included are lowercase letters, not typically seen in fonts such as this, and a customized outlined version of the font.

Display Uncanny is a display font not intended for text use. It was designed specifically for display, headline, logotype, branding, and similar applications. The same A to Z characters are located under the shift+character set and character set keys with the ones under the character set keys reduced in size. There are numbers and punctuation located under their respective keys.

Merijola is a fresh and bold script font with a lot of personalities. It’s cute and bold, This will give a beautiful impression that stands out for your designs. Monem is the word for the smallest significance-carrying part of a language. I thought that was a good name for a clean, straightforward Sans typeface. The 1905 Barnhart Brothers & Spindler catalog featured an ultrawide face called "French Antique Extended". The letterforms have been faithfully rendered here, but this font’s kerning calls for a lot of overlapping and interlocking that the original cast-metal face wouldn't have been able to duplicate. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).
