Say hello to our new contemporary all-caps font "Wilde Rosa". Perfect for logos, magazine titles, this lovely font can be paired with clean sans serif. Wilde Rosa is designed to be used for large headings whether it be displayed on billboards, advertisements, or magazines.

The idea for this came from a logo I saw which was adapted and simplified to make this font. Almost italic in appearance, it can be used as an alternative sans stencil although that wasn't envisaged at the start. An Italic is also available.

Obrigado means 'Thank You' in Portuguese. It is my way of saying thanks to the unknown designer of a Portuguese port-wine poster from the thirties. Obrigado font is based on that poster. As I had to work with a handful of glyphs, I designed the missing ones myself. Obrigado is a quite elegant and refined art deco font, which would be ideal for posters and logos. Obrigado speaks most Roman based languages.

Halfroy is our answer to generic geometric sans trends exploding nowadays who creates sameness. Halfroy brings new sans perspectives by combining rounded and sharp edges to create delicate sans fonts. See the difference by looking at counter-shapes compared to outline, insides counter shapes you will sees a sharp edges while round but not geometrical on outlines. Halfroy taken inspirations not from looking at other sans typeface, but its design inspirations comes from observing a land contour and geographical statistics in our city, Kota Batu. We found that our city geographic consist of steep slope like waves with sharp peaks and surrounded by small and third highest mountains peak on our country. From then on we begin visualize and applied on few letters. Take a look on our 'O', 'f', 's' letters, its like a stone carved letters. Its hard edges and soft edges outline clearly draws from our inspiration source. Even Halfroy looks stony, hard as individual letters, we treat this type with humanist approach in mind. Therefore you can sense a friendly yet casuals of typical sans serif fonts when it grouped together to form a words or sentences. We hope Halfroy will gives your design project a unique on its own.

Matria brings the feminine energy from a strong and heavy perspective. These letterforms are inspired by the balancing nature of the yin and yang forces, resulting in a dynamic stencil that evokes the qualities of a thorny rose. Spring Season JNL is a decorated and stylized Art Deco slab serif design from1935 which is based on the hand lettered title on the sheet music for “Paris in the Spring”. The characters are cut through with both a straight line and a wavy, spoked line which looks something like a thorny vine. Spring Season JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

All three fonts - Dropout, Rough Diamond and Thorny, evolved from experimenting with a cubic template devised as the basis for a retro display type series titled ‘Flashback’. I experimented with numerous shapes initially to see which forms lent themselves best to the negative spaces forming the characters. Although many interesting variants are possible within this context, these three were resolved best out of the several options tried.

I am not just scanning these, I am completely redesigning the ornaments from scratch, thereby eliminating imperfections. These ornaments have been first designed by a designer named Ben Sussan. FA Berlewi is inspired by stencil lettering of a vanguard creator, Henryk Berlewi, who was a precursor of contemporary typography, a painter and a creator of the mechano-facture (Mechano-Faktura) theory. In 1924 he designed a poster for his mechano-facture one-man show in Warsaw Austro-Daimler car salon. An attention-grabbing composition with stencil lettering was doubtless a real innovation and according to Berlewi - the first typographic poster to be made in Poland.
