The original Jessen typeface, named in reminiscence of the great supporter of the printing art at the end of the 19th century, Peter Jessen, was designed in the years of 1924 until 1930. Bible Gothic was created by the famous German designer Rudolf Koch. Ralph M. Unger digitized this font exclusively for profonts in 2005, keeping his digitization as close as possible to the original design of Koch in order to preserve the distinguished character and the partly unconventional, original forms. The concept of a Bible Gothic was developing for years in Koch's mind and drove the direction of his work, but only after the experience with his Neuland design could he start the creation of his Peter Jessen typeface. Produced quite like Neuland, Jessen, however, is much more refined and more accurate in detail than Neuland. At first glance, it seems to look plain and simple, but if you look closer, the richness of its distinguished upper case forms unfold to a perfectly clear flow of text

This is a standard, plain face with no special distinguishing features. It was created over a period of four months for use in small text in a cartographer package. While the face was extremely suitable for the purpose it was designed for, the party who was to purchase the family outright decided upon another design, allowing me to offer it up for sale. The original design for this face is nothing new, and has been greatly influenced by many others already in existence. It was not intended to be flashy, nor eye-catching, and I believe I have managed to escape any individuality that could have affected the face. It displays well in the lower text sizes, and, in my own opinion, displays some characters more clearly than some other similar faces that are currently in use (not all, some). While individuality makes a typeface stand out from all the others, this style of design would have been compromised with it.

Hammock is a chilled and simple handwritten typeface. Having the combination of the large capital letters and the small lowercase enable you to play with the font uniquely and flexibly. Also, its left-slanted letters give a bit of special look to the typeface. Most of the european languages are supported.

Nightmare font is a simple attempt to convey the essence of a handwritten font with strong lines. In a real handwritten font, you would find more variation in line thickness, curves, and other design elements that contribute to the overall style. Creating a visual representation of a handwritten font using lines can be a bit challenging in plain text, but I'll provide a simple ASCII representation that may give you an idea of a strong handwritten style. Keep in mind that this is a very basic representation, and actual fonts would have much more detail and nuances.

Evening Gown JNL comes from the lettering displayed on a printed ad for the fictional "Gowns by Roberta" in a scene in the 1935 film of the same name. "Roberta" starred Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers and was based on the successful 1933 stage play.

The original Ainslie was inspired by Mt. Ainslie and the city of Canberra’s inner suburb of the same name. Canberra is Australia’s capital--a planned city designed by American architect Walter Burley Griffin. Griffin’s style and geometric design for the city, which include Mt. Ainslie, are now also the same structure that make up the foundation of Ainslie Sans. An early drawing tablet was largely responsible for the LeakorLeach typefaces. They resemble hand lettering using cake icing or done with an ink pen that leaves lots of ink blobs or ink blots. EXPRESO was inspired by the extinct art and craft of urban Lettering applied to buses and other kind of cars for public service of transportation. Since the mid of last century, main cities of Colombia - as Bogotá, Medellín and others - were growing in population and brought urban area expansion with it and serious traffic problems due to the lack of political will and urban planning. The problem of urban transport in Colombia's largest cities has not yet been resolved, despite adopting some examples of mass transit system in other cities in the region. Before these actions, public transport in cities such as Bogotá was quite varied, leaving space for popular culture that survived for a couple of decades, until the massive dieback of these old buses early this decade, either by practices associated with Lettering it was displaced by some technological, some expressions of art street and city that evolved or disappeared. An upright typeface family developed to meet the demand for letters to produce pupil material for handwriting as well as for reading. Upright letters with extended ascenders and descenders are ideal on screen. They facilitate word recognition. The exit strokes link words together visually, and in handwriting they lead to spontaneous joins along the baseline leading logically to a joined-up hand. The 1927 beginner’s book for Shefte’s Rapid Course in Modern Piano Playing had its title hand lettered in a bold serif typeface that reflected some of the influences of the Art Nouveau era. This became the model for Music Course JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Chaman is a “hybrid” font. On the one hand serifless, temperate and readable, and on the other hand quick and livily as a manual script, thanks to many unexpected ligatures. Letter design is plain and functional, punctuated by dynamic elements, mostly in ligatures and contextual glyphs, generated at the beginning and end of the word, thanks to your software’s OpenType features. It draws inspiration from the Tibetan alphabet, originally close to our own latin alphabet, as it stems from Bhram handwriting, itself derived from Phoenician alphabet. This alternation of stright vertical lines and regular bows makes Chaman’s design stand out.

This square serif typeface is a real workhorse. It is a modern tool for text design: extremely legible and well shaped. Bandera has six weights with original italics. In Fehlian I blended features of my earlier Arthur and Lindau releases. Fehlian is a sturdy yet sophisticated Art Deco style Roman semi-serif. It is an excellent choice for titlings, headlines, labels, shopfronts and any other display usage which needs to be typographically furnished with something special. Moreover, besides the plain Fehlian font you have the option of yet another two wonderfully decorated versions which lend even more beauty to your designs. Note that Fehlian is a capitals-only product. It has no lowercase but the uppercase is completed for multilingual usage and supports every Euro-Latin language.

Actually there is nothing furious about this font. There are no sharp edges and absolutely nothing harmful at all. The name plays tricks on you, because it's a cool laid back font with ounces of possibilities. I'd say you can use the Fake Fury font for posters, flyers, comics, invitations, commercials, toys, candy, clothing, packaging ... ahhh, the list goes on and on! Each letter was carefully handdrawn and soften a bit with rounded edges. And each letter has a total of 6 different versions: upper- and lowercase, and then 4 alternate versions. And the magic happens AS you type, because the font is programmed to automatically cycle through all the different letter variations!
