There’s nothing stinky about this font, don’t worry! But what’s is up with Stink Buster is a whole lot of serifs gone bad! Each letter is loosely based upon the classic slab serif style, but influence by grafitti and comics just made them crooked and off the grid. But despite that, the font works great if you have a message that you want shouted out loud!

Breakdance is inspired by dance moves, the first font created with this concept is sans serif with a curved shape in one direction. Curves are made not too extreme, so that they maintain the shape balance. And now Breakdance comes in several styles and is divided into three typesface, namely script, sans and serif. Each typeface has several different styles and the total is 18 fonts.

Beckinslade is a lovely elaborate blackletter face, released just in time for Christmas, but useable at any time of the year. It is in the best traditions of Victorian Gothic revival, drawing inspiration from a range of sources and marrying them into one homogenous whole. The emphasis is on aesthetics rather than historical accuracy. Great fun though for anywhere ‘ye olde’ look is desired.

A Japanese design firm called Maniackers put together a typeface design in 2001, which they called Snail. This typeface is based on that design, with a few tasty modifications and some industrial-strength kerning, so that the letters literally slither across the page. This font contains the complete Latin language character set (Unicode 1252) plus support for Central European (Unicode 1250) languages as well.

Verner, the script brother of Verna, is a versatile contemporary script font. Ghaith Font is Arabic and Latin and the sub-languages from them are inspired by the Naskh script with a semi-rigid base characterized by many variable and compound characters, as well as high flexibility. Ghaith Font is considered a typographical font for the clarity of its typefaces in all types and sizes of printing. It is also used for broad headings, logos, and various fields.

Rails is an experimental, retro, outline display typeface designed by Superfried. Rails is available in four styles: display, broken, solid and solid broken. As the name suggests they are constructed from parallel tracks with the broken versions featuring distinct breaks for added impact. Combination of the two results in clean, flowing type with sudden and unexpected moments of disruption. Rails has been featured in Computer Arts magazine.

In the middle of 18th century Leibniz Fraktur appeared in German print shops. This blackletter font with its great x-height preserved the then fashioned trunk in many of its uppercase letters. It was a cast font of Genzsch & Heyse, Hamburg. Leibniz Fraktur contains a bunch of useful ligatures, and by typing 'N', 'o' and period plus activating the Ordinals feature you get an oldstyle number-sign.

Afrikana is based on various African letters and signs. The main inspiration for making this typeface was the book by Saki Mafundikwa, Afrikan Alphabets. Letters were designed based on signs and characters from African alphabets. They were than cut out of cardboard, scanned, traced and put in a font. You are free to modify the font in any way and have fun with it.

Stencil Package JNL has its design roots in the brand name hand-lettered on the paper sleeves for the short-lived Stencil-It line of lettering guides produced in 1955 as a direct competitor to Stenso Lettering Guides. Formed by Bernie Aronson [a relative of the Libauers who owned the Stenso Lettering Company and who once worked for them] along with a financial partner (noted artist) Sidney Levyne, the company was soon put out of existence by a court action. It re-emerged in 1956 as the E-Z Letter Stencil Company and existed until the 1990s. Stencil Package JNL is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Indoo is a modular geometric design that owes much to the typeface designs of Theo van Doesburg (1883-1931) and the De Stijl principles of abstraction, simplicity, clarity and harmony. That inspiration, combined with the lettering of signage often found in the Indian quarter of Paris, led to the connecting block letter motif of Indoo. Stuffed Shirt JNL acquires its name from a term popularized during the years when the Art Deco period flourished. The Great Depression further widened the gap between the 'haves' and the 'have nots'. Occasionally, some of those that 'had' (and some who pretended they did) came off as standoffish, egotistical and pompously arrogant. Such individuals were referred to as a "stuffed shirt"; a blowhard who thought he was better than others. In this case, Stuffed Shirt JNL is no more than a dual-line adaptation of Playwright JNL, itself an interpretation of the classic Broadway type design in a way that emulates the hand lettering of old-time sign painters.

In the early days of printing everything had to be worked out from scratch. This set of lettering is based on section headings used by the Printer Lucas Brandis (no known relation), the first printer to operate in the city of Lübeck around 1473. They remind me of a medieval version of the spray paint graffiti so often seen on the sides of trains. A bit on the crude side, but also and importantly extremely noticeable. So whether you use it for creating old styled printing or some wild modern eye grabbing text item, its robust and sturdy shapes will be certain to grab the eye.

Monocto is an upright italic, clearly evidenced by the lowercase letters a, e, f, g, i, k, l, v, w, x, y and several capitals. On one hand, the design is inspired by an historical German running hand written with a pen angle of 45°, and on the other, by rational, utilitarian monospace types, similar to those designed for the mechanical typewriter during the Industrial Revolution. As the writing tool touches the paper, a double-square with broken corners is produced, which then, according to ductus, transforms itself into letter components that are either 90°-verticals or 45°-diagonals. Nylon is an interpretation of pre-16th century letterforms, in particular those found in mediaeval portraits at the National Gallery, London. The source material contains many unusual and manic shapes—it appears as if these classical forms have, over time, become perverted, almost demonic. Draylon is the more restrained counterpart to Nylon; it is based on letterforms found on 18th century ceramics—some 200 years after the source material of Nylon. Nylon and Draylon have been designed so that they can be mixed together with ease. Both typefaces have been drawn with a kind of crude digital awkwardness—acknowledging the tool of the present moment, the computer, in the design process.

The name Type Warmers JNL traces its lineage to small catalog booklets issued by Indianapolis' Cobb Shinn for his line of letterpress cuts; of which a few can be found included within this typeface. Presumably type could "warm up to" these stock illustrations and work hand-in-hand to deliver the message, hence the "Type Warmers" sobriquet. Originally known for illustrating many attractive and comical postcards of the early 1900s, Shinn moved into the field of purchasing stock art and redistributing them as electrotypes or "cuts", the predecessor to today's digital clip art. A number of the cartoons he sold can be found in the Shinn Kickers JNL font.

The Golden Age of the Greek Civilization. The world’s history carved on stone. Hellenica Pro was created based on numerous photos from archaeological sites and several other historical references dating back to 1100 B.C. In order to capture the essence of this writing, there are a few alternate forms used at lowercase, uppercase and/or accented positions. These alternates come from different regions in Greece. For instance, uppercase Theta was used by the Cretans and the Korinthians, whereas uppercase Delta by the Ionians. PF Hellenica Pro comes in 3 versions: Light, regular and bold. The new ‘Pro’ version has been expanded to include 3 major scripts: Latin, Greek and Cyrillic.

I've had an interest in typography ever since my college days, even submitting my NDD thesis on the subject. The basic concept for this typeface stems from that early creative period, hence the obvious 60’s retro feel. It’s only recently that I've have had the chance to carry through fully some of my dormant typographic ideas, but ‘better late than never’ as they say! The font’s characteristic style is based on repeating or rotating templates of a half and a quarter circle, the geometric, modular building blocks used here. The name was simply influenced by the letter ‘u’, which visually describes a stylized ‘tulip’ flower.

When the streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood, a thought bubble just isn't noir enough, is it? It's gotta be GRIM. It's gotta be GRITTY. Let's face it... It's gotta be GRIM'N'GRITTY. In Italic and Bold Italic. Also Regular and Bold. But I've little use for them either. Talk is cheap.

This is the Alter Rebbe of Liadi Ksav. This is a complete font with all diacritic marks (Nikud and Taamim) and also shevana, kamatz katan, dagesh hazak and holam chaser. There are 2 alternatives kinds of Lamed. The Nikud and the Trop are completily independent of the letters. You can use diferent colors in them. There is no combination of letters except for Alef-Lamed ligature. Two diferents kinds of "He" appears in the Tetragramation. You can make any kind of prayer book with this font.

Kufi is a traditional-style Arabic headline face available in two styles, Kufi and Kufi Outline. Tosca is a very elegant and decorative typeface with 730 glyphs. I put a second set of capital letters in the places of the smallcaps. So just type the word in lowercase, then select the first letter and convert it to smallcap in the OpenType menu. I also give you a ton of ligatures that can be accessed via OpenType. Brabon is a new lettering font. The Open Type features include swashes, also in capital letters, stylistics and contextual alternates and ligatures. All this makes the text lively and bouncy, without the monotony of obviously repeated letterforms. In addition, we have included some ornaments designed to support the font (access to them through the glyphs palette). Brabon is doing very well to create titles, logos and posters for brand and packaging, invitations, greeting cards, magazines and book covers, children's material, fashion and wherever you want.

Charles W. "Plot" Plotner was a cartoonist who had developed a template-based cartooning set for kids circa 1952 called "Plot-O". A companion set was called "Plot-O the Clown". "Plot-O" consisted of two plastic templates with pre-cut and numbered cartoon shapes. By following the simple directions and tracing the corresponding parts, any youngster could create basic cartoons of people and finish them off with their own details. The hand-lettered instruction booklet provided the design inspiration for Cartoon Panel JNL.
