Slab Compact JNL was based on the printed title found on the box cover of a 1950s-era word games set called “Lex-O-Grams” and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Font family Titla Brus was developed as an extension of Titla, released earlier in 2009. New slab serif family consists of 20 members the normal and condensed proportions that present 6 weights from Light to Ultra. "Weekday Mornings" are the 2 first words from the song "Nancy" by Prefab Sprout. Just like the song, the font has a romantic theme and could be considered as "easy listening". Well, I've added 7 slightly different versions of each letter, enough to make the font look like the real handwriting which was the base of the font. Fun fact: I had this song on repeat when finishing the font. I still do love that song! :)

This is not a brush font! This is an imitation of brushstrokes, done by pen. But I guess you've already noticed that - the brushstrokes are way too obvious, to have been made by brush. Although being a "fake", the letters leaves you with quite a good impression. Letters were inspired by an old horror movie poster, but is very useful for something less terrifying!
