Ainabee is an Art Deco inspired type design. The designer states: "The Art deco period has always fascinated me. The Architecture, The Furniture, The Car Industry, Letters etc, much of what I associate with 20s and 30s. This design is my answer to this fascination. The name is a tribute to my girlfriend Aina." The design is simple and precise in its form and is intended mainly for decorative use.

In 1908 he created a beautiful poster for the Kaiserjubiläums Möbel Ausstellung - a furniture exhibition during the Kaiser's Jubilee. In the early years of the twentieth century a number of romans with a soft and slightly script like quality were evolved. Although they did not represent the future in terms of the major design influences that were to appear after the First World War, they were a break with the past, and were developed further in the nineteen twenties and thirties. Monotype Bernard Condensed is closely associated with this period, a condensed roman evoking an easy charm. The Monotype Bernard Condensed font offers many display applications where warmth and friendliness is required.

Scratch SCF is a grunge font with a difference. It has an irregular, almost random outline that suggests an old-fashioned quill pen that is leaking and scratching its way across the page. There are also connotations of simplicity, of a writer that is unsophisticated, possibly learning to write for the first time. This is a font that avoids all the associations of slick, worldly-wise urbanity, of cynicism and of "the medium being more important than the message". Instead the simplicity of Scratch SCF conveys a sincerity and integrity of design that bespeaks simplicity and old-fashioned honesty. A 1967 ad for Aurora “Monster Scenes Custom Builder Kits” featured the drippy, gooey hand lettering long associated with science fiction and horror movies. The letters in the ad were auto-scanned and additional characters were completed with the end result being a horror-themed font with sharper angles and lines instead of drips. This is now available as Monster Movies JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Richard Jones designed Princetown, an all caps font with strong, geometric letterforms, in 1981. Princetown's design was inspired by college and university sportswear, with its blocky forms and heavy outline. The Princetown font is an excellent choice for any work associated with sports or collegiate life.

Mechanikschrift, roughly German for “mechanical writing”, is a typeface from Noah Rothschild and Victory Type. The aesthetic of this font is just what its name points towards: machine-like structure with a German flare. Minimalism is often associated with German design, and Mechanikschrift is a minimalist typeface. Furthermore, the designs of the characters, outside of the general theme of squared-off corners and angular appearance, are related to Herbert Bayer’s work at the Bauhaus.

David Quay designed Bordeaux to exhibit characteristics common in the typefaces of the Romantic era, the period which produced the novels of Victor Hugo, the music of Berlioz and the fairy tales of Hans Christian Andersen. Bordeaux displays the emotive quality one associates with the times. The font is intended for titles and headlines and combines well with Syntax for the body of the text.

Delaguerra is based on a lettering style originating in the California Arts & Crafts period commonly associated with 'Mission Style'. It is still in common usage in signage at historical sites in California. This version is a sort of idealized hybrid of several different variations on the style from samples we were sent by a customer who wanted to use the font in a set of invitations. It features a basic character set on the lower case and then relief initial versions of the same characters for the upper case.

Monocolo is the result of a reflection on communication and of the language evolution in the new media. For this reason, some emoticons have been added to the usual glyphs and symbols and icons have been added to the regular. These glyphs, through the use of Discretionary Ligatures (DL) feature, can be recalled by using their name or idea associated with them (in the English language). This feature is designed to retrieve the icons quickly and not to be applied to a text, therefore you have to pay attention to compound words when used through DL.
