Glyph Concept The Braille 2x3 dot matrix is weaved around a diamond-shape. a.1. Each "dot" is represented by a "right-angle isocel triangle". a.2. Braille dots in Diamond Braille a.2.I. "Dots" are outside the diamond for first Braille row (Braille dots 1, 4) and third Braille row (Braille dots 3, 6). a.2.II. "Dots" are inside the diamond for second Braillle row (Braille dots 2, 5). a.3. Diamond lattice Glyphs are connected horizontally (to/bottom diamond's corners) and vertically (left/right corners) to each other (see poster 5). a.4. Here’s a collection of border elements taken from the pages of nineteenth and early twentieth century type specimen books of various American foundries. Download the PDF provided for each font for simple guides to constructing various borders. All characters have identical widths, so use spaces between left and right-side elements. For best results, set solid (no extra leading) and use flush left, flush right or center justification to assure proper alignment.

A totally off the wall crazy sans serif display type, Beaucoup started as a digitization of a film typeface called “Bippie” by Facsimile Fonts. From there, it was taken and built out to an extensive character set ready to take you for a wild ride. Completely loco, yet somehow still easily legible, this typographic wildchild is dying for you to get your grubby little hands on it and take it for a spin!

Umerica first made its appearance in 2007 as a series of characters in a pdf I posted to Typophile. It has taken a lot of time, and determination, for me to finally decide to complete it. I had the basic font completed in 2008, but put it aside as the creation of the italics it deserved were beyond me. That was then. Now the italic version has finally been added twelve years later.

Two handlettered typefaces from J. M. Bergling’s 1914 classic, Art Alphabets and Lettering collided to produce this lively and unusual combination. The caps were originally called "Morocco", and the lowercase are taken from his Keramic Text. The result suggested more of an Egyptian flair, in an offbeat kind of way, and so it got its name. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

Fedtspiller is danish and the definition could be someone who plays with a low risk and defensive (at least when talking about soccer) Although there is a slight negative feeling to that, I remember several guys when playing soccer as a kid who benefitted as playing as a "Fedtspiller" :) Anyway, Fedtspiller is a legible comic/text font with softened edges. Comes in both Regular, Scribble and Rough - all of these versions include Contextual Alternates (4 different versions of each lowercase letter) and multilingual support

Brandon Text is the companion of the famous Brandon Grotesque type family. It has a higher x-height than the Grotesque version and is optimized for long texts, small sizes and screens. This special Office version of Brandon Text is especially for all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint …). It contains just the 4 basic styles which are style-linked and can be easily accessed by the “I” or “B” button in Office.
