The Eixample project is inspired by modernist signage of various examples found in the Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona. The name of each subfamily is related to its location or to specific elements of the original sign. Dip is the abbreviation for Carrer Diputació (Diputació Street), where the original sign spells Farmacia Específicos Diputación. The reference taken from the pharmacy sign is a curious model, where sans-serif lowercase letters coexist with script uppercase. This fundamentals create the system that we have introduced in Eixample Dip. The capitals are built with contained decoration to achieve maximum compatibility between letters. The script capitals are the default uppercase but we have also included alternative capitals, a slab style that can be combined with the scripts. The narrow influence of the original sign is correlated with the Narrow styles of the Dip family. But for more versatility, Eixample Dip explores normal widths and weights as well. Furthermore an Inline version was added to the suite.

Binomic is a sort of monospaced font family. "Sort of" because it was not designed with the sole purpose of being used as a coding font, but rather as a nice alternative to monospaced fonts in graphic design projects. It's a friendly mix between your average fixed-width font and a more geometric, wider sans, thus more of a display font than a text one. The Binomic family has both upright and slanted versions, each in four convenient weights. FWD Egyptian Tower is a designers stack-able Display family best purchased as one package. Creo is a low contrast, classic proportioned sans serif family, consisting of 18 fonts, 9 weights from thin to black; with uprights and italics. The word "Creo" was taken from the Latin language and means "I create, make, produce" (verb), which also stands for 'Classic Ratio'. The uppercase letters are highly influenced by Roman Inscriptional Capital letterform, and the lowercase letterform and their proportions were influenced by oldstyle serif typefaces. Stencil fonts often evoke rigid and sterile images such as packing crates or military vehicles, but Super Duty is somewhere between serious and fun. Super Duty is designed with sharp mechanical angles which give the letterforms a square-jawed and ready-for-action feel. A rounder companion version is included that has the sharp edges smoothed out. Unlike most stencil fonts this one has a lowercase that matches the strength of the uppercase. Flefixx is a typeface designed to support a project "Flefixx", an idiosyncratic visual language and typeface system that unfolds narratives based on common combinations of letters. In this visual language, just as individual letters come together like puzzle pieces to form different meanings or words based on combinations, the typeface is also constructed from fragmentary elements, each playing a distinct role as if they are individual pieces. The intentional exposure of the intersections of these fragments emphasizes the typeface's creation through interconnected elements. Furthermore, diacritics and dots are strategically positioned as ornaments, enhancing their presence within the gaps between letters. This concept aligns with the theme of composition and connectivity among fragments, allowing strong rhythmic patterns to emerge as letters and symbols blend in a paragraph. Additionally, the prominent and bold punctuation marks serve to provide pauses and clarity within sentences that incorporate both letters and the visual language. They contribute to articulating sentence structure amidst the dynamic flow of sentences with combined characters and visuals.

Type designer Hannes von Döhren created Klint. A sans serif typeface with a technical appearance and humanistic streak. The family includes five weights; each weight ships in three widths: condensed, regular, and extended. All of the 15 Klint variants have a companion Italic, rounding out family at 30 fonts. Klint's large x-height makes the design especially legible at small point sizes. In today's day and age, appliance manufacturers and/or companies in the mobile phone, computer hardware and software or Internet sectors are becoming ever more important. I have named the font “Makonde” after an tribal group in southeast Tanzania and northern Mozambique that is well known for their intricate and semi-realistic wood carvings. The patterns that decorate the Makonde font remind me of the Makonde wood carvings. The Makonde font is a useful resource for anyone creating designs or producing text that has African look. Typified by a stark African angularity the characters reflect the ethos of Africa. Each Makonde font contains the full range of upper and lower case characters, all punctuation and special characters as well as the accented characters used in the major European languages. The Makonde tribal group is of historical interest because FRELIMO, the resistance movement which ended Portugese colonialism in East Africa, originated in the homeland of the Makonde. The character shapes in the Makonde font are very similar to those in a style of Umkhonto called Umkhonto Wide. Using Umkhonto together with Makonde gives the designer enormous flexibility.

WAVE is characterized by curved lines and intricate details. Each character was individually made in Illustrator and Type Tool using my original illustrations. Wave is a decorative font best used for titles or short bursts of texts in large point settings. The typeface is based on the uppercase letterforms, but I have also created lowercase letters, numbers, and glyphs. The motion lines used in the making of Wave mirror an art deco-style. Inspired by an illustration of a large wave, I was fascinated that by using only lines and solid colors we as artists can depict the translucency and ever-changing movement of waves. I began by delicately sketching out all of the letters using graph paper and micron pens. My work always begins with traditional media. Durham Latin brings the Latin style from the Industrial Revolution to the modern era. These letterforms could be seen painted on a road sign in France, engraved in a sign over a tavern door in London, or seen on a playbill in America. The rich and varied history of these forms inspired me to capture that personality, and interpret it in a way that fits the wide range of needs of modern designers. Condensed forms and strong serifs imbue Durham Latin with a presence that can’t be ignored yet doesn’t overwhelm. Uniform Rounded is a type family based on the 2014 Miller Type Foundry release, Uniform. This superfamily is comprised of three widths (regular, condensed, and extra condensed) each with six weights. The result is a fun and playful typeface that is extremely versatile and is a great asset for any project on any medium. Uniform Rounded is a multi-width geometric type family designed around the circle. The O of the Regular width is based on a circle, the O of the Condensed width is based on 1.5 circles stacked (with straight sides) and the O of the Extra Condensed width is based on two circles stacked with straight sides as well, and all other characters are derived from this initial concept. This unique idea creates a remarkably fresh type family that bridges the gap between circular geometric typefaces and condensed straight-sided typefaces. The Corporate ASE typeface trilogy was designed by Prof. Kurt Weidemann, a well-known German designer and typographer, from 1985 until 1990. It is constructed based on a very precise geometry of open forms that produce a double letter in form and counterform. Tepuy originates as an evolution curve of my Font Makiritare rectilinearly. Was devised for a book of photographs of the ancient mountains of the Venezuelan Amazon, its form and Makiritare are morphologically inspired crafts in the ethnic groups of the region. Tepuy is held in a very precise geometric construction based on rounded forms, each letter is a form envelope enclosing another in counterform, is a letter to display. The Quandor Family began as a digitization of a film typeface from LetterGraphics known simply as "Impacta". The original specimen included standard Capitals and Lowercase, as well as a Biform character set. We've fleshed out the original style and added an Oblique to the family, but we just couldn't leave it alone at that, and beefed it up to include an Ultra Black and Ultra Black Oblique style as well, because uber heavyweight font styles are the bees knees. The original shape of serifs was a reference to 19th century’s Clarendon types though this inspiration remains as a subtle feature of the final design.
