When I released Halogen, I asked ‘Who doesn't want or need an expansive contemporary extended sans that has a sense of style and swagger… what if it had a lowercase, small caps and various numeral options… how could you say no?’ Go, click on the Halogen link and read on, if you're interested. Halogen was well-received, so I decided to take it further with Halogen Slab (the name kinda tips you off as to what kind of typeface it is, don't ya think?). As always, I prefer not to take short cuts and provide an anemic offering of glyphs — a modern typeface offered today must provide more than just the basics and this one does — lowercase, smallcaps, old style numerals, tabular forms, stylistic and titling alternates, fractions, case-sensitive features, and even an alternate uppercase ordinal set is included. Suburban Collier is a dreamy, humanist demi-serif sister of Romford Stencil typeface. It was created during the COVID-19 pandemic and its name is inspired by Collier Row, a suburban area of Romford, East London (UK). Suburban Collier features subtle ligatures, an alternative ‘a’ and supports Western, Central, Southern, and Eastern European as well as Pinyin. Use it to add character to your body copy or as fancy display text.

As a present, my sister in law Christel Marseille-Hoksbergen created a hand-sewn alphabet which I liked so much, I decided to turn it into a font and this is the result. Probably a fun font to use in scrapbooks or magazines about handmade things. As an addition to the christelLine font, Christel Hoksbergen created another hand sewn alphabet which I turned into a font. This time with filled characters.

This is the first of several Eastern fonts I have created and is the prize of the collection. The Pravoslavnie font is highly decorative, with a more complicated letter ‘a’ and a series of flourishes substituting for punctuation. Like its sister font, Pravoslavnie 3 is highly decorative. It differs from the first version of this font, as it has a less decorative ‘a,’ full punctuation marks, and less ornate number forms.

Foro Rounded is the softer sister of the succesful Foro family. Distinct in appearance, with pleasant haptic, objective, and with graphic appeal. Foro comes in 16 styles and in OpenType format. All weights contain standard ligatures, proportional lining figures, tabular lining figures, proportional old style figures, lining old style figures, matching currency symbols, fraction- and scientific numerals and arrows. Foro supports Western European, Central and Eastern European languages.

AZ Varsity font was inspired from a combination of typical collegiate t-shirts designs and also the current wave of Hollister t-shirt designs (rough look). This font utilizes an "old look" to the line work which is designed to have a "worn feel" to it. It is designed to compliment it's sister font, AZ Vintage Brushed. This font is designed for use as a worn and antiqued headline or subheadline.

Artigo Display is the odd sister of Artigo text typeface. It is a contemporary interpretation of handwriting shapes in a display version of the italic. It is more expressive and it has its own personality. It was renovated with five new weights that bring more flexibility to use the typeface in different mediums. Artigo Display has won a Certificate of Typographic Excellence from the Type Directors Typeface Competition in January 2018.

The Bustani™ typeface is a typographic interpretation of Naskh, a principal calligraphic style of Arabic script. Designed by Patrick Giasson and Kamal Mansour, Bustani is the first OpenType® font to offer full classical Naskh contextual shaping, while supporting all the numerous languages that use the Arabic writing system without the need for auxiliary plugins (an OpenType compliant application is required). Through the use of OpenType® stylistic sets, Bustani features intelligence to choose the appropriate letterforms for faithful interpretation of Naskh calligraphy. Bustani supports Arabic, Farsi, and Urdu – in addition to many other languages. While primarily intended for setting literary text, the Bustani typeface can also be used in a broader variety of projects that require classic, graceful shapes. “The face shines in environments where the text is given breathing space,” says Giasson. “This includes poetry, literature and artistic publications – perhaps even adding a bit of flair to parking tickets,” he quipped.

Nexus started as an alternative to Seria, a typeface Majoor had designed some 5 years earlier. But soon the design developed into a new typeface, with numerous changes in proportions and in details and with a redrawn italic. Besides the three connected versions (Nexus Serif, Nexus Sans, Nexus Mix) Majoor designed a monospaced version called Nexus Typewriter. The Nexus family is a workhorse typeface system like Scala, with features such as small caps in all weights, four different sorts of numbers and an extensive set of ligatures. All fonts in the Nexus family come in regular, italic, bold and bold italic. Free bonus: there are more than 100 elegant Swash italics and dozens of arrows and other icons. The Nexus family was awarded the First Prize at the Creative Review Type Design Awards 2006.

The peculiarity of this alphabet is already its origin: the basic drawing was created by narrowing Roman capitals with corresponding lowercase letters. The goal was to create a monumental font for architecture and book covers. Surprisingly, however, Amor Sans has found its way into corporate identity, offices, magazines and packaging design. Its slightly narrowed, economical design predestines it for quick reading of shorter texts, which is why it is also excellent for theater posters and programs. Its moderate width proportions and rich selection of arrows and pointers are excellently used in public spaces. Amor Sans has a neutral expression that works harmoniously in any architectural style. It will serve as an orientation system in a medieval monastery as well as in a modern building, while remaining distinctive even in the dark. The family consists of ten cuts with many functions, such as small capitals, Cyrillic, several types of numerals, a number of ligatures and stylistic alternatives.

Bennet, Richard Lipton’s spirited serif superfamily, was inspired by Moth Design’s logotype and stationery system for the North Bennet Street School in Boston. Initially modest in concept, Bennet grew to an expansive suite of 96 fonts tuned for editorial use. The three widths of Bennet’s Display and Banner sizes—Regular, Condensed, and Extra Condensed—are ideal for precise fitting of newspaper and magazine headlines. Lipton developed graded text styles for the series, offering users precise variations to help compensate for varying degrees of ink spread on different types of paper stock during the printing process. For example, because of ink absorption, the lightest grade—Bennet Text One—printed on low-quality newsprint stock will have the same gray value as the darkest grade—Bennet Text Four—on superior coated paper. (Bennet Text Two is the default grade and offered here.) Bennet also provides for a stellar reading experience in digital media, its carefully considered details vibrant yet legible on-screen.

Sharplion is a typeface family designed by Zeki Michael and Leyla Melis Aslan. It’s a simple, but sharp display typeface with a clear yet powerful personality, created to not only optimize space, but also build contrast on the printed page and on the screen. Sharplion, coming in two weights and a matching slanted version, is designed to give that neo-vintage industrial feel in 'titles and hierarchic subheadings, logotypes and cases of short and simple copywriting for the artisan, hand-made and small batch look.’ The first 4 letters for what is now Sharplion, were designed in 2018 by Zeki Michael to be used as a logotype for Depo Coffee Roasting’s branding project. In early 2019 after Zeki designed all the letters, numbers and glyphs, he teamed up with talented designer, Leyla Melis Aslan to add strength to the project. The full Sharplion type system includes Regular, Black and Slanted styles – providing a simple but sharp contrast type solution for digital and print design work.

The concept of Biscotti rised from a personal research into a system of styles that we commonly consider “vintage”. One above all, the Victorian typography that has been rediscovered and widely re-studied during the 70s. Today, thanks to the technology innovation in digital typography fields, Biscotti is certainly an interesting subject which expresses an appassionate and nostalgic homage to a vintage font, seen from the perspective of a technical inspiration. Biscotti is composed of two styles: the “default” and the alternative one. The first is of course more conservative and formal, while the alternative formally chooses a change of the diagonal lines into curves, so it creates a much more friendlier reading. Biscotti consists of 4 styles that can be combined by layers in order to form different ways of reading. This renewed effect increases exponentially the potential use range of this typography. Biscotti has 517 characters; and are composed for 220 latin languages.

Afrik is a hand painted font which letterforms were inspired by Proto-Saharan Ancient African writing system and scripts for African languages such as Mande and Vai. Drawing technique I took from Ethiopian Tribe Karo body painting. I drew each letter with my finger using self-made paint from crushed charcoal. Afrik is uppercase font and instead of tall capital letters uses wide. They can be used instead of double letters or just to diversify a typing. Also, I included up to 4 alternate "decorations" for most of the letters which will help you to create unique artwork (use "Contextual Alternates" feature to randomize look automatically). Velino is the most recent of our premium typefaces. The serif version comes in two packages with three widths: Velino, Velino Condensed, and Velino Compressed. Brophy Script is a bold connecting brush alphabet. This brush script typeface was designed in 1953 by the American type designer Harold Broderson. Broderson worked for ATF (the American Type Founders), who were the original publishers of this design. Brophy Script is a version with more handwritten letters than to its other version called Body. Bennet, Richard Lipton’s spirited serif superfamily, was inspired by Moth Design’s logotype and stationery system for the North Bennet Street School in Boston. Initially modest in concept, Bennet grew to an expansive suite of 96 fonts tuned for editorial use. The three widths of Bennet’s Display and Banner sizes—Regular, Condensed, and Extra Condensed—are ideal for precise fitting of newspaper and magazine headlines. Lipton developed graded text styles for the series, offering users precise variations to help compensate for varying degrees of ink spread on different types of paper stock during the printing process. For example, because of ink absorption, the lightest grade—Bennet Text One—printed on low-quality newsprint stock will have the same gray value as the darkest grade—Bennet Text Four—on superior coated paper. Bennet also provides for a stellar reading experience in digital media, its carefully considered details vibrant yet legible on-screen.
