SK One Block was designed by Salih Kızılkaya in 2020. Inspired by Kufic typeface, this font includes many typographic material you will need. SK One consists of 8 different fonts and 2696 glyphs.

The PIXymbols™Baby Blocks font is designed to create both single color, and two-color titles or initials. Each package includes a document showing the full character set with key codes. The font package includes both TrueType and PostScript versions, and is available in either PC/Win or Macintosh format. In order to avoid serious problems, be sure not to install the same fonts in both TrueType and PostScript on the same computer. The font offers opportunities for various color treatments, with either single or double characters.

JH Naskh Expanded font is designed based on Naskh calligraphy; it is typical for book covers including spine, headlines, short text paragraphs, poetry…..

Since the release of these fonts most typefaces in the Scangraphic Type Collection appear in two versions. One is designed specifically for headline typesetting (SH: Scangraphic Headline Types) and one specifically for text typesetting (SB Scangraphic Bodytypes). The most obvious differentiation can be found in the spacing. That of the Bodytypes is adjusted for readability. That of the Headline Types is decidedly more narrow in order to do justice to the requirements of headline typesetting. The kerning tables, as well, have been individualized for each of these type varieties. In addition to the adjustment of spacing, there are also adjustments in the design. For the Bodytypes, fine spaces were created which prevented the smear effect on acute angles in small typesizes. For a number of Bodytypes, hairlines and serifs were thickened or the whole typeface was adjusted to meet the optical requirements for setting type in small sizes. For the German lower-case diacritical marks, all Headline Types complements contain alternative integrated accents which allow the compact setting of lower-case headlines.

It includes over 1000 glyphs + OpenType features (Access All Alternates, Small Capitals From Capitals, Case-Sensitive Forms, Discretionary Ligatures, Denominators, Fractions, Historical Ligatures, Kerning, Standard Ligatures, Localized Forms, Numerators, Ordinals, Small Capitals and Superscript.) This font would be perfect for both texts and titles, and pairs beautifully with other fonts already in your library, especially handwritten and serif fonts. The original design came from Berthold Herold typeface, designed by Hermann Hoffmann during 1913 (Art Nouveau style) in Germany. This project started from flyer printed during 1947 with movable type, the specimen was scanned as a source to development some of the uppercase letterforms. However the most unusual and tricky element from this sample is the leg from the uppercase (R) which is different from the original Herold design, until now I didn’t found where this version originally came from. This expanded version only contain the bold weight, however there are also stencil (Nouveau LX Stencil) and condensed version (Nouveau LX) available.

Geogrotesque Expanded Series comes in three widths: Wide, Extended and Expanded, that go between 120% and 200% of the normal width. Since the original Geogrotesque is slightly condensed, the Wide family becomes a good option for texts. Whereas the Extended and Expanded are ideal for display sizes. With the inclusion of the Expanded Series and the preceding Condensed ones, the Geogrotesque super family is now a complete widths system. For more details see the PDF.
