SK Fillout is a display typeface inspired by the problem of information noise. Noise is embedded in the basis of characters structure, which gives it a unique form. I took some elements from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco (type) styles. And modernized it by cultivating the beautiful curved features of both styles and playing with the stylish fluid lines and open structures. By adding a bit of the no-nonsense office look of a typeface like Nimbus Sans a new but familiar look occurs. This typeface is very readable and useful for many purposes. Elastica is a new handwritten type system created by Resistenza, it is based on humanistic sans serif fonts of early 20th century. Irregular handwritten strokes that gives a D.I.Y feeling perfect to get a close sense of communication. When using all caps, It features three different sets of capitals which combine together randomly, creating an elastic random effect with infinite combinations. Vandermark began as a simple daydream of what became the 'n' glyph. I considered the elegant balance of a terminal stroke that would never join its supporting stem. The premise was simple, but further experimentation was required for other parts of the alphabet. Vandermark follows a somewhat flexible array of structural rules and curve arrangements that called for considerable sketching to harmonize. The names I choose for my typefaces have to look decent when set in the signature type. Considering its improvisational development, it was only fitting that the namesake is a jazz musician and fellow Chicagoan, Ken Vandermark.

Meet EXCESSA!! a new futuristic and modular typeface family directly evolved from my previous released, AREON FLUX. Comparing it to his cousin, EXCESSA inherit most of the glyphs but a certain large group of letters are designed with a more obvious curvature that creates a slightly different visual dialog. It cames also in the same 3 styles as it’s predecessor: Athletic, Medium and Heavy. His more dynamic and modular structure makes it an excellent choice for designs that needs a futuristic, technical, unusual and sci-fi touch. Iki Mono is a multifaceted monospaced typeface designed for publishing and coding.
