The aim of the project was to create a new type family for corporate and editorial design. The resulting humanist sans serif Weitalic has strict and angular strokes, but at the same time possesses a calligraphic look – an interplay of contrasts. Thanks to the very eye-catching features the result is a distinctive typeface that looks good in both the headline and the area of body text. With its 8 weights with matching italics and numerous OpenType features Weitalic is prepared for professional and complex typographic work. The fonts have an extended character set to support Central and Eastern European as well as Western European languages.

Instory is a new modern brush font with an irregular baseline, a contemporary approach to design, handmade natural and suitable for use in title design such as clothing, invitations, book titles, stationery designs, quotes, branding, logos, T-shirts, packaging designs, posters, and more. Complete with uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as multi-lingual support, numbers, punctuation, Instory also provides some ligatures and swash. Instory is coded with PUA Unicode, which allows full access to all the extra characters without having special designing software. Mac users can use Font Book , and Windows users can use Character Map to view and copy any of the extra characters to paste into your favorite text editor/app.

We count three inspirations for the László font family. The upper case was inspired by Yomar Augusto’s amazing font Unity, used on last year’s German World Cup Team jerseys; the lower case from a few letters a poster for a Bauhaus show. The name László is an homage to László Moholy-Nagy, peerless Bauhaus designer and teacher. The László type family is stripped down to the typographic core, lean, clean and definitely machined, at home in either a formal or casual setting, i.e. you can take László anywhere. Inspired by watching the World Cup and the German Team’s jerseys. Very clean, simple, Bauhaus-style design, European and highly legible. Usage recommendations Automobile ads, anywhere a European feel is desired.
