Pema – a contemporary Tibetan sans serif encoded in the Unicode standard. This is the first Tibetan typeface influenced by western sans serif fonts. Dahaut is a stylized, modernistic uncial variation. The idea for this font came from a small sample of hand lettering in a title on a book by Peter Tremayne. The idea of a bolder, more angular variation on uncial script seemed intriguing, so we developed it into a full font. It should work very well for titles and catches the eye by presenting traditional uncial letter forms in an almost futuristic style. For those who care about such things, the name comes from a princess in a Breton folk story.

POSSIBLE is both sans and serif, either is possible. The typeface is a sans-serif impersonating a spur serif, or it’s a glyphic with the look and feel of a sans. This clean, contemporary family is inspired by Percy J Smith’s ’Petit Serif’ from 1928, and similarly takes inspiration from Johnston’s Underground, though more recent influences provide geometric and humanist elements that, together with the tiny micro-serifs, improve clarity and legibility. Spur serifs such as Petit Serif, Copperplate and Liberty are often caps-only fonts, but Possible contains a lowercase, as well as a full Latin Extended-A character set. Despite the racially demeaning 1906 sheet music for "The Ghost of the Banjo Coon", the title's lettering provided an interesting hand-lettered sans serif that has been re-drawn digitally as Showmanship JNL in both regular and oblique versions.

This variation in the Tangential series (see also the Standard & Rounded families) continues with the angles that give the typeface its name, however a semi-serif is applied wherever appropriate to create a more open, softer variant. The Tangential style I envisaged for the family is complemented by the prominent use of negative space throughout, most apparent on the drop shaped ‘o’ which is a key feature of the typeface and a letterform I'm particularly pleased with. Available in 2 weights, Regular & Bold, in both OpenType OTF & TrueType TTF formats.
