We think of Cherritt as a 'bullnosed' serif face, because of its rounded off serifs. What that phrase may not convey is the friendly, approachable nature of this large family of faces. The design was originally inspired by traditional draftsmens' hand-drawn serif lettering, but has been given a precise geometric flavor that suits it for work owing its inspiration to any era, from Victorian times through to the purely modern. They are ideal for headings and poster work, but also for setting small volumes of text. Four weights are included in the family, as well as wide, expanded and condensed forms, true small capitals and openface forms. All family members embody extensive OpenType features.

Deca Serif New is a significantly revised version of Deca Serif. It is a pure low contrast serif face with squarish oval shapes and quite narrow proportions. The typeface is nicely readable in small sizes and can be recommended for scientific, legal, official and business documents. Deca Serif New's distinctions from the original Deca Serif are: slight corrections of the letterforms, extended character set (now including Greek and Extended Cyrillic) and a number of styles. Now there are 8 faces: four upright styles of different weight and corresponding italics. Deca Serif New as well as Deca Serif is an ideal companion face for Deca Sans. The typeface was designed by Natalia Vasilyeva and released by Paratype in 2017.

Guillaume is a small family of text fonts with its roots in the French sixteenth century. The roman is based on the types of Guillaume Le Bé (c.1525–1598), and the italic on those of Claude Garamont (Garamond) (d. 1561). Garamont’s romans have inspired countless modern interpretations, but his italics, despite their merit, have attracted much less attention. Guillaume offers extensive support for European languages, and is best suited for use in applications that support OpenType. Among its OpenType features are ligatures, small caps, several sets of numerals, contextual alternates, intelligent implementation of long ‘s’ and other period features, and fractions. Italian type designer Albert Pinggera created this sans FontFont between 1996 and 1998. The family has 6 weights, ranging from Light to Bold (including italics) and is ideally suited for advertising and packaging, editorial and publishing, logo, branding and creative industries, software and gaming as well as sports. Right now it is melon time: the supermarkets are full of them: Galia, Honey Dew, Piel de Sapo… Back in Casa Hanoded we're quite happy with the abundance of melons! So, when I created this cute little font, naming it was easy. Honey Dew is a shaky all caps font with different upper and lower case glyphs. I created alternate letters for both upper and lower case closed glyphs (like a, b, d, o, etc.) - including their accented brethren (aacute, abreve, acircumflex), etc. There is an alternate & and @, plus the Æ, Œ, Ø, æ, œ, ø, þ and Þ. You should have guessed by now that Honey Dew comes with a whole stack of diacritics.

A companion to Springsteel (sans), this serif typeface is intended for longer text blocks and smaller sizes. Like the sans-serif, it has unusual construction using curves on the outside and straight lines inside characters, giving it quite an expressive and warm feel. It contains small caps and old-style figures, as well as superior/inferior figures and common fractions and mathematical symbols. It supports Western plus Nordic, Eastern European and Turkish languages. Excellent spacing and extensive kerning (over 2800 pairs) provided by Igino Marini/iKern. The free fonts in the Springsteel Serif Extreme family (thin and heavy weights) should only be used as display typefaces, at large size and short text blocks.

Lianhua is a handwritten font with a soft touch, given by a Chinese ink brush. There are lots of Chinese western fonts having a strong, sharp visual feeling, like the strokes of Chinese characters, so I decide to do the opposite: soft. Because except for Yang, there is also Yin in Chinese culture. The name 'Lianhua' means lotus in Chinese. This font is flexible and widely-used, it's suited for book titles, posters, brochures, flyers, even for menus of a Chinese restaurant. The total glyphs in this font is 351, including basic Latin letters and symbols, Latin-Expand A, 10 ligatures and 2 alternate letters, which are the letter g and letter y.

Brouwerij means Brewery in Dutch. I just liked the name and it seemed to fit the font quite well. As for me, believe it or not, I’m not a beer drinker! I can’t understand why people go nuts when the word beer is mentioned. Like it is something special (after all, it is the third most consumed beverage after water and tea). Like you are not a man when you don’t drink beer! Brouwerij is a pleasant all caps font that comes with interesting swashes for the upper class letters. You can (obviously) use it to promote your home made brew, but any other drink can use a bit of Brouwerij as well.

Neue Frutiger Thai was created by Anuthin Wongsunkakon and a team of designers and font engineers from the Monotype Studio, under the direction of Monotype type director Akira Kobayashi. The family is available in 10 weights from Ultra Light to Extra Black in both Traditional (loop terminals) and Modern (loop-less terminals) styles. Neue Frutiger Thai embodies the same warmth and clarity as Adrian Frutiger's original design, but allows brands to maintain their visual identity, and communicate with a consistent tone of voice, regardless of the language. Rockabilly Romance - A 1950s Rock ’n’ Roll Inspired Retro Script Font Rockabilly Romance is a rebellious script font from Wingsart Studio inspired by 1950s Americana. It’s designed to evoke the feel of bustling retro diners, drive-in movies and a Rock ’n’ Roll attitude. It features fast curves with a hand-made free-flowing style, plus an alternative version with added lipstick gloss. Standard features include unique uppercase and lowercase characters, punctuation, language support and numerals. Duktus is a script typeface with a 1940’s flavour. It is a delicate script with letters not quite connected, having large, flourished capitals and small lowercase with long ascenders and descenders. It has a crisp, precise appearance, but is not rigidly formal. The design was inspired by the typeface Donatello by Wagner & Schmidt in 1935 and published by Società Nebiolo, Torino. The ITC Blair™ typeface is a revival and reimaging of an early 20th century metal typeface of the same name. M Razor is so called ""neo Sung-style"" typefaces. Crossbars (橫) and stems (豎) are orthogonal and upright. Their entry and finial points are squarish, parallel without flare. Contrast of strokes is extremely high. This creates sharpness, stiffness in the midst of elegance of Sungti. Even distribution of space, careful positioning, size and proportion of radicals create a slightly expanded, opened and balanced construction. Zhonggong are slightly expanded, its relatively less inter-character spacing makes the line of text better coupled and aligned. Sana Sans is a humanist functional typeface with a modern feel. It is intended to be a face well-suited for multiple purposes, especially in publishing. Sana Sans consists of 32 styles and 8 weights—ranging from Thin to Heavy—italics, small caps and an alternative family. I got rhythm, I got music, I got my swirls, who could ask for anything more? Periplus is quite an eccentric type, full of twists and nice oddities here and there. It is an all-caps font with 2 variations for each letter and number, stored at upper- and lower-case slots. For added amusement, every letter got not 1 or 2, but 4 swash variations. One can be reached through the OpenType swash feature: just select the letter and hit the swash button. The other ones you will access through a glyphs palette. All of them are neatly organized with the 'access all alternates' feature. The font is yet equipped with some stylistic alternates and ornaments. Have fun!
