Neon Rounded is a rounded monoline typeface inspired by retro neon light bulbs often used in signage. Neon bulbs were first seen back in 1910 in Paris. They later became popular in 1930s New York, especially on Broadway and the Las Vegas strip. Although Neon Rounded was designed with eye-catching signs in mind, its possible usage is vast. Clothing brands, road signs, logos and advertising. The heavier weights lend themselves to children's books and toys, while the lighter weights provide a more modern, futuristic feel. Stripated is an informal funky font mainly for distinctive headlines and posters, or similar display work. There's still all the features you'd expect like Class Kerning and accented characters, ligatures for ffi, ffl and so on, and a few other extras. The four versions are set up as follows: Plain has all the letters and black stripes in the normal vertical alignment; Jumbled One has the lower case letters all jiggled about but the boxes still square and vertical; Jumbled Two has ALL letters, numbers, and virtually all punctuation jumbled up; and Wild has all that and the black boxes going slightly off square as well. There's 3 different Space characters and a few other character variations in Stylistic Alternates (fuller details in the zip).

Clementine, from Okaycat, is a font designed to be expressive. First, we wanted Clementine to be uplifting, friendly and warm. Secondly, we wanted it to be familiar, but neither staid nor boring. To make Clementine more warm and friendly, 90 degree corners and cubic forms were not allowed. All straight edges are either subtly curved or lightly tapered (with the small exception of the serif foundations, to create a secure base). To add an uplifting feel, all tapering flows towards the apex of the forms and the ascenders were allowed extra rising freedom above the capital height, similar to the effect intended in the architecture of old European churches -- to point all elements gently upwards towards heaven. To keep Clementine familiar, traditional type setting shapes were used throughout the font. To avoid the usual coldness of typical typewritten fonts, all forms were opened up, calligraphic touches were introduced, and any unnecessary serif elements were omitted. The result is a look that brings a touch of nostalgia or a "retro" feel. Clementine is highly appropriate anywhere a soft and friendly feel is desired. Can work well as a body text, or as ad copy. Clementine is extended, containing the full West European diacritics & a full set of ligatures, making it suitable for multilingual environments & publications.

Arsinoe is a condensed geometric typeface noted for their unorthodox long ascenders and low x-height. The cover of vintage sheet music for "With Plenty of Money and You (The Gold Diggers' Lullaby)" from the Warner Brothers musical "Gold Diggers of 1937" had the movie title hand-lettered in a classic Art Deco style. Bold, brash and totally fun, this became the model for Golden Opportunity JNL.

Erbar or Erbar Grotesk, designed by Jakob Erbar (Ludwig & Mayer) in the early 1920s, is a truly key design from a historical viewpoint. None other than Paul Renner studied Erbar and used this knowledge in the design of his famous Futura. Erbar is a beautiful constructive Grotesk perfectly mirroring the Zeitgeist of the 1920s. The newly expanded Erbar family of URW++ comes in nine styles, of which seven have been digitally remastered recently in URW's design studio (light, book, medium, bold, italic, bold italic).
