For these fonts I have reworked the spacing a bit, and completely redesigned the "N" as they were calligraphically very wrong. In its loose, angular forms, it is reminiscent of thorn bushes dotting the immense Kalahari desert. Spiky and freeform, Doorn calls to mind the irregular hand-drawn lettering found on wooden signs outside small shops in tiny African villages. The font contains all upper and lower case characters, punctuation, numerals and mathematical operators, as well as all accented characters used in European languages.

Over the years I have bought many books and music CDs in persuit of my passion for African and Latin (and especially Afro-Latin) cultures. I've noticed that a great number of these books and CDs feature either of two popular display fonts that are, in my opinion, very much overused. As an alternative, I designed Tambor. The Tambor family includes seven styles.

ITC Kokoa is the work of German graphic designer Jochen Schuss. Schuss found the seeds of inspiration on a trip to Ghana and expanded and experimented with the idea on the computer. It includes an array of symbols and borders to complement its stylized letters. ITC Kokoa retains a touch of its African roots but is overall a modern, funky font.

Finition is a calligraphic brush script. Created by Måns Grebäck, this typeface is perfect to create a youthful logo. With its hundreds of glyphs it supports a wide range of languages. Use underscore to make an underline. Example: Fin_ition With ligatures activated, write multiple underscores for a longer line. Example: Aut___omatic

Revel is a stylish blend of high fashion meets country western. Use all Caps for an ultra-modern, sophisticated look. Or type in all lowercase for a more youthful, rocker effect. This cool font also comes with alternates, decorative elements, ligatures and even a few swashes thrown in the mix.

Katelyn is a sans serif font that reflects a straight and perfect handwritten note. In being in the middle of a sans serif font and completely handwritten, it will bring and lightness and playfulness to any design. Included in the face is a set of Ornaments that enhances the youthful font.

Rainsong is a display font inspired by the art and symbols of the Native Americans.

NuOrder is a modern-day sans-serif typeface with humanist bones.
