Sally Script BH, is based on the handwriting of a BluHead friend. This fun design has a round, open feel which lends itself to conveying warm messages for that personal touch in all your cards, journals, etc. Plus, the character set includes support for many languages, along with some cool ligatures!

Performer JNL, is a typeface re-drawn from condensed hand lettering found on a piece of vintage sheet music. Fairly basic in style, there are still some hints of the Art Deco influence that permeated the 1930s and 1940s art, design and typography. Available in both regular and oblique versions.

French Calligraphic JNL is actually more semi-calligraphic in nature. Its name takes a descriptive liberty because of the sharp, angled pen strokes of the original hand lettered example found in the 1930s publication "100 Alphabets Publicitaires" by M. Moullet. The design is available in both regular and oblique versions.

This casually elegant script, similar to the logotype lettering found on Mason jars (hence the name), is patterned after an offering from the 1930s chapbook 60 Alphabets by The Hunt Brothers. The Opentype version of this font supports Unicode 1250 (Central European) languages, as well as Unicode 1252 (Latin) languages.

Psychoactive is a familiar style of pop psychedelic lettering; reinvented, fine-tuned, and balanced to rounded blobs of perfection. The 1938 sheet music for "(The Dwarves Marching Song) Heigh-Ho" from Walt Disney's "Snow White" had the part of the title in parenthesis hand lettered with a round nib ink pen. This lettering became the inspiration for Pen Work JNL, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Edigna is a clean, rounded sans-serif with a tall x-height. It contains five different weights and a matching inline style. The font family supports a variety of languages, including Western, Southern, Northern and Central European as well as Eastern European. It's good for headlines, posters, brands, and magazines.

Lindisfarne Nova is an uncial-like design based on the script found in the Lindisfarne Gospels. Created by Harry Pears and Margaret Layson, it is available in two weights, regular and bold. Lindisfarne Nova is Harry’s first completed font. There are also two companion styles, Lindisfarne Nova Incised and Lindisfarne Runes.

The Balistine font, a combination of modern and slightly taking elements of 80s era in some lowercase curves such as "a b d q w and there are several alternative letters found in Balistine. By carrying a weight of 20 Balistine can easily be used for wider exploration. Let's start design.

Here’s a jaunty little Art Deco sans serif type design inspired by the headline of a feature article on Carole Lombard found in the August, 1937 issue of Hollywood magazine. This served as the inspirational model for Movie Star Deco JNL, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Schwung is a brush script headline typeface. It has round elegant swirls that get stronger in the alternate version. Ideal for food packaging and product branding, it is designed to be clear and self-confident. Schwung does not need very much space to make it work perfectly on food labels.

Illuminations Woodcut is inspired by the decorated initial capitals of Medieval manuscripts… and an old book of clip art in which they were found. Try decomposing them in Adobe Illustrator and coloring the pieces or dropping color into them in Photoshop: you can get some stunning results. Caps and TrueType only.

The Graph is a Slab Serif font. The unique body of each letter without roundness makes it a pretty technical font. Similar letters often are used in coding or any tech frameworks. Currently, the font exists only in regular style. Strict and sharp, this font is designed for specific projects.

This font was inspired by Arts and Crafts lettering found on the cover of the Austrian journal Ver Sacrum (Sacred Spring), 1898. Primarily an uppercase-only font, there are several variants in lowercase positions. Both versions of the font include 1252 Latin, 1250 CE (with localization for Romanian and Moldovan).

Authentic copy of the original, with a couple of minor changes to the caps, making them fit better. Although made for the American market by an American typefounder, we found this font in a York, England printshop when we went on a second visit to the famous DeLittle Wood Type factory.

Arista is a soft round font, perfect for 2.0 logos and contemporary headlines.

Aguero Serif – Clean & Elegant Serif Font is a modern serif font family whose design refers us to the style of transitional serifs. Art Week JNL is a wider variant of the lettering style used on many WPA (Works Progress Administration) posters for the arts in the Depression-era 1930s. Wider than the version used for Concert Series JNL, it also features an ‘A’ with a rounded top rather than the flat, square version.

Lachrymose is a word that stems from ‘lacrima’, the Latin word for tear. It means ‘tearful’, or ‘given to weeping’. Now, before y’all think I am depressed or so - I am not. I just like the sound of this word and the way it is written. All I needed to do was to build a font for it! Lachrymose is a handmade brush font. I used my fantastic Chinese ink and a cheap brush to create the glyphs. Lachrymose is a display font, so use it for anything display-ish.

Words in a blurry world want to be more firmly anchored in the line - this is the task of the Slab-serif, characterized by solid heels. They can be used in extreme sizes – under 6 points – as well as on huge tarpaulins covering trucks, boats and house facades. Carot serves its robust clarity. The eye takes a while to become accustomed to various character simplifications, but then comes a refreshing reading perception, familiar texts get actual sound. The whole Carot system of 64 members offers a modern alternative for all types of design work.

Decorative, Display, Headline, Serif, 1920s, Hand Lettered, Engraved, Incised, Bold, Extra Bold, Retro, Vintage, Nostalgic An ad in the July 27, 1928 issue of The Film Daily for FBO Pictures was an encouragement to all theaters to accept the emergence of 'talking pictures' and "Don't be Panicked by Sound". The headline text was hand lettered in an extra bold serif type face with engraved [incised] lines. The lettering has been redrawn as the digital type face Movie Usher JNL, and is available in both regular and oblique versions.

Hyggemand is not a real word: it is a combination of Hygge (meaning ‘fun’ or ‘coziness’ in Danish) and Mand (which means man in Danish). Combined it means something like ‘Nice Man’. I just like the sound and look of this name, so if I offend Danish languages purists, then I apologise for this monstrosity! ;-) Hyggemand is a happy kids font that comes with extensive language support and a set of alternates for the lower case glyphs. If you want the cute Huggeman face, you will find it as a stylistic alternate for the asterisk.

A few fonts ago I mentioned the fact that I like posh English words; words you don’t really use in conversation. As I am busy expanding my ‘halloween’ font collection, I came across the beautiful word Nefarious. It means wicked or evil and when you say the word, it even sounds evil! Fantastic! Nefarious is a halloween/witches font. It looks like my Griezelig font, but it is rougher and spikier. Use Nefarious for your halloween invitations, posters and books about evil geniuses. Comes with all diacritics and a bunch of swashes as well.

Genki Desu is one of those Japanese expressions that are used a lot and don’t really mean what you think they mean. You can use it as a greeting: O Genki Desu Ka? (お元気ですか - how are you), or to say you’re feeling fine (元気です - Genki Desu). The word Genki also means ‘energy’ or ‘vigor’. I am not an expert, in fact, there’s so much Japanese I can actually speak (shame on me), but Genki Desu is one of my favourites. Maybe just because it sounds so nice!

The hand-lettered title, cast and crew credits for 1943's "Presenting Lily Mars" (starring Judy Garland and Van Heflin) inspired Pocatello JNL, but the name of this typeface has another Judy Garland connection. In the 1954 remake of "A Star is Born", Judy sings of being born in a trunk in a theater located in Pocatello, Idaho. The name of this Midwest town had such a great sound to it, so it was the perfect choice for the font's name. Available in regular, oblique, bold and bold oblique versions.

Solvent is a fluid font, somewhat liquid, somewhat viscous, super decorative. It's an all-caps font with two design options for each letter – turn on the Contextual Alternates feature to instantly cycle these. There are yet stylistic alternates for the letters g, y, and z. The Techno sound of the 1990s, a personal computer, a font creation software and some inspiration had been the sources to the F2F (Face2Face) font series. Alessio Leonardi and his friends had the demand to create new unusual faces that should be used in the leading german techno magazine "Frontpage". Even typeset in 6 point to nearly unreadability it was a pleasure for the kids to read and decrypt the messages. About Al Retto: "Al" means "Alessio Leonardi" and Retto "straight", but if you read it as an italian world means "in the a**".

I originally wanted to call this font Instant Pudding. When I was a kid, we sometimes had instant pudding (the ‘add cold milk and rest in the fridge’ kind) for dessert. My brother and I loved the stuff, especially when some of the pudding powder had not dissolved and had turned into brightly coloured speckles! But this font, alas, did not ‘feel’ like instant pudding, so I hunted the internet for other, more obscure, puddings. I found Spoonbread. Apparently it is a pudding-like Southern American dish, made from cornmeal. I have never tasted it, nor do I particularly like corn (most of it is GMO anyway), but the font and the name became friends. And who am I to tear this beautiful relationship asunder? Spoonbread - use it for your packaging, your books, your posters and your games. And when you make Spoonbread, use organic cornmeal!

ZF Ydor font family has been created to give a crafty, hand drawn look to your project. Its characters have been drawn by hand to give them a warm and authentic look. It was designed as a generic handwritten font; almost a mild handwritten font. The creation of ZF Ydor started for a specific work of our design firm, for which we needed a font that was handwritten, easy to read, and did not seem to be childish or comic, as several handwritten fonts do. Boutiera is an upright and soft vintage script with a modern twist. Its main characteristics are bouncy baseline, round forms and bumpy stems. These qualities gives Boutiera its casual, friendly and handmade looks. It has three weights to give contrast and options to your typographic elements and designs. Boutiera has two sets of Upper cases; Slightly swashy and more basic one. The more basic set can be used in all caps. Chonky is a bold script font based on English calligraphy but with touches of the vitality that the commercial lettering of 1950s had, and it is mostly inspired in the work of the master Doyald Young and his lessons. Its rounded terminals, friendly look and heavy weight make Chonky a perfect option for advertising, packaging and visual identities. In the Regular font, the ascenders, descenders and capitals are the shorter they could be; while in Poster, they are larger, in order to achieve more graceful forms. Both options include stylistic sets and ligatures to embellish the words. Use professional software that widely support Open Type features. Otherwise, you may not have access to some glyphs. Keep the Standard Ligatures and Contextual Alternates features always active. This font was inspired from the so called "Insular Style" Latin script used in Celtic monasteries (Ireland, Scotland—with the well known Book of Kells—and England) from the late 6th to 9th, before the Carolingian "Caroline" (look at our 825 Karolus). It was a regular script, rounded, written slowly, used mainly for specially meticulous books, with a very few ligatures. The rarely-used capitals consisted of enlarged lowercases, but, on the other hand, there was numerous historical initials. The Titling style in this familly allows to two-color decorated letters to be created, using OTF Titling feature or copy and paste technique. We have created the font as to be adapted for contemporary users, differentiating between U and V, I and J, which has not any relevance for ancient Latin scribes, and naturally with Thorn, Oslash, Lslash, K,W... The specific Celtic "y" is added as an historical alternate.
