An unconventional classicistic Roman typeface This Roman typeface has a livelier effect than is typical of the epoch of classicistic style. In the lower case letters, an echo of the smoother forms of historically early scripts is identifiable. Typical of a classicistic Roman typeface are the emphasized and clear contrast in the weight of the strokes, the fine serifs and the accentuation of the vertical bold stem. Charpentier Classicistique is pleasantly legible. Its effect is much less harsh than other classicistic fonts. The pointed forms of M and N are uncommon. At 30°, the italic version of Charpentier Classicistique is unusually strongly slanted. The italic lower case letters refer, in part, to English handwriting, which also falls under classicism. Especially the curves show forms influenced by writing. Charpentier Classicistique supports all European languages including Turkish, Greek and Russian. It includes lots of ligatures, also discretional ones, as well as tabular figures and cap-height figures.

Solar is a font family designed by Carlos Fabian Carmargo G. Veronika is a semi-serif text face, available in three styles: Regular, Italic, and Bold. All three faces are available in OpenType format, with both lining and old-style figures. Grüger, a German artist and designer, first began the design of her typeface by writing out its letterforms with a wooden stylus. She wanted to create a new semi serif face that had uniform stroke widths, but still maintained some aspects of calligraphy. Veronika achieves this; the terminals that begin the first strokes of most letters are round and bulbous, as if the writing instrument added extra emphasis on that spot. This adds a dynamic, movement-like quality to texts designed with Veronika. Aside from some sans serif-ness, Veronika appears similar to old style typefaces from the renaissance: classical inscriptions inspired the proportions of the capital letters, and the lower case letters stem from Carolinian minuscule. These proportions allow Veronika to function very well in text and at small sizes. However, only when you design larger headlines, logos, or other elements with Veronika, will you notice all of its special qualities, like its weight distribution and stroke characteristics.

Hickory is the revival of an old unnamed font dating back to 1852 and was sold through a few different type foundries including Bruce, MacKellar Smiths & Jordan and James Conner's Sons. By the year 1900 this font disappeared from the major type foundries, now with the digital age of type we're proud to revive this old classic font that hasn't been used in over one hundred years. The original font was only available as an uppercase with punctuation and an ampersand. Today the character set has been updated to include a new lowercase, numbers and accented characters for Eastern, Central and Western European countries. Three fill fonts have been created for the Hickory font making it easier for you to add different colors, textures and patterns to the letters. You will need an application that works in layers such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator in order to use the fill fonts, some fill fonts may look good as a stand alone font, the Hickory fill fonts however do not look good used apart from the Hickory main font.
