Malnor Sans is a normal sans serif family of 18 fonts. With modern style or neo-grotesque, Malnor sans has balanced proportions in every letter, and it's clean, minimal and cool. Amazing Slab is a typeface family designed by Francesco Canovaro and Andrea Tartarelli as a development of the Amazing Grotesk family designed by Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini. Mixing an egyptian serif, low contrast approach with the curved endings and open shapes of humanist sans grotesques, it was developed to embody the energetic and friendly nature of the startup scene: a feeling of innovation, information and energy, with a desire for simplicity and straightforward communication. Francesco Canovaro created Bakemono as a way to explore the design space around the duality of fixed/proportional width. He was also interested in the concept of monowidth design, inherent in monospaced typefaces, that can bring flexibility and ease of use also to proportional type - allowing you to change the weight of a word without losing the text alignment. In his research on fixed width type design he mixed the lessons of mechanical typewriter technology with the intuitions of eastern brush calligraphy, which has been dealing with for centuries with fixed space grids. The name of the typeface comes from the Japanese shape-shifter yokais that could change their form freely between human and animal, and aptly describes the metamorphic nature of this wide superfamily coming in proportional, monospace and intermediate subfamilies. Homelessfonts is an initiative by the Arrels foundation to support, raise awareness and bring some dignity to the life of homeless people in Barcelona Spain. Each of the fonts was carefully digitized from the handwriting of different homeless people who agreed to participate in this initiative. Please Note: these fonts include only the latin alphabet; no accented characters, no numbers or punctuation. MyFonts is pleased to donate all revenue from the sales of Homelessfonts to the Arrels foundation in support of their mission to provide the homeless people in Barcelona with a path to independence with accommodations, food, social and health care. The world is a very big place, the world is for travelling. And that’s what Francisco did, travel. Though born in Spain, he was raised in Brazil, where he worked as a graphic designer. He spent years hitchhiking round South America, his eagerness to see and learn new things preventing him from settling in one place. He returned to Spain an old man, to find his roots. Francisco never dreamed he’d end up in the street: “The experience of the street has taken away my vanity,” or that he would grow as a person there. “The only thing I’ve learnt in life is that in life you have to learn, because if you spend your life without learning you haven’t lived.” In Barcelona, the street changed his life and taught him just how tough it can be. Tough, but full of good people. He says that’s the best thing about the street.

The 10th Regiment of Foot is a British military unit raised more than three centuries ago—and perhaps most famous in the U.S. for seeing action on American soil during the Revolutionary War in the Battle of Lexington and Concord and the Battle of Bunker Hill. Military Scribe is modeled after the compact, utilitarian script on the mid- to late-1770s muster rolls of the Tenth of Foot. I incorporated the work of at least three separate scribes, merging their neat old penmanship into a legible disconnected cursive. Perhaps the most versatile of all our vintage handwriting fonts, Military Scribe might faithfully reproduce antique letters, labels, lists, or just about any document of the period. OpenType features include multiple stylistic sets, scores of historical, contextual, and discretionary ligatures (including nine terminal “d”s) lining and old-style figures, ink blots, cross-outs, and full support for Central and Eastern European alphabets—more than 1,000 glyphs in all.

Bluestar is a roundhand script with modern touch. It has round terminals and quite low stroke contrast. It has five weights in upright and italic styles. Bluestar has two sets of capital letters; one is more basic and subtle and the other (Stylistic Set 1) is bigger and fancier. Bluestar has also lots of alternates for ascender, descenders, end swashes etc. to give a good amount of possibilities to play with and make some unique designs. It also has few options for tails and underlines.

Douglass Pen was inspired by the handwriting of Frederick Douglass, who was born an American slave but died a distinguished 19th century statesman, orator, and abolitionist leader. He also had fine penmanship. Douglass Pen is modeled chiefly after Douglass's handwritten account of John Brown's famous 1859 raid on Harpers Ferry, Virginia. It simulates his somewhat condensed cursive, dashed off in a swift, bold style. The OpenType release has more than 800 glyphs, including scores of ligatures, alternative upper cases, inkblots, crossouts, and Eastern European characters.

Neuron puts a chemist's twist on standard block-style print to create a fresher version of the elemental alphabet. Widely spaced letters and a slightly tall x-height have a clean effect for great readability. A thick width in ExtraBold, Black and Heavy give stand-out strength for headlines and branding, without affecting legibility. Rossika is a four-style typeface designed by Oleg Karpinsky in 2002-2004 for the ParaType company. The general design and some letterforms were borrowed from antique Russian typefaces of XV-XVIII centuries. For example, the upper Cyrillic N has a diagonal stem, a tail of Ц character is attached in the center unlike major contemporary designs. Some characters have alternatives. There are several Latin and Cyrillic ligatures. Rossika is intended for logos, headlines and short text blocks: posters, calendars, post cards, diplomas, certificates and the like.

The melon (Cucumis melo) is an herbaceous plant monoecious trailing stems. It is known for its fruit, a berry summer season with a high water content and sweet taste. The Melon font, like the fruit in which has been inspired, is characterized by its organic shapes “soft” and heavy weight. Carefully traced and drawn by hand, offers the possibility to use linked or unlinked characters, and any combination of them, because the kerning pairs have been specifically regulated. Melon Script fonts are presented as family of four widths: Condensed, Regular, Expanded and Ultra-expanded. Private Sans is a three styles family of humanistic sans serif based on broad pen calligraphy. Pantographia Collection is a Intellecta digitization, in facsimile style, without artistical interpretation of any kind, of the work of Edmund Fry (monumental book), Pantographia , a work on languages containing over 200 alphabets. We just are collecting in digital way these alphabets. Each alphabet has a short pdf description (see in the gallery). For example, in the pdf brochure of the "Saracen One" font, according to Edmund Fry, "This characters, according to Theseus Ambrosius, was used by the Saracens at the time of their conquests. Claude Duret, p. 475." Ambrosius, Theseus: Introductio in Chaldaicam lingua, Syriaca, atque Armenicam, [et] dece*. - 1539. Theseus Ambrosius or AMBROGIO, was an Italian orientalist, which born in 1469, and died in 1539 - He wrote his Introduction to the Chaldean, Syrian, Armenian, and ten other tongues, with the alphabetical characters of about forty different languages, 4to."
